Ingredients: 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1 packet 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast. 1 tsp sugar. 1 tsp salt. 3/4 cup warm water. 2 tbsp olive oil.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Add olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture and mix well. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic, about 5-7 minutes. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 30 minutes to an hour or until it doubles in size. Preheat your oven to 475F 245C and place a pizza stone or an inverted baking sheet inside to heat. Punch down the dough and divide it into two portions for two 12-inch pizzas or leave it whole for a thick crust pizza. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza peel or another inverted baking sheet dusted with cornmeal to prevent sticking. Add your favorite pizza toppings, sauce, cheese, and other ingredients. Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. For the broccoli and chickpeas, mix them in a big bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Spread the broccoli and chickpea mix out on a baking sheet. Put the chicken breasts on top of the broccoli and chickpeas after seasoning them with salt and pepper. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken breasts and vegetables. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is done and the broccoli is soft. Enjoy while hot!
