midnight, wound, and hunt for falin?

Falin ask!!!! Finally a Falin ask!!!!! YES!!!! That being said this will be very long! Sorry in advance but he wasn’t sorry at all

midnight: What keeps your OC up at night? Do they have nightmares? Fears? Anxieties? What do they do in the small hours of the morning when they should be sleeping?

Mostly insomnia and overworking himself, he developed bad habits in his university days that stayed far into his late twenties. Sometimes he’s also kept up plagued by worries of getting left behind constantly looking at the space in the bed beside him to make sure he’s still there that he hasn’t left Falin that he’s still loved.

What you can find him mostly doing during the early morning is writing notes trying to put together treatment plans of his clients pulling his hair out during to figure out what variable just isn’t clicking….please force this man to sleep he’s going to die of either insomnia or a caffeine overdose.

hunt: Who or what is your OC hunted by? A person, a feeling, a past mistake? Is your OC able to let their guard down, or are they constantly alert?

Pre canon? Mostly by personal anxieties the fear of being left behind, the fear of people finding out the truth of his gender, the feelings of self doubt and a fear of not being recognized the same as the peers in his field. He’s semi guarded pre canon sure he’s nice and sociable but it takes quite a while to get him to speak on a deeply personal level with someone.

Now during canon he’s actively dodging murder attempts from a certain architect plus the plague plus the muggers…okay so a lot of things want the psychologist dead! Very dead! So during canon he’s always looking behind his shoulder rightfully terrified a new threat is looking to send him back to the grave he was born from. He becomes very guarded refusing to really tell anyone about all the stress slowly breaking away at his psyche, this leads to him having a complete breakdown where on day 9 in any healers route one can find him in Lara’s house pacing around losing his mind. Falin will refuse to talk with the player until far later in the day and even then he tries to downplay the whole affair.

wound: How does your OC handle being wounded? Are their wounds mostly physical? Mental? Emotional? What's the worst wound your OC has ever experienced?

Probably mostly emotional and mental wounds? Genuinely I have no clue what the worst wound would be? Probably some kind of childhood trauma? But since most of Falin’s trauma would be based off of my own I don’t wanna share that shit online for the obvious reasoning….so uh I can’t really answer this one all that well without exposing the absolute nightmare of my own existence uhhh….Sorry! I guess to keep it vague it’d probably be something related to abandonment or parental abuse to keep it vague. I know it’s barebones I’m sorry! But this isn’t my therapist office so we aren’t getting into that!

Grian and Joel are brothers, how ? Both are Greek gods, Grian is Helios (personification of the sun, solar deity) and Joel is Hercules. (God of strength)

They like to speak Greek with each other (probably bullying Jimmy at the same time) and laugh how long they have lived, usually reminiscing about their life in Ancient Greece, needless to say, whenever Joe flirts with Cleo saying “you’re more beautiful than Aphrodite” Grian and Joel SPIT out water from their mouths and snap their heads at Joe with wide eyes. (Basically, there’s a story where this girls mom says that her daughter is more beautiful than Aphrodite, Aphrodite hearing this turns the girl into stone) and IMMEDIATELY try to make Joe take back what he said, so that their certain sister wont be paying him a visit.

Scar is also a god, just from another region, Grian and scar are in love , both are stupid, both think that they are gonna outlive one another and therefore the relationship is bittersweet until Grian confesses he’s Helios, Scar confessing he’s a god as well. Well suprise suprise, both get married fairly quickly and Joel giving the most harsh shovel talk to Scar, I mean, I would be scared too if suddenly my brother got married after THOUSANDS of years of him being alone. And so what if Joel and Lizzie come around seeing if Grians ok, and so what if Joel glares at scar when scar playfully hits Grian, Joel just wants his little brother to be safe !

Scar would never harm Grian. He doesn’t think it’s possible to harm his sun, because of the rules his godship has. He doesn’t think he can harm his other half without harming himself. So he loves Grian and cherishes him.

Which class/teacher is your favorite?

I'm catching up on old asks. You guys have a lot of questions--but at least the older ones make sense. All I get nowadays is bizarre Gen Alpha slang...

As for my favorite class--Math. By far. It makes so much sense! There's rules! And order! Don't get me wrong, Keating is a hoot, but most days I leave his class more confused than I was when I walked in.

Well! When we work together, it doesn’t always go the way we expect- it’s team effort but sometimes we don’t always see eye-to-eye and with the Society, it’s a little tricky!

Ho boy, I’m the Ninja! I mean- working with the others has been so Bruce! Come on, you can go anywhere AND I got to meet him, you know the First Ninja. It’s still kind of wild knowing I’m not the only one, but it’s pretty honkin’ great!

It’s not so simple. I’m not quite used to working with others. Our scientist makes sure to remind me this is teamwork, but there’s still a lot we don’t know. Monsters have escaped and we can’t sit around until things get worse. The fate of everything hangs in the balance.

Working with this lot is a nightmare. Except for Finja, at least he’s competent (so are we and don’t you forget it!). Of course most of them are teenagers; The flower Ninja shows potential, but the boy? He’s reckless and it will be a danger. If the scientist isn’t right about this, we’ll be doomed.

There he goes again! Stop being such a shoob for once! Ra- I mean, the Ninja’s still new to this, Nomi! I’ll help him, you’ll see!

3: Who buys flowers, what kind, how often?

Danill buys the flowers but I’m thinking it’s more of a sorry gift since that man is gonna get distracted by his work….a lot and what better way to apologize then flowers unfortunately this means their kitchen table is almost constantly covered in flowers. as for what kind he’d be very particular to avoid any flowers that are connected to mourning or death (Falin’s job is a morgue worker or whatever the 1880s version of a morgue worker is) most of the time he’ll just choose the safe option which is lavenders falin loves those safest option.

6. What do they call each other?

Nothing really special mainly darling or sweetheart, falin calls him Dani occasionally. Daniil doesn’t have any name specific ones for falin pet names or his normal name work just fine enough for his taste

20. What song makes you think of them?

Sacrifice by London after midnight is a good one for them in my opinion….maybe I dunno maybe?
