Silly things I'd enjoy seeing in Caslevania: Nocturne Season 2

Someone in the group, maybe Maria, realizing randomly (and completely unprompted) that Alucards name is literally just "Dracula" backwards. Alucard (sarcastic): You have caught me. My secret is revealed. How ever could you have figured it out? Maria: I was just point out- Alucard: Now you have power over me. How may I serve you mistress? Maria: Stop. It. Alucard: You have exposed me. Woe is me. I am dooooomed. Maria: Ugh. You are such an asshole.

Follow up on the last one, but the same person (again maybe Maria) learning Alucard isn't actually the name he was given at birth and proceeding to try and guess Alucards real name with increasingly ridiculous sounding guesses. (She may eventually learn his name is Adrien, or she may not. JUst an idea.)

Alucard super duper promised Trevor and Sypha that he'd look after their descendents and ensure the Belmont Clan didn't die out so that the knowledge to combat the things that go bump in the night never fully disappears. Unfortunately for Alucard, it turns out that keeping a family of danger prone monster hunters alive when he is just one guy (no matter how powerful) and they keep going all over the world is, like, impossibly hard. Richter: Wait, so you were supposed to keep out family from dying out? Alucard: (sigh) Yes. Juste: Not very successfully were you? Alucard: Oh fuck you. Do you have any idea what it is like trying to argue self preservation with a clan of terminally stubborn vampire hunters? Richter/Juste: .... Alucard: No. No you don't!

The REVEAL that even at 319(?) years old and counting Alucard is actually still considered a very young upstart by, like, the upper echelon of powerful vampires. Ya gotta make it to, like, 500-1k before anyone really starts taking you seriously (this going with a theory that vampires get more powerful with age) and Alucards level of power is an outlier and anomaly mostly chalked up to who his dad was. This also makes other powerful vampires REALLY want the guy dead since theres no telling how powerful he might get if they just leave him be. And since he's an established ally of the belmonts this especially makes them want him either deader than dead or otherwise controlled to their benefit. The silliness comes in when another vampires, like Olrox, absolutely points out that Alucard is basically the vampire equivalent of an extremely talented college student in his 20s. Who nobody really respects but are terrified he'll take their job. All the while Alucard is standing there listening to this man basically destroy all the badass image he made with this group in a manner of minutes.

4 context this is about my post saying "ever after high and castlevania are the same thing" and im here to explain it

tl;dr: when faced with destiny, you have two choices: to fight it, or to accept it. both will have consequences.

long version: the reason i say this is they both have a big thing about fate and bloodlines and birthright and how different people deal with it. i'd say the biggest difference (besides literally everything about these two pieces of media) is that eah deals with different people with different destinies and how destiny itself is not fair, while cv is about a family over the course of generations and how each member of the family deals with their same fate (with exceptions, of course.)

i feel like it's really easy to see parallels with how different belmonts deal with the family legacy and the royal/rebel debate. either you accept the hand you've been dealt both because it's what it's always been done and out of fear of the unknown, or you fight against it despite what might happen to you and despite knowing no one's done this before - or so you're told. it's real interesting. and i can actually see some similarities between richter's fear of being forgotten being (part of) what leads him to do what he did and raven being told to play her part or she'll cease to exist. isn't being forgotten just a manner of ceasing to exist? also, i find it interesting that these two very similar consequences are dealt with differently - richter's fear of being forgotten is what leads him to rebel (eah joke not intended) against his legacy - his destiny, you may say - while raven's fear of disappearing is what makes her conform to her destiny (albeit temporarily.)

