Jungkookâs Fat-Filled Fad Feast
Jungkook reads in a health nut news magazine that high fat foods are good for you and helps control cholesterol. JK, who eats a ton of red meat and eggs because heâs a gym nut, latches onto the idea.
Soon heâs adding multiple avocados to his everyday diet. Some in smoothies, some in breakfast bowls, some as guacamole in burritos, etc. An extra 300 calories per large fruit, with him packing down 2-3 of the things a day.
He also heard that adding a tablespoon of olive oil a day is healthy, another 120 calories.
He snacks on an ounce of macadamia nuts between work outs, adding another 200 calories to his daily intake.
One cup of Greek yogurt in his morning shake, and a cup of the frozen variety for desert in the evening rack up an extra 440 calories.
Of course he had to have his healthy cheat foods, such as creamy cheeses and dark chocolate. An ounce of aged parmesan here (110 calories) a bar of sugar free, 70% dark chocolate there (170 calories).
Over all, he added a near additional 1,800 calories to his everyday diet, which already consisted of 3,500 calories per day on average.
The cherry on top? The same magazine that told him to consume more fat, also recommended less cardio as it puts more pressure on oneâs joints in the long term.
Slowly, but steadily, his new routine catches up to him as he changes in size. His washboard abs melting into delicious subcutaneous fat, his once perky rear bloating into a wobbly, soft bubble butt.
His perfect pecks joined the rest of him in their expansion, becoming inflated pouches of fat. Nipples peeking up and poking through every shirt he owns.
His college classmates and hyungs Namjoon and Hoseok watched in confusion as their once fit friend changes into a new man over the course of the semester.
Even his football coach notices, changing his role to being a lineman, a position that requires less running around.
Jungkook, oblivious to his weight gain, and delighted by his new âhealthyâ lifestyle choices, starts recommending his diet to others. Including his fellow health nut classmates Namjoon and Hoseok.
Namjoon initially questions the dietâs choices, but after reviewing the science explanation in the magazine gave in and was hooked. Hoseok on the other hand has always been open to fad diets and techniques, drifting between things like keto, vegan and celiac for years prior. He didnât even need to read the magazine to start adding avocados and Greek yogurt to his shopping list.
Even after all of that, all of the extra fats, the additional calories, his snowballing weight needed more. And well, since heâs been eating so well recently, why not have a true cheat day? Or two⌠or threeâŚ
Soon enough, every other day becomes a cheat day. Even inviting his now chubby Hyungs over for pizza and ice cream and fried chickenâŚ
A full school year has gone by at this point, and there are now three permanent dips in Jungkookâs couch seats. You see, it was cheaper for Jungkook to cater to his new, more expensive diet when he had roommatesâŚ
Those roommates being the newly inflated Hoseok and Namjoon.
Both boys were squarely in the chubby category, plump and out of shape. Jungkook at this point however was bordering on being solidly fat.
The three of them spend a lot of their time on the couch binge watching old TV shows and movies, chowing down on both healthy and unhealthy fatty foods. Adding more and more calories to their daily intake as their self-control lessened by the day.
Their waistlines grew wider and their shirt tags became XXXLâs. The dips in the couch grew wider and squeakier until one day under their combined weight of 1,120 pounds the three seater gave up the ghost and collapsed.
A jostled Namjoon blinks as he looks down at his now 350 pound body, gently lifting and dropping his no longer new beer belly. Watching the mass wobble, he realized just how far gone he was. Just how heavy heâd grown, how uncomfortably large his gut was.
Shrugging, he grabbed another handful of fries. He was already so big, a little more wouldnât hurtâŚ
The arguably healthiest minded of the three, Hoseok also took a moment to look over his own flabby belly and wide thighs before blushing heavily and attempting to stand. Unfortunately from the current lowered state of the couch, he had quite of bit of trouble, attempting and failing to stand upright only made his heavy body bounce and jiggle. He blushed harder, panting and wiggling. What had they done?!
