Gradually add the all-purpose flour and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic, about 5-7 minutes. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 30 minutes to an hour or until it doubles in size. Preheat your oven to 475F 245C and place a pizza stone or an inverted baking sheet inside to heat. Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless. 1 head broccoli, cut into florets. 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. For the broccoli and chickpeas, mix them in a big bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Spread the broccoli and chickpea mix out on a baking sheet. Put the chicken breasts on top of the broccoli and chickpeas after seasoning them with salt and pepper. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken breasts and vegetables. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is done and the broccoli is soft. Enjoy while hot!
