hi welcome to shaba's guide to drawing riliane! a somewhat step-by-step visual guide to drawing the tyrannical 14 year old queen of lucifenia, or at least how i draw her

some notes before i start

- this is for fun more than anything

- it's also because i'm tired of people drawing the guidebook design that has not been used since 2014 and complaining that riliane it too hard to draw

- most of the guide is purely visual with no written explanation

- does not include coloring

- probably not good for cosplay

- i'm not gonna stop you from drawing the older design i'm just going to judge you /lh

- feel free to ask for a more detailed explanation if you don't understand something

- but also understand that i don't know everything about the design

- some details here are habits i picked up over the last 10 years of drawing riliane

if you want the finer details of everything, looking at official art (mostly after 2014) is the best idea! all the reference art in the guide by ichika

basically the sleeves have 2 layers of ruffles, this is explained the worst here. look up how ichika draws the sleeves to understand better

how i feel about all the changes in s3

Video game I saw in a dream. It was in this low poly style like an older video game. You play as this character I think was meant to be a lamb, or maybe a weird mix of a lamb a mouse and a rabbit, (while not really looking like any of those things) and you’re running away from a wolf. Your objective is to last as long as possible before the wolf catches and eats you.

The house you’re running in is endless and bizarrely put together like most building interiors in dreams are (like the infinite toilet dream dimension on Reddit lol) the layout of the house is pretty detailed, you can stop and hide in places like closets or bins while the wolf looks for you, you can go up and down stairs and into rooms etc.

You never actually know where the wolf is or how close it is to you until it appears in your line of sight, it makes no noise and the game gives you no way of knowing where it is, and it’s pretty unpredictable it doesnt move at a consistent pace. When the wolf catches you there’s an animation showing it eating your character

Something something the way that Crowley introduced himself to Aziraphale the first time they met in the garden and reacted as if they had never met before. Something about him later behaving as if he did actually have those memories of their time in Heaven together and trying to pass it off as being someone different now. Something about Heaven's way of punishing angels that go against the plan by erasing their memories. Something about Crowley seeing Gabriel without his memory and saying "ask him properly." Something about "remember it now" "it hurts, to remember. my head isn't built for that" "I know. Do it anyway"

Made the idea that neither Peri nor Timmy remember each other as Timmy's last wish before turning 18. It's like a thing so neither have to suffer (one more than the other) and unless they see each other again, it'll stay like that. Kinda like the secret wish but under strict regulations and way harder to track down considering if they ever find each other on the street casually and see one another.