Jungkook didnât even notice the couch breaking, too busy stuffing his fat face full of fried chicken, a leg in each hand as he barely took time to swallow before moving on to his next bite. He wouldnât realize what happened until he cleared his bucket, licking the grease off his pudgy fingertips and noticing his lowered point of view.
They broke the couch?!
Huh, their bulking must be working then.
Onto dessertâŚ

Stop buying this bullshit.
I'm gonna get damn real here.
This is an utter and complete lie:
Obesity is second only to smoking as the leading cause of preventable deaths in the U.S.
We know this. This is not up for debate.
Obesity leads to Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, stroke, gallbladder disease, osteoarthritis, sleep apnea and breathing problems.
Oh, and the really fun ones: several types of cancer.
This I have personal experience with. I was "borderline" obese, and supposedly fit. I walked a lot and weight trained. But I developed pre-diabetes and hypertension. Then last June I was rushed to the hospital to have an emergency hysterectomy to remove a cancerous tumor the size of a softball, which had been causing me to bleed non-stop so profusely I came this fucking close to dying from organ failure.
The cancer is the kind that develops in the uterus because an unhealthy amount of estrogen builds up in female body fat, triggering uterine and cervical cancers. The more fat, the more likely you are to develop cancer. (Luckily mine was fully contained, hadn't spread, and they got it all. *knock wood* But I still have to wait a year to be certain it's completely gone.)
Obese, active women in their 20s - 30s and even in their 40s think that because they haven't developed any of these diseases they're healthy and will remain so. What y'all don't want to hear is something you may have heard from older family members: once you get into your mid-40s it's like a switch is turned off. Your metabolism slows and you have to work extra hard to keep weight off, and even harder to lose it. Hence the "middle-age spread." Your 40s is when Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and all the other shit begin to manifest. And you are no longer healthy. In fact, you better fucking pray you have good health insurance.
Greedy assholes and deniers like Lizzo are selling this empty dream that you can be 200+ pounds and it will never lead to illness or joint pain. Getting people to eat healthy food is hard; self-denial ain't fun. So what do we do? We tell girls and women that they can eat whatever they want! No more sacrifice or self-denial! Convince them so they make TikToks that just show them proudly cramming fast food! Convince females that being fit is Oppression and Racism!
Fetishize obesity! Make Obesity fanart a thing!
Sell them XXXL clothes and tell them they're hot at 300 pounds! And when they're in their 40s and start getting ill -- or even before that; Type 2 is showing up in fucking middle-schoolers -- you've already made your money off them, and who the hell cares what damage has been done?
Please, for fuck's sake, don't buy this.
What about someone like Lizzo, who's so active and is vegan? Huh, girl, please. I've seen the TikToks of the vegan food she eats. Vegan fast food. Which still is packed with calories and poisonous levels of sodium.
You have to burn 2500 calories to lose 1 pound. So, if her diet is truly plant-based, Lizzo should be losing a lot of weight. But that girl is still over 250 pounds. This doesn't add up. To maintain her size with her level of activity she has to be eating a shit-ton of food. Probably all that fast food. She's in her 30s now. If she doesn't get that weight off she still faces the probability of any or all of the obesity-related illnesses, no matter how much she works out.
What have I done for my own health? I'm 99% vegan (except for holiday meals). I walk, if not outside then in place at home. I lift weights at home, inexpensive dumbbells and a barbell and a weight bench from a used exercise equipment store. I read Forks Over Knives magazine for recipes and inspiration. My blood pressure is dropping and so is my weight. And I feel better than I have in decades.
Getting weight off when you're younger than 40 is a hell of a lot easier than after. So do it now. You'll live longer and be happier and healthier in your later years. Because unless you die you're going to get older.
This woman is one of my inspirations.

