>> day 11/100 days of productivity
this day's productivity was more on completing my team's research:
acknowledgements
technical revisions
progress report submitted to the university ethics committee
surprisingly, just these 3 resulted into taking up my whole afternoon 😅 but it was very nice to complete our thesis. we only need to publish it and display it in our faculty and library, haha
also here we have bobby, habitually laying down on the books i read.

I'm up to date on my chem notes and I finished my math notes too 📝! I picked up my productivity again after a low by taking a hot shower and listening to Fabrizio Paterlini 🎶 Afterwards I focused on getting my mood back up and made up my 2024 vision board!! These will now be my goals for the year ^^

9/13/24 • 1/100 Days of Productivity Challenge
🎧 Song of the day: Ache in My Heart by Palaye Royale
📖 Current Reads: Awakening Artemis by Vanessa Chakour
I started the 100-day productivity challenge to challenge myself to finish my self-paced courses! I'm feeling quite optimistic about this, but I'm not always at my 100% so I may fall off occasionally. However, I view productivity as simply sometimes taking your medication and feeding yourself.
I'm not the best at aesthetic photos so you likely won't find them here. You also won't find pretty setups, sometimes you're gonna see clutter and the random can of root beer and ramen at 6am. I am far from perfect but I am trying.
Today's goals (will add an edit later)
Drink water (0/3) Complete at least half of the bio u1 learning guide Start on math notes & questions + a few lesson 1 questions Start on assignment 2.1 english Work on server post Self study french duolingo + take notes Map out sept budget (oops I'm late) Finish setting up bullet journal Tidy up space a bit Complete Habitica tasks
💫Wishing you blessings and abundance💫

🐚 Tuesday 28|05|24 🌊
Today was a dark day and not only because of my total black outfit complete with braids that made me look a bit like Wednesday Addams, but also because of the pain in my ass.
Living next to an elementary school, I'm used to having their balls in the garden almost every day, just as I understand that they are children and that while playing, the ball can get hit too hard, but I have to climb over the fence of the house to come to catch the balls and even take me for stupid and deny the evidence after you have been caught red handed, I don't like it, because first of all the child could get hurt, but secondly I'm sorry that today's children often don't respect for oneself and for others is taught and not even education it seems.
Then at driving school more breakdowns and the same at home, in short today I can't help but have a headache.
This morning I spent all of it copying the notes I took yesterday during class and I didn't even read, this bothers me because if I hadn't had a migraine I would have done it and so instead it can be ruled out.At least the lesson went well, as did the quizzes and now I can rest a bit.
I am at least satisfied that despite the anger I was able to manage the situation and my braids.

• 9/100 days of productivity
Todays was very productive. I did math, chemistry and physics.
Physics seriously needs some practice and work. Upcoming week, I need to sit down once and try to grasp the theories on forces as that’s the foundation.
But chemistry went amazing. I’m 1/5th done with the exam preparation.

since i'll be graduating in 12 days (eeek!), i've decided to begin 100 days of productivity to keep me in the mindset and work ethic i've maintained throughout school. i'll be shifting my focus on productivity in my work life, my wellness/fitness/health, gaining skills like dog training, taking the time to be creative, and especially on accomplishing tasks in my home.
i was planning to start on the day after graduation, but why not today? let's see how productivity can look in and out of school :)
i'll post my first update in a bit - today has already been quite productive!
i'm creating my own tag, #kady100dop to track :) feel free to join me!
About the 100 Days of Productivity Challenge
Tumblr media
Hello fellow nerds, hope you’re all doing well!
If you have been following my studyblr, you will know that my first ever 100 Days of Productivity has come to an end. Throughout the course of my participation in this challenge, I have gotten quite a few questions about what this challenge actually is. As I am starting a new 100 Days of Productivity on January 31st, I thought I’d write up an ‘About The 100 Days of Productivity Challenge’ post that covers what the challenge is, why it is awesome, and how to participate in the challenge.
WHAT IT IS
The 100 Days of Productivity Challenge is one of the most popular online productivity tags that motivates people to get things done! The challenge itself, put simply, is to try and accomplish at least one productive thing a day for 100 days. What is considered ‘productive’ is completely up to you. It can range from cleaning your desk to writing a 20-page research paper. Really, whatever you consider being productive can be classified as so. The challenge is super flexible, and I think that is why so many people love to participate in it!
WHY IT IS AWESOME
It establishes productive habits - 100 days is a pretty long time. Getting into the routine of doing one productive thing a day for this period of time really helps to develop productive habits that will improve your efficiency and organisation.
It is a great way to monitor the work you accomplish - The challenge offers a great way to keep track of what you achieve, whether you choose to document it online or on paper.
It motivates you to actually get things done - The expectation of completing one productive thing a day really does motivate you to actually do that one productive thing, and in the end, you achieve more than expected.
It provides you with motivation and support - This has to be one of my favourite aspects of the challenge. There are so many people who are apart of the online study community that participate in the 100dop challenge. We all encourage each other to achieve our best and support each other when we aren’t coping so well. This genuine support and encouragement makes being productive so much more enjoyable.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
It’s quite simple, really. You do one productive thing a day for 100 days, and you document it however you like. A lot of people, like myself, choose to post a 100 Days of Productivity Challenge Update each day on their online accounts with a photo and summary of what they achieved. I will be using #raf100dop to track my next 100 days, which I recommend you do as well! I’ll be sure to regularly look through the tag and support your posts!
If you would rather not post your documentation of productivity for this challenge online, you can keep tabs on what you achieve on paper instead! I would recommend either keeping a study journal where you write down what you get done each day or use online printables (I really like @emmastudies printable) to document your productivity.
TO REMEMBER
You can start taking part in this challenge whenever you like! There is no start and end date. I will be starting on January 31st, the start of my new school year. You are more than welcome to do the same!
You don’t have to be a dedicated study blog or account to partake in this challenge. Everyone is encouraged to get involved!
This challenge is meant to motivate you to be productive, and to make being productive fun! Don’t feel too pressured to post every single day. If you can’t cope with consecutive posting, you don’t have to! Just do what you are comfortable with.
That’s all for now, I hope this post has been helpful! If you are confused or have any questions, please feel free to ask! And if you do decide to participate in the 100dop, make sure to tag #raf100dop so I can check out your posts!

