Moka Akashiya plural headcanon

(Except she’s so blatantly plural that I’m not sure I can consider this a head canon)

Rosario+Vampire is… probably not the best anime, it’s a fanservicey harem that most people only watched because it was on Netflix a while ago. However the main girl(s), Moka, is probably the best part. Outer Moka wears a rosary around her neck to seal inner Moka because she’s a vampire? But literally every episode inner Moka switches in to fight monsters.

The evidence I have for them being plural is that:

They can talk to each other through the rosary, but only to theirselves. They literally have system communication?

Then when a fairy comes along with a magic mirror that forces everyone into their monster form, inner and outer Moka are literally split into two.

Which also wouldn’t happen if they were a singlet.

There’s also a lot of scenarios where they make differentiations between the two, such as when their sister only considers inner Moka to be her sister while despising outer Moka.

Today I want to talk about alter roles, doubles, and how to properly interact with introjects, as an introject

In case you need to hear it, you don’t need to give a shit about roles. You aren’t required to assign all your headmates. You aren’t required to micromanage your system.

Does it work for some systems? Sure! But it doesn’t for everyone, but a lot of spaces kinda put pressure onto people that they need to have roles. It’s okay to just let alters exist. To let the system simply exist.

Doubles

THEY ARE NOT REAL. The very term implies introjects are their source, and they are not and never will be, no matter how connected to source they might be. The term itself sounds like something taken out of roleplaying groups; you may see rules like “no doubles of Katniss Evergreen” in Hunger Games roleplay servers or something.

We (my system) have seen the term double used primarily by endos and IRLS and their supporters, leading me to believe that this is indeed simply a roleplaying term.

Say that you have an introject of Mike Wazowski, and you join a server and someone else has an introject of Mike Wazowski. These two Mike Wazowskis are NOT the same. They will NEVER be the same. Not even if they share source memories will they be the same.

How to properly interact with “sourcemates” as an introject

Recently in a server we are in, our Cazador Szarr (bg3) interacted with members when this new member’s introject of Astarion said to him the following.

This is a prime example of how to not speak to people. Caz was talking to someone else in the server about something, not to this person. They took it upon themselves to treat him as if he was someone they know, as if he is his source.

Upon first joining the server, they were told that there are Cazador introjects there. Their reponse was “I don’t like that.”

If you as an introject cannot separate source to the point you treat strangers as if they themselves are the people that caused you problems, then you should not be on discord. You should be in therapy.

If you are not comfortable with a particular person, leave the chat. This person wasn’t even actively involved in the conversation when Cazador said that message. They saw him, and then tried to start shit.

Fuck you if you treat strangers like this. INTROJECTS ARE NOT THEIR SOURCE

Found a Hate Blog in The #Plural Tag. 😮‍💨

As I covered recently, "Plural" is an inclusive word with origins in endogenic and non-disordered systems.

If any anti-endo posts in the "#plural" tag or other inclusive tags, don't expect your DNIs to be respected.

They also are doing this knowingly. People have already tried to contact them about using the inclusive plural tag and the hate blog has stubbornly refused.

So if they're going to post in inclusive tags, I figured I might as well respond to some of their vent posts in anti-endo tags. As always, if anti-endos have a problem with this or feel boundaries are being unfairly crossed, please take it up with the hate blog I'm responding to that's invading our spaces.

Also, really weird how they just jump straight into saying "pro-endos" aren't systems either. Hate to break it to you, but there are a lot of traumagenic DID systems whose disorders and trauma are just valid as yours. And they manage to not be bigots too!

Although previous research has implicated a history of childhood trauma in the development of dissociative tendencies, insufficient cognizance (in this context) has been taken of the distinction between pathological and nonpathological dissociation. Genic labels literally only exist because of the pro-endo community. And the anti-endo community notoriously hates xeno-origins like NPD-genic. Yes, people will assume you're endo-safe when you use xeno-origins because these terms, like most resources in the plural community, were made by pro-endos.

This talking point has been completely debunked.

System hopping was used by pro-endos 15 years before the earliest association with RAMCOA. The idea that it was a RAMCOA term is a total lie invented by anti-endos!

OSDD-1A and OSDD-1B are not actually official disorders. There is an OSDD. The first example, called OSDD-1 sometimes, gives two possible presentations. One with less distinct alters and amnesia, and another with no amnesia. But these aren't called OSDD-1a or OSDD-1b.

If your goal is education, this nuance is important.

Could it be because ASPEC people have dealt with a ton of exclusionism from some queer communities, and are more accepting of other people as a result? And perhaps they also recognize similarities between system exclusionists and queer exclusionists?

The ICD-11 says you can experience "multiple distinct personality states" without a dissociative disorder.

The creators of the theory of structural dissociation have said hypnosis and mediumship may involve self-conscious dissociative parts of the personality.

And Transgender Mental Health, written by Eric Yarbrough and published by the American Psychiatric Association (who publishes the DSM) says you can be plural without trauma or a disorder.

Sources repeatedly affirm that it's possible to be plural without trauma!

Anyone who claims it's impossible to be plural without trauma is either ignorant or lying.

And if you're going to keep spreading hate and misinformation, at least keep it out of inclusive tags!

Last post (currently) is about how toxic antiendo spaces are and honestly FR I have really struggled cultivating a healthy space here on tumblr because almost all the posts I see are about "endos are ruining everything grr" And I just don't need that energy? I have considered joining endo spaces just to see if it's better over there (Discord is much better but still kinda hit or miss)

I almost never tag my posts as anti anything because honestly, not my problem, if someone relates, cool, if not, they'll keep scrolling

I have a lot of bad experiences with anti endos, not only here on tumblr but in a lot of spaces... And consider in those times I presented myself as an anti-endo, that's pretty horrible if you ask me, being attacked by anti-endos when you're supposed to find "acceptance" because you're anti-endo too

Anti endo blogs tend to be the most toxic and horrible if you ask me, I talk about experience and from what I've seen because I've had followed a lot of those kind of blogs

Within my other side blogs it feels so difficult to have a healthy and good space because of syscourse, I can't have a good experience here on tumblr because of syscourse and it's pretty annoying if you ask me, I wanted something from this community and I recieved to opposite with all this hate, insults, attacks, harassments, etc.

Sadly endo spaces aren't better, I think they might be a little bit more calm down in certain things, but they don't get better from what I've seen and experienced, it feels like the same shit in the other side of the coin and that's all :/

The only "anti" tag I use is #endos DNI because of past trauma with endos and how it triggers us, but outside that we're not anti almost nothing because it gets annoying and problematic for your own mental health, curious how a community about a mental health disorder makes your mental health worst /neg

(Also this is the reason why I'm gonna make a "community" or space outside the CDD community but for pwCDD lol)
