SEASONS lando norris x fewtrell sister pt.1 - january 5 2025 The annual family ski trip was finally here, and you could barely contain your excitement. There was something about this trip that always felt like coming home—the crisp mountain air, the cozy lodge that hadn’t changed a bit since you were kids, and the chaotic mix of your two families under one roof.

The annual family ski trip was finally here, and you could barely contain your excitement. There was something about this trip that always felt like coming home—the crisp mountain air, the cozy lodge that hadn’t changed a bit since you were kids, and the chaotic mix of your two families under one roof.

You hadn’t seen your twin brother and Pietra in weeks, since they had decided to spent the holidays in Brazil, and you were itching to catch up. You also hadn’t seen the whole Norris family since Abu Dhabi, which had been an absolute blast. You’d meet up with Flo and Cisca regularly in London, having spent Christmas and New Years together, but the whole family being together was a rarity. This year felt extra special, though—it was the first time Dylan was coming along.

Your boyfriend of nearly a year had fit seamlessly into your life back home, and now he was finally meeting the entire crew. Max already got along with him like a house on fire, and you couldn’t wait for him to meet everyone else.

“Stil the same old place. Can’t wait to hit the slopes” Max said looking around with a grin. “You better teach me some sick board tricks this trip Dyl” he continued. “Only if you’re ready to fall on your ass,” Dylan shot back with a laugh. “Careful, Max is competitive,” you teased, they all laughed, Dylan was actually a professional snowboarder, making it that much funnier. 

The Fewtrells had arrived at the lodge first, giving you a chance to show Dylan around before everyone else got there. The house was as you remembered—wood-paneled walls, mismatched furniture, and warm fires crackling in every hearth.

“This is where you grew up skiing?” Dylan asked as you led him upstairs, his snowboard bag slung casually over his shoulder.

“Pretty much. Max and I used to share this room—” you pushed open a door, looking at him slyly, excited to share the room with him this time. The room smelled faintly of cedar, its twin beds still adorned with the same plaid comforters you’d had as kids.

“It’s nice,” Dylan said, setting his bag down and pulling you into his arms. “Cozy. Definitely feels like you.”

Before you could reply, his lips brushed yours, a warm and familiar kiss that made your heart flutter as his hands brushed through your hair, leading you towards the bed. Before things could go further, a loud voice broke the moment. “Fewtrell!” Cisca called from downstairs, followed by Flo’s laughter.

You turned, rolling your eyes affectionately. “Let’s go. You’ll love this chaos.”

Downstairs, the Norris family was filing in, luggage and snow-dusted boots piling up in the entryway. Lando appeared last, hauling a duffel bag with one hand and ski equipment in the other.

“Landooo!” you and Max called out in unison, both running to greet him.“Can’t even drop my stuff first?” Lando teased, dropping the bag with an exaggerated groan as you pulled him into a hug.“Ah, our world champion has arrived,” your dad said, stepping forward with a warm smile. “Welcome back, Lando. Well-deserved break, eh?” “Something like that,” Lando said, grinning as he accepted the handshake. “Nothing beats this place, though.”

“Lando, this is Dylan,” you said, gesturing between them. Dylan extended a hand. “Good to finally meet you. She’s told me a lot about you.” “All good things, I hope,” Lando replied with a polite smile, shaking his hand.“Mostly,” Dylan teased, earning a laugh from everyone. Max threw an arm around Dylan’s shoulders. “You’re in for it now, Lando. Dylan’s a beast on the slopes. Red Bull-sponsored and everything.” “Oh, so I’m not the only sponsored athlete here?” Lando said, his tone light but with a playful edge. It was a miracle Max and Lando hadn’t killed each other yet, being as competitive as they are. Dylan grinned. “Guess not. Maybe we should race to see who’s faster.” “Careful what you wish for, even beat Red Bull this year” Lando shot back.

That night, as wine flowed and the parents went to bed early, the kids stayed up playing cards, laughing over inside jokes, and planning the next day’s ski routes.

The next morning, you woke to the sound of muffled voices drifting up from the kitchen and the faint smell of coffee brewing. Dylan was still sound asleep, his arm draped over your waist. Careful not to wake him, you slid out of bed, threw on a sweater, and made your way downstairs.

Max and Lando were already up, bundled in their ski gear, arguing over who would get to claim the fastest run of the day.

"Morning," Lando said, looking up from lacing his boots. His grin was warm and easy, the kind of smile that had been the same since he was a kid.

"Morning," you replied, grabbing a mug of coffee and leaning against the counter. "You two sound like you're gearing up for a war, not a ski day."

"It is a war," Max declared dramatically, waving a spatula he’d been using to flip pancakes. "Do you remember the incident of 2016?"

"How could I forget?" you said, laughing. "Lando sulking for hours after you beat his time."

"Exactly. Redemption arc starts today," Lando shot back, a playful glint in his eye.

You rolled your eyes but couldn't help smiling. It was moments like these—carefree and full of banter—that reminded you why these trips meant so much.

After breakfast, you, Dylan, and the rest of the group gathered outside, ready to hit the slopes. The sky was a perfect shade of blue, the snow pristine under the morning sun. The energy was contagious, with everyone laughing and joking as they strapped into their skis or boards.

You and Lando split from the main group, both opting for skis while the others took their boards, eager to get tips from Dylan.

“Still as bad at snowboarding as you were at 12?” you teased as the two of you rode the lift up the mountain.

“Not everyone can be a prodigy like you,” Lando quipped, pretending to be offended. “Besides, I’d rather stick to what I’m good at—like beating you down this run.”

“You wish,” you shot back, nudging his arm as the lift slowed.

When you reached the top, it was as if no time had passed at all. Skiing with Lando had always been your thing, a tradition as old as the ski trips themselves. You raced down the slope, weaving between trees and laughing like kids again. At the bottom, you both collapsed into the snow, breathless and grinning.

“Still got it,” Lando said, brushing snow off his jacket.

“I let you win,” you replied, but your smile gave you away.

“I’ve missed this,” you said, lying back in the snow.

“What, losing to me?” Lando teased, throwing a handful of snow in your direction.

You took a break at a skilodge for drinks, glad it wasn’t crowded, texting the rest of the group to join them if they were close.

“It’s so weird how we haven’t actually caught up properly since Abu Dhabi,” you said, getting comfortable and sipping your drink.

The club was electric—music pulsing through the air, bodies packed tight, and the sharp tang of spilled drinks mingling with the faint scent of expensive cologne. It was the kind of night where everything felt larger than life, McLaren world championship, even as it blurred at the edges.