We went to this BEAUTIFUL house party on Tuesday at this home in the hills that literally looked like a museum or something, every corner was just piled with taxidermy animals and horror movie props and weird antiques and anything else you could possibly imagine with this big backyard with colorful lighting and more of everything mentioned prior. Like a huge 300 pound sex doll with realistic skin and a metal skeleton that has been used in a movie sitting beside a badly taxidermied lamb that had probably been bought for the novelty. There was a camera crew there filming periodically because one of the people at the party is a makeup artist and a television feature was being done on them. They served grilled lobster tail and vegan sausages. There were like, flesh hook suspension people and weird artists there. One guy told us that heâs been nicknamed The Startler because of how much he loves jumping out and scaring people. Said heâll wait as long as it takes to scare someone and described the process of waiting to scare someone as almost devotional. Jason asked a woman beside us if she thought Hunter S Thompson is hot since I was talking about that and she said âI think his funeral was hotâ and then read my tarot. I got a card I have gotten pervasively for years. I told my mom about it and she said that an event like that could only happen in LA.

okay so I weighed myself this morning. 137.6 pounds at height 5'7.
It's true I didn't eat enough yesterday so that explains the weight loss. Also I go to gym do stairstepper 30 mins every morning. Only burning about 230 calories each day on it. I am slow and steady. Sometimes I zoom up to level 7 if I watch my dancing tiktoks. But I haven't been doing that lately cus I yearn to not be wild and crazy, I want to be sophisticated, centered, and calm. So today I did stairstepper levels 3, 4, and 5. When I do level 7 I burn over 300 calories.
Okay so far today I've consumed: acai berry almond milk yogurt and protein bar. Then, banana and another protein bar. Then, a bowl of Mac and cheese. (Bought this non vegan item cus it was inexpensive and my boyfriend enjoys it)
For dinner I will have either vegan enchiladas, or vegan ravioli.
A lil disappointed cus I meant to be vegan today. Was gonna eat broccoli and sweet potatoes for lunch instead of Mac and cheese.
It's miraculous that with my boyfriend, I am not bulimic. I can eat noodles and it doesn't feel like an unsafe food around him. With my family, it's definitely not a safe food for me.
Not only people with eating disorders have safe and unsafe foods. Autistic people do, too. I believe I am autistic adhd. It explains so much about my past. Learning things has been hard for me, I learned many things the hard way. But I highly value education and learning.
It used to be my dream to go to university one day. But I'm too inept. But I am proud of everyone who does or did attend university. My mom and dad both have masters degrees!
I am feeling pretty comfy and me and my bf are watching "the why files" on YouTube. I find it so cute, interesting, and informative.
At my behavioral mental health place, there's always a fish tank with a large orange goldfish. I used to pretend I was a cat and perpetually stare at the goldfish. I jus remembering that cus there's a talking goldfish in "the why files".
now when I go to my mental health place, I barely glance at the goldfish. I know I'm not a cat and no longer pretend to be one. Lol. I sit quietly with my legs crossed, trying to be sophisticated. But sometimes i overshare with the secretaries in the waiting room. Once I asked them to wipe their signature machine off after I touched it, because of my wounded ungloved hands.
But now I wear gloves! An improvement!
And hopefully my hands will heal this month.
Hope everyone gets good healthy nutrients today and feels peaceful, safe, and free.

Cucumber Diet: A 7-Day Plan to Quickly Lose 15 Pounds
Are you confused about whether the 7 days cucumber diet plan actually helps to lose weight or not?
Well, I just tried this diet 15 days ago and it did help me lose weight.
Before my wedding, I wanted to lose 20 pounds fast in a month and when I heard about the cucumber diet, I knew it would very much help me to an extent.
I had many questions about this diet like
Does it really work?
Can it reduce belly fat?
What if I eat too many cucumbers?
How many calories does a cucumber have?
I know for a fact that you have these questions in your mind too. Since I have researched and already tried it, I would love to help you out by answering all of these questions for you.
What is The Cucumber Diet?
The cucumber diet is an effective short-term diet that guarantees fast weight loss. This is a 7â14-day diet plan that is proposed for people struggling with overweight and obesity.
The diet promises you to lose up to 15 pounds in a week and is marketed as an effective and fast weight loss process which is often taglines as â7 Kgs in 7 daysâ.
Just like its name indicates, the menu of the diet is mostly composed of cucumbers. It instructs you to replace most of your regular foods with cucumbers so that your calorie consumption is lessened.