DAY 1/100: Thu Jun 15.23
Journal Prompts:
What are three opportunities for learning and personal growth that I can pursue today? - I can start with some online courses about psychology, pedagogy, and clinical psychology as well as read a chapter or two on "Readings for Writers" or "Behavioral Sciences Review". I can also add in a couple of articles (20 or 30) place notes on Notability.
How can I prioritize my physical health and incorporate movement into my day? - I could do 10k steps at the new road just across the street. Brisk walking to get my heart pumping.
What steps can I take today to move closer to my long-term goals or aspirations?
Research educational opportunities in psychology, pedagogy, and clinical psychology, and explore international licensing requirements.
Develop a study and research plan to outline the necessary courses, research projects, and certifications for her chosen fields.
Connect with mentors and professionals in psychology and education to seek guidance and establish valuable relationships.
Build her professional network by attending industry events, joining associations, and participating in online communities.
Start writing and publishing academic papers or articles related to her areas of interest.
Seek practical experience through internships or volunteering in mental health clinics, research centers, or educational institutions.
Prioritize self-care and well-being to maintain energy and resilience throughout her journey.

how to stay motivated long-term
trust, me i know that long-term motivation and consistency is hard. long-term motivation might be difficult to maintain, but there are effective techniques to help you stay focused and determined. whether you're seeking personal ambitions, academic achievements, or professional success, here are some strategies to help encourage motivation:
understand the reason behind your goal ☆ does your goal contribute to personal growth or meaningful relationships? ☆ how does your goal impact others? ☆ is your goal meaningful to you? if your goal lacks meaning, it may be hard to maintain motivation.
positive and negative motivation motivation can come from different places ☆ positive motivation: the desire to experience pleasure ☆ negative motivation: the desire to avoid something (an outcome) both types of motivation have their place, so learn to recognise what type fits in where.
set up systems use your initial motivation to set up structures: ☆ create routines, systems and habits that help you towards your goal even when your motivation fluctuates ☆ when your emotions wane, rely on these systems and disciplines to maintain momentum
break down goals ☆ tackle one goal at a time to avoid feeling overwhelmed ☆ set achievable milestones and celebrate each step forward ☆ keep the momentum going by focusing on manageable tasks
validate good work ☆ give yourself a little reward, or thank yourself, for completing hard tasks ☆ this reinforces motivation and encourages effort
remember--motivation isn't in a constant state, it ebbs and flows. these small tips will help to stay motivated. i'm going to provide more information in upcoming posts, and i will link them here once they are published.
luck on your journey ❤️

༻`` 22 & 23 Mar 24 — Friday and Saturday
100 days of productivity 65 & 66/100
For some reason I kept thinking today was Friday.. I didn't finish all my chemistry notes but I finished 1 booklet and highlighted previous notes and I'm really happy with that anyway! Also, I did 25 pushups practically in 1 go!!! It's my goal for this month (which I've been building up to since January, around which I could barely do 1 pushup!)
Journalled today too and here is my plan:
I will keep micellar water and nail things by the sink (to improve and encourage general skin care)
I will keep my dog's leash on my desk (to encourage walking them more often —3x a week)
And I will get up to do something at 4.30 every day, even if only to sit back down after (to get some momentum and energy for other tasks)
For the remaining days of my 100dop I will report on my progress, as well as on my sleep schedule (🌙 10.30, ☀️6.30) —I was gonna say that it's 10.25 and I can actually still hit that goal today WOO!!!! But no its 11.25 TvT....

🐚Friday 07|06|24 🌊
Extremely sultry day, spent almost exclusively at rest.
However, I can still consider myself satisfied for having completed several quizzes between yesterday and this morning with positive results, even with some cards containing topics still to be done.
I listened to some music while I made lunch and then put away my Harry Potter Funko collection and my new F.R.I.E.N.D.S. mug. on my desk before heading to driving school for the theory lesson.
Today we covered first aid and unfortunately, either due to the heat or due to the topic covered, a boy was unwell and I was really disappointed by this.
Once I got home I had a snack and I can finally rest.