Lando wasn’t entirely sure how many drinks he’d had. Enough that the world tilted slightly, enough that his usual sharp instincts were dulled to a pleasant fuzziness. He wasn’t really thinking about anything in particular, just letting himself float with the energy of the room.

That’s when he saw her.

She was by the bar, her hair catching the lights in a way that felt achingly familiar. Without even realizing it, his feet carried him toward her. The closer he got, the more the resemblance struck him.

“Hey” he called softly as he approached.

The girl turned, and for a moment, he was convinced it was her. But then she smiled—wide, flirtatious, not the kind of smile she would have given him—and he blinked, the illusion shattering.

It wasn't her. Not exactly. But the resemblance was uncanny enough to send a strange shiver through him.

Still, they started talking. She was funny in a way that felt effortless, her voice cutting through the pounding bass of the music. It wasn’t long before they moved to the dance floor, their movements fluid, fueled by alcohol and the frenetic energy of the night.

Somewhere in the haze of music and lights, Lando leaned in and kissed her.

The kiss was brief but intoxicating, her lips soft and eager. For a moment, Lando let himself sink into it, into the rush of the night, the distraction she provided. But something far away tugged at the edge of his drunken consciousness.

“Lando!”

He pulled back sharply, turning to see Max weaving through the crowd toward him. His expression was one of mild exasperation but mostly confusion.

“Mate,” Max said, his voice slightly slurred, though his amusement was clear. He looked from Lando to the girl, then back again, his eyebrows shooting up. “What the hell are you doing?”

“What do you mean?” Lando asked, putting his hands up in the air, suddenly self-defensive.

Max gestured at the girl, a bemused grin tugging at his lips. “I thought you were kissing my sister! She looks like my sister. Like, exactly like my sister. But—” He looked at her again, his grin faltering. “Also not. It’s weird, mate.”

The girl frowned, her arms crossing over her chest. “Okay, rude.”

“No offense,” Max said quickly, raising his hands in mock surrender. “You’re gorgeous, but I mean, come on.” He turned to Lando, shaking his head. “How drunk are you right now?”

Lando blinked, his mind scrambling to catch up. He looked at the girl again, his stomach twisting uncomfortably. Now that Max had pointed it out, the similarities felt too stark, too deliberate, explaining why it had felt weird.

“I wasn’t—” he started, but Max cut him off.

“Relax, mate,” Max said with a laugh, clapping him on the shoulder. “I get it. Long season, wild night. Just...you know, maybe cool it before you confuse yourself more.”

The girl rolled her eyes. “Whatever. I’m getting a drink.” She disappeared into the crowd, leaving the two of them standing there.

Max watched her go, then turned back to Lando, his grin softening into something more understanding. “You okay?”

“Yeah,” Lando said quickly, still in a confused haze.

Max tilted his head, studying him for a moment before shrugging. “Let’s go find my real sister,” he said, steering Lando toward the other side of the club. “She’s way better company than, uh...that.”

Lando didn’t argue, but as they walked, his thoughts remained tangled. Max was right—the resemblance had been unsettling, bothering him for a moment until Max handed him another tequila shot.

Lando smirked. “Well, whose fault is that? You disappeared halfway through the after-party. Left me stranded with Max and his endless tequila shots.”

You laughed, holding your drink in both hands. “I didn’t disappear! I was there—you just didn’t see me because you were busy being... you know, Lando.”

“Excuse me,” he said, mock-offended. “What does that mean?”

“It means you were too busy making rounds like the social butterfly you are. Max told me you didn’t even remember half the night.”

Lando groaned, tipping his head back. “That’s fair. I think I blanked out the moment Christian Horner started karaoke.”

You grinned. “See? That’s why I disappeared. I had better things to do, like chatting with some of the Red Bull team.”

“Ah, fraternizing with the enemy,” Lando teased. “You’re lucky Max didn’t disown you.”

“Oh, Max was fine. But you know what?” She leaned forward conspiratorially. “There was this moment… when I was talking to a certain very famous actor.”

“Who?” Lando asked, curious.

Your lips curved into a sly smile. “Not telling. But for just a second, I thought, Wow, if I weren’t with Dylan, this would be my chance.”

Lando froze mid-sip, raising a brow. “Wait, seriously?”

“Totally kidding,” you said quickly, though the grin didn’t falter. “Kind of. I mean, it’s not every day you get hit on by a Hollywood A-lister.”

Lando set his glass down, leaning forward. “Okay, now you have to tell me who it was.”

“Never,” you said, laughing. “I’ll take that secret to my grave. But don’t worry, Dylan has nothing to worry about. Besides, you were the one getting up to trouble that night.”

“Trouble?” he asked innocently.

You gave him a knowing look. “You know, with that girl who looked like me.”

Lando’s grin faltered for a moment, but he quickly recovered. “Oh, come on. Max won’t let me live that down. And for the record, I wasn’t the one who said she looked like you. He did.”

“Still, Lando,” you said, shaking your head with a teasing smile. “That’s a bit weird, even for you.”

“Hey, I was drunk,” he defended, running a hand through his hair. “And she didn’t look that much like you.”

“She could’ve been my long-lost triplet!”

“Okay, maybe a little,” he admitted sheepishly. “But I wasn’t exactly seeing straight. You can blame Max and his tequila shots for the whole situation.”

You laughed again, shaking your head. “Fine, fine. But if Max thinks you’re weird, you know it’s bad.”

Lando sighed dramatically. “Remind me why I put up with you again?”

“Because you love me,” you quipped, raising your glass in a mock toast.

“Yeah, yeah,” he said, clinking his glass with yours. You settled back into your seats, the laughter fading into a comfortable silence, both of you enjoyed, relaxed, content and tired after skiing.

After the ending of The Sunshine Court Neil is 100% on Jeremy's hate list.

The others don't understand why Captain Sunshine and Smiles who gets along with everyone absolutely hates Neil Josten and will scowl whenever his name is brought up.

Laila and Cat are just like, yeah he's a weird guy but he was on the run for 8 years from his mafioso father who tortured him and tried to kill him. Gonna be a little weird after something like that. But he seemed like a good sport when we played against his team last season.

But to Jeremy, Neil flew in from South Carolina to California with no warning, just texted Jean when he landed in CA that he was in LA and they needed to talk. The timing was already awful because Jean had just been attacked and Jeremy wanted Jean to stay home where he could keep an eye on him but Jean insisted that if Neil was here it was because Neil had no choice and Jean had to go with him. And Neil wouldn't step inside the house, just spoke to Jean in French so Jeremy couldn't understand and then they were off and Jean was gone for like 6 hours.