Since cucumbers are low on protein and fats, you need to intake a few protein-rich foods, such as eggs, chicken, fish, and nuts along with cucumbers. Because the diet lacks diversity it is not followed for more than 14 days.
Here I am sharing my 7-day cucumber diet plan, which will help you to lose weight too.
How Does the Cucumber Diet Help You Lose Weight?
The diet assists in short-run weight loss by limiting your calorie intake. Since there are no specific rules, this just emphasizes eating a cucumber whenever youâre hungry.
As cucumbers are composed of 90% water (1), their high consumption ensures satiety, and adequate hydration and reduces the amount of energy expended. Cucumber detoxifies your body, helps indigestion, and also cleanses the intestine.
Generally, one might think that eating so many cucumbers would eventually add up to a lot of calories but in reality, a regular (300 gram) cucumber just has up to 45 calories eating 10 would just be 450 calories.
Being on the cucumber diet for 7 days helped me to lose 4.3 kgs and you can even lose up to 5 kgs if you follow it correctly.

If you have any recommendations or questions do reach out to me in the comments below.
Is it Effective for Weight Loss?
The cucumber diet is naturally low in calories so one can expect to lose weight while flowing it. However, the weight loss mostly occurs only for the time youâre following it which is ideally 7-14 days. It is highly unlikely that youâll lose a considerable amount of weight and keep it off once you resume your regular diet.
Since most people find it hard to follow a strict diet, they are unable to continue such a diet for the long term. Because they havenât learned much about healthy eating, portion control, or reading nutrition labels they generally regain the lost weight. On the other hand, easy and slow-paced diets can be easier to follow and yield much better results.
Moreover, cucumbers lack protein, fat, fiber, calcium, iron, and many other nutrients. So even if we intake protein along with cucumbers with every meal there would still be a deficiency because of the lack of variety.
Therefore, to lose weight and stay healthy it is better to switch to a healthier and diversified diet.

Brittnee lost 120 pounds
Transformation of the Day: Brittnee lost 120 pounds and became a personal trainer. She wanted to feel good about herself, find clothing easily, and be a healthy wife and mom of four. She shared the habits and lifestyle changes she embraced to get results.
Social Media: Instagram:Â @momdrip_fitness Tiktok: @Momdripfitness Youtube: Mom Drip Fitness Facebook: Mom Drip Fitness
What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up? My motivation was to feel great about myself. I wanted to look amazing in my clothing, find clothing easily, and be healthier for my kids and husband. Also, I did not want to continue taking hypertension medication.
How did you change your eating habits? I watched âWhat the Healthâ on Netflix. That documentary changed my mind about eating meat. That was in 2017 â The last time Iâve ever eaten meat. I transitioned from plant-based to vegan to vegetarian. Now I am Pescatarian. I intermittently fasted for a few years off and on.Â
What is your workout routine? I do strength training with body weight and equipment. I also do cardio.Â
How often did you work out? I started with 1 hour of cycling six days per week for six months. Then, I began strength training 3-5 times per week for 30-45 minutes and cardio 1-2x per week for 30-45 min
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight? My starting weight was 300 pounds. I am now 180 pounds.
What is your height? Iâm 5â6âł.
When did you start your journey? How long did your transformation take? I started my journey in 2017, and Iâm still trying to continue.
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey? I developed diastasis recti. I had an abdomniplasty / tummy tuck due to my ab seperation being 12cm wide. I had a ton of loose skin from giving birth to four huge kids that were within five years (twins included).Â
What is the biggest lesson youâve learned so far? Iâve learned to take it one day at a time and have fun with my workouts. Treat yourself daily by working out. Donât watch other physiques. Watch your own.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight? Eat less processed foods. Also, go to bed early and workout as much as you can.

My daily routine(-ish): How I am losing ~0.5kg a day.
Disclaimer: I am vegan and prone to binging if I restrict too low. This is not my first time losing weight the unhealthy way. I am transmasc non-binary, my pronouns are they/he.
This is only what works for me.
1) I get up around 8am and have breakfast no later than 9. I then go to the bathroom and weigh myself exactly once. No more and not during the day. This includes at least 0.5 liters of water and around 300-400 calories, about half of my daily budget because I am doing high res rn and it keeps me from binging.
