Since I’m a doll collector, thought I’d share a little photo story I made with some of my 1/3rd scale dolls.

A guide on whose who, black text = me, purple text = Calypso, pink text = Circe, pale green text = Penelope, blue text = Melina (yes they all have Greek mythology names, but aren’t the characters themselves).

i remade the graphic from the iconic “dan and phil made me gay!” t-shirt and then made a tote bag for 18in dolls :-) it’s also coincidentally the perfect size for photocards lol

I AM going to go outside and get some good pictures to post before I bring him to dragoncon this weekend BUT !

Wyll is finally done. I think he turned out cute despite all the trouble he gave me making him. He has two sets of hands, one with claws one without, and magnetic horns. and you can barely even tell his scalp popped off 3 times !

I'm shocked!

I was able to make flexible golden Gortash's sleeves for a small 1/6 action figure!

They are flexible and retained the general appearance of the parts.

Ice power and firepower

3 part torsos are the best for these sort of relaxed poses. This might say something about me and my posture, but I love the ability to slouch. Also love women in a fitting power suit. It's just 😩👌. I wish I could be this cool.

An early birthday gift from the spouse: my first Smart Doll (Live and Let Live Alternate, pear body.)

She got here to Texas exactly 72 hours after I submitted the order to the company in Japan.

I know “Smart Doll” is just a name, but she’s holding my wallet and my keys, which are the most important parts of the errand we need to run, so that seems pretty smart to me!

MOAR JEWELS! While waiting for my custom printable for the 50/50 to arrive, I have been working on holiday exchange things. For dolls. Because. So, once again, walk into the land of camera skills that totally rock (*snorts, holding back laughter*). BEHOLD! 1:6th scale shenanigans!

Yes, yes, I am working on a custom doll. Ignore the sanding marks. It's a WiP... mah doll back and forth. Mah doll back and forth....

Okay, shakey hands struck again. You get the idea. Most close with S clasps, but some are just wraps. Because.

Okay. The glaze on that one is still drying. The light was fading! I needed picts! Never mind. Into the 1:4 & 1:3 scale stuff!

Sometimes I wonder why I try to photo silver against an aluminum foil base for my gown designs. Like a fool. Answer: Hands.

This one is not so bad, I think. Also, that one above making me think of a Crown of Thorns sort of necklace... or head piece. The Inspiration!

Magical purkle orb like thing! Bingy blingy bling bling.

MWAHAHAHA. I really should get the rose gold and copper wire. I wonder if they make it in onyx finish..?

I made August an outfit today! Upcycled an old pair of shorts for his pants (which are lined and have a zip closure) and a top out of an old dress. I don’t consider myself a seamstress by any means but am really proud of how they turned out for my first time sewing (by hand) at this size!
