幼馴染から旅行土産でもらったレッドカレーペーストで、初めてレッドカレーを作ってみた 🍛
買い置きのあった缶入りのココナッツミルクと、具は鶏肉、アジアスーパーで買ったタイ茄子、あとは玉ねぎでシンプルに。
味見をしたら少し薄めかな〜?と感じたので、味覇と少し残っていたサテトム(ベトナムの調味料)を足してみたらめちゃめちゃ好みの味に仕上がりました❣️😋
自宅では何年も自分のオリジナルのキーマカレーか、スパイスカレーしか作ってなかったので、タイ風のカレーはすごく新鮮! またたまに作ってみようかな 😉

in no particular order, i have
strained guacamole though a fine sieve due to an unreasonable fear of worms
squeezed lemon juice into a near empty jelly jar and then drank it
ate plain rice with ketchup only
removed the crust from a piece of bread and molded it around a piece of cheese
made a reverse roux for pesto sauce, adding pesto first, then milk and butter, then flour slurry
eaten eggs with 5g chili powder per egg
rolled a piece of flatbread full of ghee and sugar
dipped strawberry pocky into chicken curry
spread honey on whole wheat untoasted bread and put black pepper on it
sauteed some minced mushrooms and put it in plain yogurt