Jeremy was probably staring out the living room window for Jean to return. And when he finally saw Neil pull up to the house, Jean slammed the car door shut and ran up the stairs. Jeremy had the front door open for him ready to ask what was wrong and if he was okay but Jean was upset and just stormed past him. Jeremy went to him in their room and asked him what he needed and that's when Jean asked him "If I asked you to kill me, would you?"

And Jeremy is scared for Jean and pleads for him to let him help him. They get through the night, with friends and dinner at midnight, and the promise that Jean is not ready to talk about it yet but one day...

From then on Neil Josten is enemy #1 to Jeremy Knox because whatever Neil and Jean did that day made Jean want to die.

Nearly a year later, when Jean and Jeremy are finally dating, Jean has shared some tidbits about how his family was mafia and he had been sold to the Ravens and why he's scared of water and that he had a sister and that the broken trinkets and postcards he won't throw away had been gifts from Kevin who had tried to show him pieces of the world while he was locked in the Nest...

Jean is informed that it's time for him to testify against his family and soon the world will know that his family was mafia. Neil calls to offer to fly down and go with him in support since he had gone through the same thing.

Jeremy is scowling when he realizes Jean is talking to Neil, and when Jean hangs up he asks Jeremy what's wrong. Jeremy reminds him that the last time he spent time with Neil he came home saying he wanted to die.

And Jean is just, 'oh, that,' and proceeds to finally tell Jeremy that Neil found out Jean's family was going to get taken down. Neil came up with a scheme to get Jean FBI protection so he would be safe when his family was burned. He got his crime-boss uncle involved to get the FBI's attention, came up with a fake story of them being old mafia childhood friends, and got Jean protection from the FBI in exchange for his cooperation.

Jeremy is staring back at Jean slack-jawed because that is absolutely bonkers and how did Neil Josten orchestrate that and oh my gosh Neil had been protecting Jean he totally got it wrong and needed to apologize to Neil for the death glares he had been sending his way at the last banquet.

And then Jean adds, 'and he also put a hit on my rapist.'

so technically, the first time they ever cross paths is in season 4 when Henry is born. obviously, it makes sense for j!reader to be there especially since she went to Georgetown. they don't officially meet until season 6 when reader takes JJ's spot on the team (but as a profiler) so in this specific AU, Seaver doesn't exist.

reader is 100% already smitten from the moment she meets him, but there's always this omnipresent fear of ruining the team dynamic or whatever reason reader can come up with. so in season 6 she actually gets a boyfriend, but her and Spencer remain really close friends throughout. he's also going through his whole migraine thing at the time. and then we hit the Lauren arc. i cannot disclose a lot about this because it may or may not be getting it's own fic, but they lean on each other heavy during that time.

in season 7 we obviously start with Spencer being an absolute dweeb to JJ, putting reader in the middle of it. again, i cannot disclose exactly what happens here, because it will potentially be in it's own fic. within season 7 reader breaks up with her bf and Spencer comforts her because they ended on bad terms, but Spencer is so heinously down bad for this girl that he doesn't even care that he's comforting her over another guy. there's a lot of like build up to this and they're kind of stuck in this "will they? wont they?" limbo and they're scared of ruining their friendship. when the bomb goes off in the season 7 finale, reader's in the building and Spencer freaks. they start dating shortly after JJ's wedding (which is why the line “She met Will and got pregnant and got married and you were so in love with her that you took the off-brand version just to have something.” from the ffofa 1 is so important).

that more or less brings us to season 8. home run takes place following "god complex" where they're dating and so stupid in love. their relationship is a secret at first, until lock and key happens and they come clean to everyone. i also feel it goes without saying that Maeve doesn't exist in this AU. they move in together during season 8 and they just coexist for the majority of 8, 9, and 10 because the seasons that come at traumatizing. there's also the lost daughter in season 9 and for the season 9 finale reader has a full fledged breakdown when Spencer is shot in the neck <333 but central nervous system takes place in season 10. around the end of season 10 they're talking about maybe getting married but i squash their dreams come season 11.

in season 11 there's the dirty dozen arc and Diana's Alzheimers diagnosis which puts a hold on their future plans. they're long distance while Spencer is with his mom in Las Vegas and they adopt a "one step at a time" mindset.

season 12!!! a big one for sure. reader does not agree with Spencer bringing his mom home to stay with them but she respects his decision even though it brings some issues to their relationship. she's mad at him for lying when he goes to Mexico but is obviously worried about his well-being. she helps him decide how he wants to plea. they write each other while he's in prison but she doesn't visit. they have a very wholesome reunion, she goes with him and JJ to confront Cat, and Spencer loses his mind when the team is in that car accident at the end of the season.

Spencer does not think he's going to be reinstated in season 13 but she hypes him up and when she's in town and he's on sabbatical she goes to his lectures to support him. she gets fired by Linda Barnes and does something similar to what Tara does because her background is in psych. my girl jareau!reader fully crashes out when Spencer and Penelope are kidnapped at the end of season 13 - another trauma that limits their ability to move forward with their relationship because they want to be in the right headspace <3

they do a lot of minding their own business in season 14, which makes sense because there's a lot going on with the rest of the team. that all leads up to the season 14 finale which, of course, is the beginning of for the fear of falling apart and takes us through season 15. they get married following the series finale.

post-series, neither of them fully go back to the BAU. Spencer consults and teaches and reader consults and goes back to working in psych. they have the cutest most wonderful family ever and i love them.

So, about that fic idea of time traveller/serial killer JJ...

I'm toying with plot ideas.

1. Who would end up on her kill list?

Hastings, Askari and Doyle are the one that would take priority in S6. There are also the ones that JJ would feel the most justified to kill.

Izzy, the bank robbers and the other guy (forgot his name) in Hit/Run would definitely anger her so much that she could decide to preemptively get rid of them before they attack the bank in Washington. Not only she almost lost Will (the guy got shot and almost blown up twice), her son was taken hostage and she had to violently fight in front of him in their home. Her maternal instincts might push her to kill Izzy at the very least. Especially if she had already murdered three people in cold blood before that.

I'd need to rewatch the show, especially seasons 6 to 8 to see who could be on her kill list, but there's another name that come to mind: Diane Turner, the woman that stalked and killed Maeve. JJ had seen how devastated Spence had been after Meave's death, so of course she would do everything to save her and give them the opportunity to date.

The replicator is also someone that could be on the list. After all he tried to kill them all and succeeded with Strauss. I don't think JJ liked Strauss that much, even after she got sober, but the section chief is still "one of them". She also saw what Strauss' death did on Rossi, and for that only the replicator deserves to be on the list. He might not be her easiest target though.

