My personal favorite fragrance released by Juicy Couture...๐
One of the yummiest scents I own! This was one of my first blind buys as the store didn't have any testers, but it was worth every penny.
It's a very sweet fragrance that mixes vanilla and fruitiness almost perfectly...def my go to scent for the summer time after Sol de Janeiro 62!

my bodycare routineโ.เณเฟ*:๏ฝฅ๐ฆ๐ฌ
i love to smell super sweet and feel super clean and like a sugary treat and i wanted to share my body care routine that makes me feel like a sweet candy and gives me the most perfect skin EVERโฆ๐ฌ๐
BODYCARE ROUTINE ;
so every other day i'll do my EXTENSIVE body care routine. the first step to my bodycare routine is DRY BRUSHING. dry brushing is good not only for blood circulation but also for exfoliating and making u super duper baby soft.
the second step to the routine is exfoliating with a sugar scrub! i adore sugar scrubs because its literally MADE OF SUGAR so ofc im going to be a delicious candy treat after. it just makes me feel like such a doll. i use my exfoliating gloves while scrubbing myself with my sugar scrub.
hot tip : if sugar scrubs are feeling a bit abrasive try a whipped body scrub for something a bit softer on ur skin, and remember, DONT GO TOO HARD. ur skin is so delicate and u dont need to scrub like crazy if ur already using the exfoliating gloves + scrub. be gentle!!โฆ๐ฌ๐
the third step to the routine after exfoliation is just to wash myself as i normally would. double cleanse first with a bar soap then go in with a liquid soap. after im out of the shower i lather myself up in coconut oil. coconut oil keeps ur skin MOISTURIZED, it makes u glisten like a glazed doughnut, and it can also boost collagen production which helps to firm ur skin!
while my skin is still glazed from the coconut oil i'll go in with a THICK body butter or body lotion. i rly love the palmers cocoa butter body lotion and their cocoa butter also. it has NEVER failed me. after im all buttered up i'll put on some pjs and then just go about my evening. i always do this routine in the evening.

Hello! Iโm interested to know what your tips are for walking over 10k steps each day. You mentioned that you walk up to 30k and thatโs so impressive!
Comfortable shoes: Iโve been known to run about in heels for the day, but I really donโt recommend this and it will wreck your feet. What I try to do, and what I recommend, is finding a pair of well-made flat shoes with good supportโproper walking trainers are great for this, but honestly, I usually just wear ordinary boots or sneakersโand then carrying your โstylishโ shoes in your bag to change into when you arrive anywhere that requires it. For me, thatโs when I arrive into the city centre for the day, as everything is then very close to each other and I donโt need to walk all that far between the few places I go, but then I change back into my sneakers as soon as I leave the city walls to go out or walk back home again. If Iโm hiking or walking in the countryside, then I wear my proper walking boots. Whatever works for you.
Compression stockings: this is really a must, and it stops me from ending up with heavy swollen legs at the end of a long day. They also help with my endurance, and just generally prevent my legs from feeling tired and achy when I wake up the next morning. You should get your compression stockings properly fitted according to your measurements, and unless you have circulatory issues, you can buy lighter compressionโmore heavy-duty compression stockings should be prescribed by a doctor for those with more serious issues with veins and circulation. This is something that I was taught a long time ago by my ballet instructor, and I try to wear compression socks or stockings either when playing sports or during recovery. You donโt need compression stockings to walk 10k+ steps, but I highly recommend it if you want to help yourself and improve your stamina and endurance.
Working up to it: 10k+ steps is easy to do for me, and I regularly walk up to and beyond 30k on days when I have a lot of errands to run, but Iโll not pretend that itโs not a lot of walking for the average person! You canโt start out with these high numbers if youโre currently averaging 2,000 steps each dayโyou need to work up to it. I always have to go back to basics and work myself back up slowly and patiently if Iโve been recovering from an illness or injury. You also need to pay attention to the sort of ground youโre walking on; I find it easy to walk this high number of steps in my extremely flat and well-paved university town, but back home in Iran, where my hometown is in a mountainous rural region, I definitely walk much less, because I have to be more careful and put more effort behind each step on such difficult terrain. Take everything into account and go easy on yourself.

I love love love indulging myself in a self-care ritual, even if itโs small things such as exfoliating my body, washing my hair, cleansing my face, writing in my journal, cleaning my room, drinking herbal tea or even doing a face mask for the love of god. I love taking care of ME.

Hi Kitty! Do you have any favorite waist cinching tips? Iโm looking for good tutorials on self-massaging and also a few exercise options. Iโm currently loosing weight and working out more regularly but my waist is being a little stubborn.
Losing weight and fat/muscle around your abdomen is the most important factor in physically reducing your waist, but you have to keep in mind that if you naturally deposit fat around your middle, and/or you have a wider ribcage, then youโll likely never achieve the same figure as a girl who doesnโt have those things, and you shouldnโt compare yourself to a standard thatโs not your own. Still, I answered a similar question here, and Iโll expand a little bit with a few more tips to help you make the very best of what you were naturally blessed with.
Avoid actively working out your abdomen except for stomach vacuums and nauli kriya. Internal posture and strength is important: I like Dr Briโs Ab Camp for a good kickstart that really shrinks your waist and avoids working on the obliques.
On the topic of posture: practise proper breathing and exercises to prevent/improve rib flare.
Callanetics, for some reason, really defines my waist (along with the rest of my body) and Iโm yet to find out why it works so well, but it does. Itโs a very subtle change, like the drawstrings of my body have been pulled just a little more tightly, but I notice the loss when Iโve been slacking off.
Make sure that youโre drinking enough water, minimising your sodium intake, and looking after your gut to avoid bloating.
Wooden rollers, gua sha, and EMS therapy all work amazingly to decrease bloating, tone up the abdomen, and shrink the waist just a little bit more. They smooth, lengthen, and tighten the muscles for a more streamlined and ever-so-slightly smaller midriff.
Shapewear works really well to cinch in those last few inches. I have a boned custom-made faja that brings me in another 3โ4 inches, but for a less intense option, I really like the high-compression bodysuits from Skims.
