I gotta question for anyone who’s willing to help out

A few days ago I was in the files for my 3ds TWiLight menu++ on my laptop and I removed maybe like 2 or 3 games from my nds folder, after that I then installed a game, which worked, however all my save files have been wiped, like every game that I installed onto the nds rom folder is reset and I don’t know what to do? Is there a way I can restore my save files? Or am I at a lost cause…