2. About the cases:

With the amount of cases she worked on for over a decade, I think it would be hard for her to remember and keep track of it all. I'm sure she'd try to use the Intel she remembers to help with the case and save more victims, but the load of work that would come from trying to PREVENT all these crimes from happening is way to much for a single person.

Maybe there's some cases that sticked to her though, maybe she could focus on these ones if she wants to prevent them. But she can't save everyone and I'm sure it'd impact her mood severely to realise that.

I think she has a notebook written in code where she put every nugget of informations she can remember, along with ideas of how to approach each situation.

3. The butterfly effect.

Each time she changes something, kills someone that would have lived in the original time line, it has unpredictable repercussions. After a while, it would be hard to predict for JJ what would happen then. And sure, saving people's life is good. But there's no way to predict if someone else isn't going to hurt the person JJ just saved. Or just create an chain of events that would ends in tears and pain. It think at some point JJ would be overwhelmed by it all.

4. Lying to the team.

We know JJ is a great liar. Probably the best liar in the team. Her teammates failed countless times to see through her lies. But no one is perfect, especially with the amount of lies JJ would need to keep track of. I'm not sure yet how she would react from the worried and/or suspicious stares from her teammates. She'd be in a lot of pressure, that's for sure, so maybe she might slip at some point. And when you're surrounded by profiler, that can be a fatal mistake.

5. Her pregnancy.

If she killed Askari and Hastings before her humvee was blown and she miscarried, she probably would have given birth to that child. Her pregnancy and taking care of a newborn would impact the story and her ability to keep going with her mission.

6. Romance.

Sorry, I needed to put that here.

I'm quite flexible on who I ship JJ with. I'm a die-hard jemily shipper, I'll admit, but I think Will is okay even if he's not perfect.

I don't like writing Will as a bad guy, but that doesn't mean I can't write them breaking up for some reasons (JJ's odd behaviour since she arrived in the past and went on a killing spree might damage her marriage.) So that's a possibility, I guess.

But I also love the idea of polyamory. Though I'm already going that route in the fic I'm currently writing so I might want to try something else.

I could just not focus on a ship. Not every fic needs to be shippy. After all, the main interest of this fic is JJ, her psychology, the way she interacts with everyone in her life. There'd also be a huge chunk focusing on motherhood since she'd be pregnant.

Thinking about it, JJ being aromantic is something I haven't explored yet. That could be fun to write.

I haven't decided what I gonna do in that department yet.

7. How it'll end.

Or more exactly, what tone do I want to give to that story?

I mean, it'll probably be dark. But do I want a happy ending for JJ?

Even if she feels justified, what she does is morally blackish grey. That plus the weight of the lies and the amount of work that double life would require would be enough to burn her out. Once she stepped into the darkness it would be a downward spiral.

On the other hand, I like the idea of girlboss JJ being a successful charitable hitman/vigilante. I want her to have a little Deadpool vibe (sans sexual jokes and 4th wall breaking). I want her to find a confortable place where she's okay with what she's doing, even if it requires unsavoury methods.

Regardless of her state of mind, should the story end badly for her? Would her teammates find out about her? Would they arrest her? Would she escape? Would she be killed?

Or would she thrive in her new side work and remain undetected by her fellow profilers?

Would she stay at the BAU, considering she had become an unsub herself?

Do I want a happy ending? A sad one? A bittersweet one?

I have an idea that I would like to run by Tim as a potential buddie episode for season 8. . . .

So, Buck notices at work that Eddie has been getting real buff lately and building tons of muscle. At first, Buck thinks nothing of it and simply believes that Eddie has been hitting the weights big time to keep from being at home in his now empty house.

But one day after work, while both of them are changing into their civies, Buck notices a pair of gloves (or tape for his hands, whatever thing would be recognizable as fighting equipment) in Eddie's duffel and confronts him about it instantly.

Buck: Eddie, I can't let you do this to yourself again. I will not let you fall into this trap of violence. You know you can't do these illegal fights!

Eddie: That's not what this is. I'm doing fine, it's all good.

Buck: EDDIE, THIS IS NOT OKAY!!!

Eddie: Buck listen, these are here because once you let me leave I am going to a gym where I spar for an hour. Then I will go home, eat dinner, send Chris a good night message and go to bed. I talked with Frank about it and he said that it would be a healthy habit to build.

Buck: You want me to believe that Edmundo Diaz is paying for a gym membership to do Muay Tai?

Eddie: Now that I no longer live with my prepubescent teenage son, I have some extra cash floating around. And Frank convinced me that it would be a worthwhile investment. Let me prove it to you. Come with me tonight, or Tuesday after shift. I'll show you around and you'll save me from asking Jim to be my sparring partner again. You can even ask the staff and other people at the gym, I see them twice a week. They'll back me up.

So Buck takes Eddie up on the offer and goes with Eddie to the Gym, where they spar and ✨sparks fly✨. They have a good time together because it's Buck and Eddie, and Buck invites Eddie to his place for dinner after. When they open the door they find Tommy who has seemingly been waiting for Buck for a while at the kitchen island.

Tommy: Evan, I have been so worried about you! We were supposed to do dinner at Maggie's at 6:00. I called you over and over and you didn't pick up. Where have you been?

Buck: Shit Tommy, I completely forgot! (Of course he did!). I saw sparing equipment in Eddie's duffel and I thought that he was in a bad way, so I went with him to spar tonight to make sure he wasn't being stupid.

Tommy: You mean to tell me that you let him teach you Muay Tai?

Eddie: Look man, it is nothing like that. Buck was just looking out for me.

Buck: Tommy, I am so sorry that I forgot about our date. I promise I will make it up to you.

Tommy: You sparred. With him?

Buck: Yeah.

Tommy: You will never make it up to me Evan.

Which spells the end of the line for BuckxTommy. Tommy leaves. Eddie turns and gets ready to go, but Buck begs him to stay for dinner as he promised Eddie he would cook.

Eddie: I think you should be a little more concerned about promises to your boyfriend. I don't wanna be in the way.

Eddie stays, they have dinner, drink a few brewskis, and finally get to talking about Chris.

Afterwards Eddie has a convo with Hen or Maddie about what happened which puts things into perspective. He then talks to Frank about it and Frank breaks the glass on his sexual identity.

Cut to black.

Based on the real diaries of Anne Lister, a wealthy lesbian in 1830s England who is looking for a wife and to expand her business enterprises

Sadly HBO pulled away and the BBC couldn't afford to make another season without them. What was made is still worth checking out.

