something i find interesting is that allegedly neurotypicals feel less guilty w each lie they tell? like they tell their first lie feel super guilty but by the 1000th time they lie they barely care. and its the opposite w me the more i lie the guiltier i become and that guilt piles on top of my constant guilt that i feel. like not exaggerating here i have spent 2 days agonizing constantly over the fact that i told my mom i had finished reading a book so i could lend it to her when i hadnt. it didnt even hurt anyone! it wasnt a harmful lie! she got the book and i just finished it like a week later! but no matter what its about i get so guilty about being dishonest.
