MOAR JEWELS! While waiting for my custom printable for the 50/50 to arrive, I have been working on holiday exchange things. For dolls. Because. So, once again, walk into the land of camera skills that totally rock (*snorts, holding back laughter*). BEHOLD! 1:6th scale shenanigans!

Once the back, fronts, sleeves are knit, one begins to feel that the "knitting" is done. But lots of work left for facings & collar. Weaving and assembly, too, of course.

One of the last steps I have when painting a vinyl record is to go in with black paint (and quite possibly the tiniest paintbrush you've ever seen) and paint over the imperfections.

For this video, I'm just covering up the more obvious pencil lines that I use for symmetry, though I often use the same method to "separate" dots that have merged together to form awkward looking blobs, and even alter the shape of dots that aren't as round as I want them to be

This step is incredibly time consuming so trying to convince myself to start the process is always a massive internal battle, but I actually enjoy it quite a bit once I'm in the groove!

Through the use of materials carefully created or chosen by cutting out elements from other digital media, I incorporate additional layers of meaning and symbolism into my drawing to amplify the visual impact and attempt, as best I can, to create a multi-sensory experience. Throughout the creative process, I meticulously retouched and adjusted the composition, colors, shadows, luminosity, and textures, ensuring that each element resonated with my artistic vision. Using computer graphic painting tools, I give the work its final form, adding the finishing touches that evoke the desired emotions and atmosphere. "Transcendent Enigma," in my messy creative process, reflects my deep exploration and questioning of spiritual and philosophical themes. It's also an invitation to a transformative journey, unveiling the mysteries of existence and engaging in a contemplative search for meaning.