2) Over the day, I work on some papers for uni, drink a lot of water and coke zero and keep myself occupied with some light chores.
3) dinner is around 4 to 5pm so I can have a roundabout 16/8 intermittent fast. If Iâm visiting my parents itâs whatever they have, but a smaller portion, or if I cook for myself itâs mostly vegetables. At least one ingredient must be high in protein and I can aim to hit around the 1000 cal mark.
4) I take a long-ish walk after dinner for digestion and to burn off some calories.
5) I donât limit my liquids at night, but I try to steer more towards water. Instead of zero cal sodas.
5.5) I tell myself that itâs okay to not calculate perfectly and that I do not have to suddenly fast of the scale does not go down by a bazillion pounds the next day.
6) I sleep around 11pm.

Hello! Iâm new(ish) I current have gained thirty pounds after I lost my job and have always has disordered eating. I hate my body and want to be back to the weight I was while I was working. Iâm currently 160 but I was at 130, I want to get to 120 eventually. So Iâm cutting back on everything I eat. And at least doing some hardcore walking. I just went trough surgery and canât do much more then that.
Today I ate two and half ham sandwiches with vegan mayo. Hardly any cheese. I added it up and each sandwich was about 210 calories. My stupid husband likes me chubby so he made me eat a mcchicken with no mayo. I had a few small pieces of chocolate because my period is about to start and I crave it sooo badly.
2 1/2 ham sandwiches- 515 calories
mcchicken- 331 calories
Chocolate pieces- 90 calories
So Iâm sitting at 946 calories, Iâve had about 4 16oz bottles of water also. But I also walked over 7 miles half up a steep hill and according to my watch I burned about 700 calories. Iâm hoping I can really drop this weight soon, I hate being this fat.
Edit: forgot about my Starbucks today that was 300 calories:(

Jackson Galaxy Weight Loss [2023], Before & After Journey
If you are a cat lover, you mustâve heard about Jackson Galaxy. He is famous for his Animal Planetâs âMy cat from hellâ show. The Cat Daddy has seen so many ups and downs in his life and is very successful in his cat consultant and YouTube career. However, the hardest thing for Galaxy has always been his weight. Jackson was struggling with his weight since he was just â10 years oldâ. He has recently lost a tremendous amount of weight which has shocked his fans. Fans are asking questions about Jacksonâs weight loss. Also Read: Phil Mickelson Weight Loss Here is what we know: Jacksonâs Weight Loss Journey As mentioned earlier Jackson struggled with his weight since his early years. At one point in life, Galaxy reached the highly dangerous level of 400 pounds! This experience was life-threatening. Doctors warned Jackson to do something. They advised him to lose weight as soon as possible. He did not have any other quick solution so he chose to undergo weight loss surgery. In 2007, he had gastric bypass surgery that helped him in losing 150 pounds. Surgery was a risk but there were few options and it seemed to have workout out. But soon after Jacksonâs surgery, things started going south. Within a period of a year, his weight reached 300 pounds. Once again Jackson was struggling with his weight. Galaxy was very sad at the moment as nothing seemed to work out. However, in 2014, when Galaxy married Minoo Rihbar who showed the path to Jackson and helped him get back in shape. But before we talk about âHowâ, letâs find out the factors behind Jacksonâs rapid weight gain: Also Read: Paula Deen Weight Loss How Jackson gained weight There were several factors working behind Galaxyâs unhealthy weight. The main reason why Jackson was struggling with his weight was his bad habits. He loved smoking and drinking. Both habits have a very big potential of gaining oneâs weight into a very unhealthy situation. Galaxy also had an addiction. He was addicted to food. Jackson would normally overeat, hence gaining a lot of weight. After his weight-loss surgery, Galaxy quit smoking and drinking but he was still gaining weight. That was because he was still eating lots of unhealthy stuff. Jackson was in love with fast food. Which was now a serious threat to Jacksonâs health. It all changed, however, after he married Rihbar. You will also Frank Fritzâs story about how he lost a tremendous amount of weight. How did Jackson lose weight? With the help of his wife, Minoo, Galaxy started analyzing what he ate the whole day. He came to realize that he was consuming so much junk food that his weight gain was inevitable. He started cutting all the junk food and replacing it with healthy food. In his interview with Lite FM, Galaxy opened up about how he lost weight and how he has turned from a fast-food lover to a vegan. When the interviewer asked him how he lost so much weight, Galaxy replied âWell, first of all, work a lot, donât sleep, and donât eat. I work a lot and when you are that active it helps a lot.