Our Flag Means Death (HBO Max; currently on season 1)

A pirate workplace comedy/romcom that loosely follows the real life of Stede Bonnet, a wealthy landowner who ran away to become a pirate due to a mid-life crisis. He wants so badly to be a pirate captain but is far from qualified for the role.

"Traditionally, piracy is a culture of abuse...floggings, keelhaulings. And my thought is, "Why?" And also, what if it weren't like that?" really is the thesis of the show

Avatar: the Last Airbender (Netflix; ended after 3 seasons in 2008)

An animated children's fantasy series in which people can manipulate one of the four elements, and their peacekeeper, the Avatar, can manipulate all four. After being frozen in ice for 100 years, the 12 year old Avatar learns that the Fire Nation has begun a war that he must stop by next summer

Literally the blueprint for the modern animation that we enjoy today. IDK what else to say. It's iconic

Hilda (Netflix; ended after 2 seasons and 1 movie in 2021)

An animated children's fantasy series set in a world full of Nordic folk creatures

After spending much of her life living in the woods with her mom and her pet deerfox, Hilda is upset to learn that her mom now wants to move to Trolberg, a walled-off city where Hilda fears there is nothing interesting to do. She quickly discovers that there is just as much magic and wonder in the city as there is in the woods.

She's voiced by Bella Ramsay and the animation is beautiful. It's all all-around good vibes show.

Interview with the Vampire (AMC; currently on season 1)

After the first interview in the 70s that ended in disaster, Louis de Pointe du Lac reached out to Daniel Molloy and demanded a do-over. He goes back to his life as a black businessman in 1910s New Orleans and the complicated relationship between himself and Lestat de Lioncourt.

It's actually gay enough this time you guys.

The Bear (FX/Hulu; currently on season 2)

A dramedy about a New York chef who inherits a failing sandwich shop after his older brother commits suicide.

Sometimes a found family isn't all sunshine and unicorns. Sometimes its a lot of screaming and resentment and cussing each other out.

It's a very stressful to watch so it's not for everyone, but if you're the type who finds that cathartic then you should give it a watch.

The Sandman (Netflix; currently on season 1)

Begins in 1916 with the capture of the god of dreams by a greedy sorcerer. After he escapes he must rebuild his realm and repair the damage done by his absence.

Trying to describe this show is really, really, difficult. It would be easier to describe what this show isn't.

Based on the DC comic of the same name by Neil Gaiman.

Speculation: time traveling mechanism, also Ben was on a subway in the last scene of season 3, so could be connected!

Plaboyy characters form a rugby team:

these are my thoughts on if the characters were all on a team together where they would play and if they would be good at it. this started cause ive been curious what position captain plays and would try to imagine his place and then that became all of the characters places. (if anyone has differeing opinions/thoughts please share them!!!)

Number 2 Hooker

Prom. A role that uses a lot of decision making, accuracy, and leadership, as well as physical strength and heartiness. (I think Prom is a great choice for this, bro is always two steps ahead, looks fairly solid, etc.)

Numbers 1 and 3 Loosehead and Tighthead Prop

Jump and Teena. The position requires a lot of strength and heartiness and body to body contact, not only do they fit this description they fit it better than anyone else (they have the thigh muscles to trust most out of everyone also if anyone working on season 2 is reading this can we get jump playing rugby. Pls for me) i cant imagine trying to put any other character here, just fits them best (jump in my heart is pick and go king, teena isnt afraid of a tackle etc)

Numbers 4 and 5 Locks/ Second Row

From my understanding this position requires strength and athleticism, also typically height. I think Puen is an obvious choice (actually qualified for the rugby team/ sports scholarship, hes probably the most qualified besides keen for any position. But hes also long and strong), less obvious is Nuth (he fits best here but i dont think hed be good at it, hes just too long hed hurt his back from all the bending down but would be good for lineouts ig. I dont see him being good at rugby in general tbh. I think he winces any time he has to tackle someone i also think he is most liable to penalties cause he has to get real low to not hit above the neck)

Numbers 6 and 7 Flanker 

HEAR ME OUT Aob and Nont, these players are always on it right? And its still a very physical position. i think Nont would be great at it (has a lot of pent up aggression, he would love running around tackling ppl while screaming etc. but not sure hed be good at passing the ball to his teammates or communicating in the moment tho, hes not giving team player sjfajkdls) but i think aob would fit well here too (hes strong hes focused hes got this. But i also think hed be done after like 20 minutes. Not even physically, hes just over it emotionally. Hes got first and porsche behind him yelling, jump is bleeding on one of his fingers but is trying to hide it, nuth got yellow carded again, captain is dirty talking badly, zouey is faking an injury, soong tripped and fell after finally getting the ball he was calling for, etc. he just would rather go home)

Number 8

Now this is my first real controversial pick, from my understanding a really versatile position, like will pick up responsibilities from other positions as well as their own, also carries an extra bit of weight and the scrum and stuff, Keen is the captain/coach, hes got the most knowledge and hes the most reliable, i think he could play any other position but fits this one best out of the cast (i also think he doesnt love his team but hes doing his best, hes got porsche behind him in absolute gremlin mode about to fight nont for not passing the ball when he needs to, but hes keeping his cool.)

Number 9 Scrum-Half

I know ive said captain before but this to me is porsche and i think hed be good at it. (I know hes tiny, but this position is often held by smaller players right? But theres a lot of control involved and porsche would love that. I also think he has the necessary quick reaction time given how he dropped jasons goon like that. To me hes one of those players who wages psychological warfare and does shit like pants the other player rather than tackle, take as much time possible digging the ball out of a ruck, scratch players/ pull hair/ etc. very effective.) (i also think hes one of those scrum-halfs that bitch the entire time the scrum is setting up and then is unpredictably fast at feeding the ball in if he cant get the ref to give a penalty to the other side)

Number 10 Fly-Half

First. Again, I know hes small but HEAR ME OUT i think hed be dangerous as hell once he locked in… like this is also a big thinking role and also organizing defense and i think hed love defending (hes in med school with like 4.0 average hed probably be an ok strategist and idk what kind of doctor hes trying to be but like medical procedures require you to practice calm and quick on the fly decision making. Boom hed be great. and hes short enough it would be easy for him to get away with reckless tackles cause of the lack of head contact probability. Also, yes he gets flattened really often but hed love hitting everyone else back)

Numbers 12 and 13 Centre

This is Captain and Zouey. I know i clown captain for being more suited to referee (which he is. Tell me he wouldnt be happier getting to boss all the sweaty guys around instead of taking hits himself) but hes probably fairly athletic and like porsche will definitely play dirty (he gives player who gets yellow carded 3 minutes in for like hair pulling of someone who doesnt even have possession) so i put him in inner centre, hes probably got speed compared to the other players, hes hungry for scoring, and he also seems like someone whod enjoy tackling. Ive also put zouey here because he has to go somewhere, but lowkey i think hes the worst at rugby (not interested at all. doesnt want to be tackled, doesnt want to do tackling, doesnt want to catch and throw the ball, doesnt wanna run back and forth, etc. maybe would be better suited to water boy, not even announcer cause he dgaf about whats happening) like i dont think it holds appeal to him at all. Maybe hell do portraits of everyone after but other than that, hes just trying his best to stay out of the way.

