It’s so funny seeing the season 1 vs season 4/5 comparisons while rewatching because, like…..it’s all there so early, Guillermo being like “I’m sorry about all this, stop you can’t throw coins,” with Nandor in the store, and Nandor holding up Guillermo to dust the chandelier, and Guillermo being like “not on my watch!” about the sunlight….they’re so silly.
Even when they’re all like hierarchical they’re still so clearly friends, it does kind of feel put upon in retrospect.

Thinking about Kieran (pre teal mask) working on his family's garden with his grandmother and finding it calming. Thinking about Kieran who upon first meeting Juliana, can't help but compare her smile and warm eyes to a sunflower.
Thinking about Kieran (indigo disk) who's obsessed with getting stronger and stronger all to defeat Juliana, seeing her for the first time after they were apart and still thinking of they way she used to look at him. Kieran who can't help but look at her after all this time and think she's more beautiful than any flower.