â Jackson continued âBut the main reason is I went Vegan. When I went Vegan it came off. I donât exercise like crazy because my work is enough.â He continued, âMy wife is also a vegan so she was the main reason behind my going vegan.â Galaxy said it was a âvery easy transitionâ. However, becoming vegan wasnât a quick thing to do. After all, there were many years of love for fast food. Jackson described his journey of becoming vegan as âFirst of all I cut out all red met then all kinds of fish. Then I went vegetarian and then vegan.â He also doesnât like the idea of diet, he said âDiets donât work. The idea âoh, I will follow a well-planned diet. I wonât eat this or thatâ just doesnât work. I mean the main idea is it should not feel like a sacrifice.â Galaxy further said âIf it feels like a sacrifice then it wonât work. I know a lot of this stuff, I mean Iâve been trying to lose weight since I was 10 years old.â He advised his fans to âgo slowlyâ. Even though Jackson did not go to any gym but he practiced Yoga along with his wife, Minoo. Getting from 400 to 190 pounds wasnât easy but Galaxy believed in himself and he achieved it. Why does marriage help Galaxy in overcoming addiction? We, humans, are social animals. We need people around us. We need someone loving around us. In the great majority of food addiction cases, a person falls into such addiction because he feels alone and food gives comfort. Since Jackson got married to Minoo he has overcome nearly every addiction and is living a healthy life. The couple is very happy together and we wish them a very happy and long life. Veggies vs. Meat: Are Vegetarians Thinner Than Meat Eaters?
The relationship between vegetarianism and body weight has been the subject of much research and debate. On one hand, numerous studies have found that vegetarians are thinner than non-vegetarians. On the other hand, many other studies have found little or no difference. Whatâs the truth? Do vegetarians have a lower body weight than meat-eaters? And if so, is it because theyâre eating less meat?
Vegetables are a great source of vital nutrients that can help you to feel fuller for longer and they are low in calories and fat too, making them an ideal food to include in a weight loss plan. As well as containing fibre, which can help to keep you feeling fuller for longer, vegetables are also high in nutrients such as vitamin C, which is thought to have anti-ageing properties. They are also a good source of potassium, which can help to maintain healthy blood pressure levels. There are lots of different types of vegetables you could try including: Broccoli â This is a fantastic source of vitamins A and C as well as being a good source of fibre. It is also thought to help boost metabolism so could be worth trying if you want to lose weight. Cucumber â This is another great source of vitamins A and C and it is also thought to aid digestion so could be worth trying if you tend to get constipated. Tomatoes â These contain lycopene, which may help to lower the risk of heart disease and prostate cancer so could be worth trying if you are at risk.
A 2009 study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that regularly eating red meat can contribute to weight gain. The researchers found that when people replaced high-fat, high-calorie red meat with low-fat, low-calorie alternatives such as poultry or fish, they lost an average of about two pounds over 12 weeks. The study also found that the risk of becoming overweight increased by 70% when people ate high amounts of red meat. Red meat has a lot of calories â 1.5 ounces (41 grams) of lean beef contains about 300 calories, while a 3-ounce serving of processed deli meat (not including cheese) can contain 400 calories. Red meat also has more saturated fat than other types of food, which can increase your cholesterol levels and increase your risk for heart disease.
A quick comparison of vegans and those who consume meat reveals that vegans seem to have lower levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, lower blood pressure, and a decreased chance of developing hypertension and type 2 diabetes.
Veggies vs. Meat Are Vegetarians Thinner Than Meat Eaters . Furthermore, according to the available information, vegans have a lower body mass index, which lowers the chance of developing chronic illnesses and cuts down on the quantity of cancer that occurs.

