Hi, my name's Eliza, I have stage 3b breast cancer. I've come a long way, had a partial mastecomy and some lymph nodes removed, but my cancer is still really aggressive and scary. I have another hurdle coming up that is going to strain me and my family a lot since we're really poor... and that's radiation therapy.

My radiation therapy apps are going to be 5 days a week (mon-fri), for 4-5 weeks. The only place I can be seen is 1hr 15mins away...so that's a 2+ hour drive, every single day for weeks. We just can't afford the gas money for that, we're barely scrapping by as is...

Tips pt.2 for anyone struggling mentally:

(you don’t have to be an age regressor)

★-One day at a time, and one thing per day. This goes for any aspect of your life, the worst you can do to get rid of an extreme is to fight it with an extreme.

★-If you struggle with starting tasks, break them down into digestible parts. My mentality is “if this task takes 30mins to finish, it’s actually only 10mins tripled”.

★-Some things deserve to be journaled, some don’t. If you’re on a mental/physical health journey and you do journaling, don’t obsess over writing everything. The stats are numbers, but you’re not. It’s okay to allow yourself to process things directly.

★-If you’re struggling with addictive behaviours, these (free) apps might help you: [I Am Sober] [Nomo - Sobriety Clocks] [Puff Count] [Sum Puff]

★-Stop gossiping and judging. The less you feel observant of other people, the less critical you become of yourself too. “Live and let live” mentality actually helps with insecurity sooooo much.

★-Try having more than just one hobby. Humans by nature need stimulations, and getting obsessed over one thing can be harmful. Introduce yourself to new forms of media, watch people do stuff you don’t usually do, who knows what you’ll get interested in

★-Your brain is not a machine, don’t bombard it. Don’t study multiple subjects in the same two hours, don’t start four tasks in five minutes, don’t juggle different activities at once, it’s not physically possible for your brain to actually learn or process anything.

🩷 I always imagined Nina to be super fun loving and bubbly just all over the place so I feel like that translates to her little side! She would always wanna play and do anything as long she thinks it’s fun!

I cant be the only person that gets kinda mad at how the characters are so different in the academy than the canon. I understand it’s an AU, so obviously there’s gonna be changes; they still anger me.

I could go on and on about how badly they messed up the ages full throttle. They messed up the ages of characters we already know??? Senjuro is canonly 14, same as the Tokito twins but he’s 13 and a grade below them in the academy. We know Ume is 13, but she’s 16 there? I understand making Gyutaro 18 so he’s more relevant to the story, but like?

Gyomei isn’t blind. He has his completely white eyes, but he isn’t blind. Not even like poor vision, he sees like every other character. This is upsetting because there is rarely ever actual blind characters that are strong and know they are strong. So him being able to see is just upsetting in this regard.

They made Zenitsu stupid. Canonly Zenitsu is actually extremely smart thanks to the things he learned on the streets and Jigoro. He excels at literature, but is one of the best out of the Kamaboka squad for math (only below Aoi and Kanao), so tell me why he can’t do ANYTHING. Also it never mentions band for him ever even though he has a natural talent for it. Not to mention he has a natural hand for art as well, but he was made to be bad at it for a joke.

Like Genya, Kanao, Aoi, Twins, Senjuro, and Shinobu, all students who are canonly smart are smart in the academy while Zenitsu is made to be dumb.

It never mentions anyone’s siblings. Like ever? We’ve been told about Giyuu’s, Shinazugawa, Kamado, and the Kocho sisters. There are several siblings we canonly know about that have zero mention ever, which you’d think Tengen’s would be mentioned as they were important to canon him but NOPE.

This one isn’t really a gripe I’m just mad about, but the butterfly sisters aren’t sisters anymore. I understand it’s a world where everyone lives (which is a damn lie because as far as we know Zenitsu’s parents and Tengen’s family are AWOL) but still??? Like they were all adopted in the canon, all eight butterfly girls. So I hate how they aren’t related to Kanae, Shinobu, and Kanao anymore. Also the triplets aren’t triplets anymore, and the forgotten three were once again forgotten. It’s just very annoying.

I probably have more issues with this, but can’t think of any. I just wanted to rant