Numbers 11 and 14 Wing

This is a like persistent type position, and requires speed. Im putting Soong here. Soong to me is someone who thinks hed be good at rugby and fucking isnt but i think running around is the safest place to put him cause he hesitates when it comes to tackling (he wants to be hooker but keen refuses to put him on the front line cause he tried in practice and flopped sjflksjd but ill give him this, he may look cringe as hell but he puts his all into footwork and side stepping and it does pay off on occasion). Im also putting Playboyy Employee who was scared of the baddie bunch here cause we at least see he can run and im running out of characters….

Number 15 Full-back

Phop. its giving the other team broke thru the wingers and hes like ‘fine guess its up to me… again’. (Hes steady hes reliable hell do what needs to be done but hes not a flashy player.)

My Ten, Norman Reedus, New York Times

1. 'Wild God by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds

Nick Cave and Warren Ellis’s album “Carnage” was my go-to for the entire French filming portion of the first two seasons, and in Spain it’s this album. It just sings, full of life and stories and beautiful thundering bliss. I don’t know anyone that doesn’t love this band. Not one person.

2. ‘Nina Simone’s Gum’ by Warren Ellis

I met Warren in Paris and we immediately hit it off. When he told me of this book, I immediately got it. I find it interesting to learn of the things that inspire the people that inspire me. He had noticed Nina Simone take out her gum before a show and stick it under the piano. As soon as the show was over, he bolted toward the piano and ripped the gum out. He had a gold cast made of it. He was wearing it as a necklace.

3. Eggs Benedict at Coffee Parisien

My family and I are spending more time in Paris these days, and to have a good breakfast spot that serves up some taste of home is nice. And the staff are so cool. I think they know I stole a coffee cup, and they kind of looked the other way.

4. Julia Donaldson’s ‘Gruffalo’ Books

This has become the nightly story-time reading for me and my beautiful daughter, Nova. The whole series is great and it allows me to put on my Gruffalo voice, which I’m guessing is what he sounds like. I told her that I mentioned this book, and she asked why I didn’t mention “Creepy Crayon!,” which is another book that we love.

5. Yohji Yamamoto Pants

I walked in his Paris show and luckily didn’t fall. He walked up to me, put his hands in my hair, made it super messy and went, “You’re so sexy.” Then he pushed me out into the runway. I was terrified. I kind of got introduced to his pants at the show and I was like, “These are the most comfortable, flowy pants ever.” My suitcase has two types of pants: his and Dickies.

6. Prado Museum

I’m an executive producer on the show, so I have to do things with casting and locations and script revisions. My friend Ian Astbury, who sings in the Cult, was like, “Just stop working today and go to the Prado.” I put on my headphones and walked around in a glorious daze staring at the Goyas and my all-time favorite, Hieronymus Bosch. Just magic.

7. Cafe Gitane

It’s a spot I go to a lot. Luc Lévy, who owns the place, is a good friend and maybe the coolest person in New York. There’s all this history on that street. I’d ride my BMX bike through SoHo, back in the day, and I’d run over there and see people just sitting out front and catch up.

8. Erik Foss

Erik and I go way back and I have a lot of his art. I’ve seen it get better and better and cooler and cooler. It has this childlike quality but is also specific and so thought-out. I stare at what I have on the walls, and it puts me in the best mood.

9. Chateau Marmont

I used to live in L.A. when I was in my 20s, so I have a group of artist friends that live there, and I only see them at the Chateau Marmont. It always feels like home even if some rager is going on next door.

10. Hammam

I like to just sit in there for as long as I can take it. It’s like riding a motorcycle and putting on your helmet: You just kind of disappear. I like that.

Thinking about the year between season 7 and 8, and the line “I fixed up the impala and just drove.” (Then he hit a dog but I’m not talking about that.)

The impala has been through a crap ton, and she was sitting in a storage locker for most of the year, then they send her through a sign and she definitely has damage on her undercarriage from how she landed. It’s not going to be an easy fix, and getting parts is probably going to be difficult actually scratch that, Bobby’s house may have burned down, but the salvage yard is still there and was left to the boys 100% so maybe not so difficult. But Sam would still have to get the car to Bobby’s old place, maybe he even stayed with Jody for a little bit, while working on the car.

Sam isn’t the most experienced with taking care of Baby. That’s Dean’s job, sure he showed Sam how to do touch ups and tune ups, but most of it, Sam wouldn’t know how to do, but there was no way he was going to let anyone else work on his brother’s baby. That’s not a choice, so he spent a couple months, maybe more, pulling pieces out, putting them back in, trying to match parts from other vehicles and finding ones that worked because it was all he had left of Dean, and it needed to be perfect.

Finally, after like 5-6 months, it’s done, she runs and drives, and she sounds as close as Sam remembered to what she was after Dean would modify, or fix something. (It really wasn’t all that close, but she runs and drives,) then, he spends another month driving around, he drives to Vegas for their annual Vegas week, checking every towns first motel in the yellow pages, just in case, along the way. He doesn’t stay in Vegas long, just long enough to play a round of Dean’s favorite game.

Finally, he ends up in Texas, and somehow, thinking about everyone he’s lost, he hits a dog. Up until this point, he’s been checking motels to see if anyone had checked in under the name Jim Rockford. This time, he checked in under the name. Dean could find him.

Sam did what he could. He even took on a few cases before Vegas, but it felt wrong without his brother by his side. (Of course it did, it always did.)

The dog didn’t do much damage to Baby, and the little it did, Sam had fixed within a week. (He’s grown to know Baby quite well, and understands what every noise she makes means. (Sometimes she whines as he starts her, and he just sighs and says, “I miss him too.”))now we’re at month 8, he’s been staying at this motel for a few weeks, working on maintaining the building so it’s safe, and that’s when he runs into Amelia once more after the dog barges in to her room. And they end up talking about loss and loneliness. And Sam feels seen for the first time since Dean died, (he’s still not sure he believes Dean is dead, but also he exploded right in front of him. It’s the easiest way to rationalize everything and stop him from starting another apocalypse to bring his brother back. Because believe me he considered it.) and he feels accepted and she doesn’t push about his past.