Nutrition questions
Is X real, irt human nutrition? Potential X items: Calories, starvation mode, metabolism, obesity, "pre diabetes", the laws of thermodynamics, race, sex, targeting specific areas for fat loss?
Should different genders approach weight loss (and gain) identically or are there differences?
Are "thyroid issues" vanishingly rare, or so common that everyone should collect change to pay for getting theirs tested?
How dishonest is the FDA? Are daily recommended amounts of anything trustworthy? Are daily recommended amounts independent of body size and a 75 pound person, a 150 pound person, 300 pound person, and a 600 pound person all need the same amount of vitamin C, zinc, calcium, and so on?
Is 2000 calories really appropriate for many people? Is 1200 really the minimum without medical supervision/aka gated behind access to medical care, regardless of eg height? Are there any non willpower related problems (read: you'll binge if you try) with 800-1200 calories per day?
Are "naturally skinny people" just not eating very much?
Does what specifically you eat actually matter; like vegan vs fast food vs "clean eating" vs kosher or whatever, does that mean anything if the calories and macros are about the same? Do macros matter? Are fat and/or sugar bad in ways besides calorie density? Has anyone accused protein of being bad and created a zero protein diet, or is that just the idiot vegan/idiot poverty diet? ("Idiot" because either way dried beans will do ya fine, you just gotta know to get them)
Is weight training (and protein powder and supplements...) really the silver bullet essential solution to being overweight? If yes, are people who can't do weight training for whatever reason just fucked?
Does anyone know what kind of *crose is in dates, what the ratios are between them?

Chocolate Rasperry Cake
This is a moist chocolate cake recipe, it is a 3 layer cake with 2 layers of raspberry cream filling and topped with a chocolate raspberry butter cream icing. Are you salivating yet?
To make this cake use your favorite chocolate cake recipe or for the inexperienced baker just use 2 dark chocolate cake mixes.
Mix with
8 medium eggs
2 cups cold water
2/3 cup oil
Mix on medium speed until well blended, scrape bowl, mix for 1 more minute.
Pour in equal portions into 3 (10Ă2 inch baking pans).
Bake at 350 degree preheated oven for approximately 30 to 40 minutes or until done. Cool on rack, remove from pans, level cakes by cutting off rounded tops.
Purchase a good fruitful raspberry pastry filling (H&H) is the best, place about 1 pound of filling in a bowl and add whip cream to it (whip the cream first) now fold them together until you reach the desired flavor and thickness (donât make it too thin).
Use any chocolate butter cream recipe that you like and add to the icing (black raspberry extract) until you reach the desired flavor (if you make the icing too thin just add some more 10x sugar).
On the bottom layer put a dam of icing around the edge and your filling in the center and smooth to level, repeat for 2nd and 3rd layer, decorate as in picture, use shaved chocolate or chocolate jimmies in center of the top.

Did you know that 8 by 10 inches is the space hens spend their entire lives in along with other chickens? Or the fact that the amount of water used to produce a single pound of beef is equivalent to seven years of drinking water for the average human? How about the fact that ever since you started reading this paragraph, 61,982 animals in the U.S. alone were killed for our consumption?[1] What you just read is a measly portion of the devastation and distraught happening not only for animals but inside us all.
The beliefs that humans have been living off over the past hundreds of years are finally given recognition to, after 300 years of the entire global population adamantly having their heads stuck in a deluding fallacy. It was in the 1800s when a famous German chemist, Justus Von Liebig, hypothesized that muscular energy came from only animal protein and that vegetarians are incapable of prolonged exercise.[2] Liebigâs ideas were so widespread and agreed upon, that without further reasoning or factual examining, the idea of health was completely established upon Liebigâs hypothesis. But looking back, it was since 1882 that scientists and nutritionists studied the plant and its contents, finding that plants contained a more sufficient version of the nutrients found in animal products â it was only too late.[3] The entire world had already planted their belief systems into the grounds of Justus von Liebigâs hypothesis.
