Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 2 tablespoons coconut flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 3 large eggs. 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. Optional: sesame seeds or poppy seeds for topping.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Either grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Put almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Crack open some eggs, melt some butter or coconut oil, and add some apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients. Mix everything together well. Once the loaf pan is ready, pour the batter into it. Use a spatula to make the top smooth. You can add poppy seeds or sesame seeds to the batter if you want to. After the oven is hot, bake the bread for 30 to 35 minutes, or until it is golden brown and a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then move it to a wire rack to cool all the way down before cutting it. Cut and serve. Have fun!