They buy a house 9 months after Dean’s death. Sam just wants to call his brother and tell him, but he wouldn’t get the message.

He meets her Dad month 10, and life is moving on. He has a job, and maybe he could have the normal life he always wanted. The one Dean wanted too. Maybe he could go back to college, and he starts looking into things.

Month 11 is when Amelia’s husband is back from the dead, he wasn’t ever actually dead, but it doesn’t matter to Sam. He’s been in her position before. A loved one coming back from the assumed grave is a big deal, not as big as a loved in coming back from an actual grave that you put them in yourself, but it’s enough.

Everything comes crashing back to reality. He starts looking for Dean again, but more so just looking for signs of him from his home with Amelia. Amelia who now has to decide between her husband, and the broken man she grew to love.

Then, a full year has gone by since Dean’s death. Three hundred sixty-six days (it was a leap year) without his older brother. Not really knowing what happened, not really sure he wants to find out, so he doesn’t ask questions, he doesn’t push, he doesn’t even ask about Kevin and tries not to think about him, even though he has nightmares about Kevin being stuck with Crowley, he can’t handle even the idea of anymore pain.

But then, he gets a call from Dean.

There’s not a doubt in his mind that it’s his brother, though maybe he should, and he leaves in the middle of the night. Yes he loved Amelia, but Dean is his brother, and nothing is more important than his brother. He leaves without a second thought, if his brother was alive, life wasn’t so topsy-turvy.

Dean wasn’t supposed to be the one that died first. He gave his life for Sam. Sam should have died in that abandoned town all those years ago, but Dean traded places. (Sam should probably consider the fact that Dean was supposed to die instead of their dad all those years ago, but he doesn’t. Dean wasn’t dead then, he was just mostly dead.)

Sam would be the one that died for real first. He had to be.

His relief upon seeing his brother’s face for the first time in a year could have collapsed him on the spot, he was truly alive, then guilt came crashing over him.

⭐️SPILLED THOUGHTS ABOUT EARTHSPARK⭐️

Okok, finally watched the last batch of episodes and wow. So many thoughts.

1) the first 3/4 episodes felt rushed, especially 21. I’m so happy they finally acknowledged Starscream trauma but I hope they would have let him talk about him. Most of the episode was actually them running away.

“You believe me??” And “Nowhere is safe if it’s with you” really hit home. Happy he chose to walk away and Megatron let him do so. Starscream is my favourite character and I’m glad they finally decided to not isolate him to the role of “sad irredeemable evil character that ends up going nuts”.

I’m curious about how the relationship with Megatron will develop. I should probably do a post about these two. The only thing I’ll say for now is that I like Megatron as character, he’s interesting and all, but I never thought it was fair for him to get an happy ending while Starscream still got hatred. If they don’t mess up in the second season this might be the time where both get to be better people and be happy.

2) WHERE IS TARANTULAS

3) I already said it in another post but...what about that purply thing that infected the bear? Will it come back in season 2? Has it infected the fishes in the river??

4) It's not that I don't like the Maltos, they're fantastic but as others have pointed out: the episodes about them are kind of repetitive. Like, it would perfectly fine if they'd make an episode without them in it and only the old characters. Hope they get more individual character development in S2.

5) The seekers entrance in the final battle was COOL. Stascream as effing customized rockets sjsjaoaoa. Also Swindle, Soundwave and Hardtop where having the time of their lives (Especially Swindle, Soundwave was more like 🧍‍♂️). I hoped to see the fight between Starscream and Megatron (He was so goddamn happy to have the chance to punch him in the face without repercussions)

6) The final battle felt rushed. AND LIKE WHY THE TERRANS DEACTIVATED?? Don't they run solely on magic cave water?? Also the end. I expected them to ruinite with the others before the end of the episode, but they remained there watching the horizon? It's probably because I wanted more decepticons/autobot content.

7) THAT WAS A PLOT TWIST. Actually didn't expect Agent Croft to die Thanos style.

8) This show made me like Grimlock.

9) Hashtag is one of my favourite Terrans

10) Swindle saying to Bumblebee "Oh, like you ruined our lives" made me almost stop the episode to laugh. Love the Decepticons.

11) Speaking about Decepticons, where they the only prisoners?? It seems unlikely, but where are the others? Mandroid has experimented on them?

12) Also in episode 22 Megatron and Optimus are asking information about Starscream. Are they doing so because they noticed they don't have access to all G.H.O.S.T. data or is how they noticed G.H.O.S.T. was hiding something? If it's the second option, why they wanted information about Starscream? Do G.H.O.S.T. actually experimented/interrogated their prisoners regularly?

All these questions stem from that theory about Stascream having absorbed the Allspark during the explosion. (Ok it's probably just me craving for more SS content)

Cal Rolls Past UCLA, 33-7

Ott has 100-yard kickoff return

LOS ANGELES -- In the final Pac-12 regular season game in history, the Golden Bears decided to make it memorable. Not only did the defense force four turnovers and Cal score on a 100 yard kickoff return, but they won their third game in a row to become bowl eligible.

California crushed their hosts 33-7 and actually the game wasn't even that close. Besides Jaydn Ott's 100 yard score, Jeremiah Hunter had a pair of touchdown receptions from Fernando Mendoza and Mateen Bhaghani kicked four field goals for the Golden Bears (6-6, 4-5 Pac-12), who passed their baby bear cousins in the standings and won what could be the last meeting between the two UC teams for the foreseeable future.

“It was a month ago there wasn't a lot of positivity around the program. I think it just speaks to the character of the guys in the room,” Cal head coach Justin Wilcox  said.

UCLA, which had started the remarkable conference collapse last June when it announced that it was moving to the Big Ten Conference in 2024, was hit upside the head by a group of scrappy, angry Cal players who were ready to get their revenge for the fiasco the Pac-12 has become. They also dropped Chip Kelly to 34-34 in his six seasons at Westwood and put his job on the line. The greed and fear that drove UCLA and USC to dump their conference after nearly a century saw them lose out in their final season games and exposed their weaknesses as football programs that have seen better days but underachieved in recent years as teams such as Washington, Oregon and Utah have eclipsed them.

