A research group has developed an innovative method for the biofortification of leaves and other green plant tissues, increasing their content of healthy substances such as beta-carotene, the main precursor of vitamin A in the human diet. The work demonstrates that by using biotechnological techniques and treatments with high light intensity, the levels of beta-carotene in leaves can be multiplied up to 30 times by creating new places to store it without affecting vital processes such as photosynthesis. The results are published in the Plant Journal.

You can replace the squash with celeriac.
The better the ingredients, the healthier and tastier the dish.

Peel and cut squash and carrots into small pieces.
Place in a cast-iron casserole or pressure cooker with coconut milk and stock (optional and homemade). Stir well.
Add curry powder, salt and pepper.
Cook, covered, until the squash pieces fall apart and you can poke a fork into the carrots. Mix in a blender.

Just saw a doctor abt this yellow around my eyes and mouth. Mostly eyes. She didn't know what was wrong with me. Have any of you or anyone y'all know ever had this.. I don't have any other symptoms of liver dysfunction except the super long-term stuff like fatigue and whatnot. I got a full blood workup done but it'll be a few days before I get results n I'm just curious..

Every time I start self invalidating and being like psh I don't REALLY have even minor synesthesia, everyone thinks letters and words and numbers are colors, I offhandedly say some shit to someone like "urgh don't you think it's so god damn hard to remember info about vitamins? Like they have letters AND numbers AND names, it's just way too many colors to be able to connect meaning to them, you know, the normal way one usually memorizes info." and they treat me like an insane person. Like oh I guess that's Not Very Relatable lol
It's just nice to have a change from people treating me like an insane person and a hypochondriac for saying I have mild synesthesia. A nice little variety to add enrichment to the being treated like a silly child. Caught between the rock hard devil and the deep sea place or whatever
