• it’s a natural process many go through, don’t be ashamed.

• it’s okay to have mood swings as your feelings are completely valid

• it’s okay to have bad cramps and take painkillers for it

• if your a boy regressor with periods your still a valid baby boy

• if your a enby with periods your not alone, I am too, and your still a valid baby

Periods are normal. Even for regressors.

Hey kiddo, you've been having a lot of inside-time lately, is everything okay? Does the outside world seem too overfacing at the moment? That's okay, we can do it together. Here's some ways to get some fresh air :)

Sit in the garden in a chair or on the ground, notice the sounds and feelings.

Go on a gentle walk! Just around the block is great but personally nature walks really make things feel okay for me.

Or!! Go on a hike! Find one that suits your mood and level and have fun! Make notes of what wildlife you can see! What flowers there are! What the weather's like!

Go on a drive! With a friend or alone (if you're big enough!) and watch the scenery go by.

Busy? Is it night time? Too overwhelmed or feeling muddy-headed? Just crack open a window for as long as you like. This is good when you're really not feeling well or you just need a little break. Breathe in that fresh air! Some times I open a window in another room so it's not as cold :) Maybe just do some gentle movements, it'll help more than you think.

Thinking about that classic agere trope where the regressor borrows their cg's clothes (usually something along the lines of a hoodie or t-shirt) to wear, and while that's all fine and dandy like...please consider regressors that are much taller/heavier than their cg borrowing clothes and using them as a sort of lovey instead. Just hugging onto their jacket because it's so soft and smells like comfort.

Those of y’all who use their dips/pullups/etc while small for any reason (incontinence, comfort, immersion, etc):

If your dip feels vaguely moist or really anything other than completely dry, check (or have your cg check) and -if you aren’t dry- go change. This goes doubly for messing if that’s something you have to think about.

Don’t wait. Waiting is a good way to get diaper rash or UTIs, and those both suck.