The Bruins (7-5, 4-5) committed four turnovers that resulted in 13 Cal points. Quarterback Ethan Garber (little brother of former Cal QB Chase Garber, who decided to snub Berkeley when he was being recruited) was sacked early and had to leave the game after only 12 plays due to a right shoulder injury on the play. Freshman Dante Moore had to take over and was only 23 of 38 with two interceptions. He was also sacked six times. Cal's Cade Uluave had 12 tackles, a sack and an interception for the Bears, who only trailed for 16 seconds midway through the second quarter.

"The guys played with guts," Wilcox said. "I just have so much respect for the guys in that locker room - finishing the season the way we have. I have a lot of pride seeing those guys enjoy the moment."

After UCLA took a 7-6 lead on Logan Loya's 5-yard touchdown catch, Ott fielded R.J. Lopez's kick at the goal line. The sophomore found a seam near the Cal 20-yard line and then went up the right sideline the rest of the way.

It is tied for the third-longest kickoff return in Cal history and the sixth time it has had one of 100 yards or more. It was also the first kickoff return for Ott this season. Wilcox said the plan was to use Ott as a returner because UCLA came into the game leading the nation in run defense, and he didn't think Ott would get many opportunities with the ball.

“We know that Jaydn is an electric player. I give a lot of credit to our special team staff as well for getting it schemed up,” Wilcox said.

Ott also had 80 yards on 21 carries. Mendoza completed 19 of 30 for 178 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions.

“Not a lot of people believed in us, especially when we said in the interviews that we were going to burn the boats (beat Washington State), burn the forest (defeat Stanford) and now burn down the city (beat UCLA) and crush the Bruins," Mendoza said. "But everyone in that locker room really believed that and we knew it was gonna happen.”

Cal led 6-0 at the end of the first quarter on a pair of field goals by Bhaghani. After UCLA linebacker Laiatu Latu picked off Mendoza's pass and returned it to the Cal 8, the Bruins took the lead three plays later when Moore connected with Loya for a 5-yard TD.

UCLA's advantage would be extremely short lived though as Ott ran back the ensuing kickoff and devastated the home crowd, who fell nearly silent the rest of the game.

Cal extended its lead to 20-7 late in the first half. Three plays after Brett Johnson recovered Moore's fumble at the UCLA 11, Hunter scored on a 14-yard touchdown pass from Mendoza with 10 seconds remaining.

Bhaghani had a 32-yard field goal early in the fourth quarter and Hunter caught a 13-yard pass in the left corner of the end zone to further the Golden Bears' advantage. Hunter finished with eight receptions for 101 yards.

Several thousand Golden Bear enthusiasts who made the trip to the Rose Bowl stayed well after the end of Cal's 33-7 victory over UCLA, dancing and celebrating in the stands behind the South end zone along with players, coaches and staff. The players carried the enthusiasm into the locker room, flying high on their three game win streak after suffering some extremely close losses mid-season.

"I want them to soak it up," Wilcox said. "I want them to be with their brothers. There's nothing like that. That's why a lot of us coach - you can't find that anywhere else. As gut-wrenching and agonizing losing is, there's no feeling like being on the other end of the spectrum - especially under the circumstances and what was at stake. I'm just really proud of those guys. I have a lot of love for those people in that locker room."

The Bears are expected to find out their bowl bid on Sunday, December 3. It will be the third bowl so far in the Wilcox era.

1. Sisterhood - Guy is cruel to Marian and burns Knighton Hall, Robin saves himself without help from the snake pit

2. The Booby and the Beast - the strategic strongroom heist, Guy is jealous of the Count wooing Marian, the whole Sheriff-Guy-Marian-Count dynamics in the games room

3. Childhood - actually a top tier episode, Guy catches kids but won't kill them, Marian walks in on Guy undressed but he's not charmed, the gang's plans are foiled by Allan's secret pub nights with Guy, the Sheriff takes the rocks out of the box, Guy fights in a ridiculous suit of armour, Guy cries like a baby as Robin tries to drown him, Marian threatens the armour-maker's life, Guy is dirty with wet hair but slightly less spiteful to Marian

4. The Angel of Death - Will turns pale and evil, Joseph poses as the Nightwatchman, almost poisons the gang with soup, Guy and Marian talk through the door, Robin pretends to poison himself to break Will, they give the Sheriff the antidote because they love him so much

5. Ducking and Diving - Robin can't trust anyone, the messenger speaks nonsense ('pork!'), Matilda is saved when being ducked by an underwater tube, John forms a bond with the birthing daughter, Robin hits Will to draw out the traitor and is ruthless in attacking Allan

6. For England...! - Guy gives Marian pretty dresses, the gang masquerade as musicians, Allan nags Guy while he's dressing and gets his own costume, Robin's ready to die and thinks he killed all the Black Knights for a second, Lord Winchester is no one's ally, Guy did not agree to the Sheriff selling Marian, Guy almost helps Marian escape but can't resist the Sheriff's persuasion, Robin and Allan battle it out over the cauldron, Guy and the Sheriff save Marian before Robin and Marian rides on Guy's (beautiful) horse

7. Show Me the Money - Marian stops Robin killing Allan and gains Allan's allegiance, Edward gets some courage and the Pact, Marian grieves and Guy tries to comfort her, she runs to Robin instead

8. Get Carter! - Guy is desperate to find Marian, the gang pretend Carter has killed Robin, Guy almost stabs Robin to make sure, Guy confesses his desires and Marian her sympathy, Marian gives him a good kiss and Guy thinks he's won in life

9. Lardner's Ring - which fool told the King's messenger about Robin's exile? The Fool, the Fool annoys Guy and the Sheriff over dinner, Marian is dangled from the tree as a hostage and Guy gets her down ('you're coming home with me' à la Thornton), the Sheriff gets a hawk to kill the pigeon

10. Walkabout - the Sheriff out and about in his silk pyjamas, Guy is left in charge of scrabbling to find the Sheriff, Marian is too headstrong to leave with Guy, the army closes in as the sun sets, Guy finds nobility and stays for Marian, the Sheriff thinks everyone incapable

11. Treasure of the Nation - Marian rebukes Guy for his changes in character, Guy unmasks the Nightwatchman and sees the stab wound, Marian pleads for Guy to spare her, Allan poses as the Nightwatchman, Guy bears the Sheriff's knife on his throat, Marian is thankful and stays for Guy

12. A Good Day to Die - Marian tries to kill the Sheriff, Robin and Much address their bromantic issues, an awkward roadtrip to the Holy Land, the Sheriff calls Guy Gizzy, Marian sleeps in the barn, Guy tries to ask Allan if Marian's single, the Sheriff, Guy and Allan share a dorm and Allan's bed is empty in the morning
