Omg I usually do not venture into headcanons that do not center around Bucky or Peter Parker…but I do love sweet Foggy very much. Let’s go to mattfoggy land as I am incapable of thinking about them separately 💫

Since they first met Matt would always tap out rhythms on his desk, or book, or coffee mug - with all of the constant sensory input that was an easy way to draw his attention to something controllable. When Foggy sees Matt getting overwhelmed or aggravated, he taps the same rhythms to ground him. He’ll tap against the back of Matt’s arm if they’re out and he’s “guiding” (they keep that up long after Foggy learns he doesn’t have to), against his leg if they’re sitting side by side at the office, with a pen against the defense table in the courtroom. Just a quiet little reminder. I’m right here with you.

We know I live for quiet expressions of physical affection and mattfoggy are a little more touchy feely than we usually get in the mcu canon material so I’m running with it (thnx Netflix ilu for all of the choices made on this show minus the axing of the final season ✌🏽)