it's easier to focus on specific parallels like richter and raven here, but the general themes overlap a lot - like i said on the tl;dr up there: "when faced with destiny, you have two choices: to fight it, or to accept it. both will have consequences." this applies to both series in a VERY accurate way. what's very interesting to me too is the "accept it" part - it's what most belmonts do, and it's what most people in ever after have historically done, regardless of how they feel about it. we are shown time and time again the current generation of rebels are not the only ones to have existed, there have always been people who don't like the destiny they've been given, but they are not spoken of. and that's interesting when it comes to the royals, too; they win. people love to say that the only royals are those who have good destinies, but that's easy to prove wrong - lizzy and duchess, for instance. lizzy is destined to be a villain and duchess is destined for a tragic fate. they are still willing to play their part and follow their destinies, because they believe this is the right thing to do. and wouldn't you say there are belmonts (cough cough juste cough cough) who aren't necessarily fond of their fate, but are resigned to it nonetheless because the alternative is worse?

that's all i have to say for the day in terms of comparing these two but i'm always open to talk about either of these things separatedly should you (or anyone!!! hi my inbox is open :3) wanna talk about it <33

ALL the references in the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Castlevania trailer Part 1

As far as i know, there aren't either posts or videos about the references in the great trailer that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate that made us happy 4 years ago. Which is a shame because it was full of great fanservice. So i'll talk about them. The trailer opens with a caped Simon entering the castle while raining, covering his head with a hood. This is a reference to the first two Castlevania: Lords of Shadow games. In the first game's first cinematic Gabriel arrives to the town in a rainy night covering his head with the hood of his armor. Gabriel would wear a cape with a hood more similar to Simon's in Mirror of Fate's prologue in a stormy night. Mirror of Fate gets many references because that's the last Castlevania game for a Nintendo console at that time (the Nintendo 3DS).

Luigi is already in the castle with his ghost hunting gear as he appears in Luigi's Mansion, and with his lantern he discovers the Mummy twins that appeared as bosses in the first Castlevania, who scare and try to catch him.

While running away, he enters another room. There a creepy statue turns his head to him and its eyes shine. It's Medusa, also with the look of the first Castlevania, where she was a first a statue, then a head that attacked throwing snakes to Simon.

In the next room he stumbles upon Dracula's right hand man and one of the most dangerous creatures in the castle...Death. His design is very similar to his Castlevania: Lament of Innocence version.

As the evil incarnation of the Grim Reaper, he takes the soul out of Mario's brother with his scythe and we see it has a bluish tint. This might be a reference to Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow's Game Over screen where Death seems to hold Soma's soul after being defeated, which is also colored blue.

Then, he gets b*tch slapped by none other than Simon with the spiked tip of his Vampire Killer whip. This is a reference to the Lost Soul getting his mask wrecked by Trevor's Combat Cross in Castlevania Lords of Shadow: Mirror of Fate.

Then Simon fully reveals himself, leaving the hooded cape away and also showing that his Vampire Killer has a Combat Cross design, similar to Gabriel's in the first Lords of Shadow game that we later see in the prologue of Mirror of Fate.

Then he uses the Cross sub-weapon to give a second strike to Death, and we see in-game gameplay showcasing his abilities, also with the Axe sub-weapon and the Holy Water, that for him acts in a stationary manner similar to the first game and when he throws it near to Link, it reveals a wall turkey/meat, but on the floor, and a brochette. He also brahdishes the whip blocking Megaman's projectiles as he did first in Super Castlevania IV.

Then we get a quick glimpse of Frankenstein's monster accompanied by Igor, just as we see him in the first game. Something interesting is that if you see the official art, you can notice that Igor got the design of the Fleamen in Mirror of Fate!

And we see too the Werewolf, which has the look of Castlevania: Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night.

Then we see Simon's Final Smash, the Grand Cross, which he performs by grabbing with the whip and putting the opponent inside of a coffin and tossing it in the air while summoning flashing crosses to hit it. It was a nice version of this Item Crash that Richter performed for the first time in Rondo of Blood that the rest of Belmonts would perform in future games.

In the next scene Simon is in the stairs of Dracula's chamber and is about to face the vampire (who has his look from Symphony of the Night), just as he did in the first game. Dracula summons his iconic hellfire but also a pillar of flames from the floor that appeared for the first time in Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse.

The age of darkness had begun with a flicker that eventually grew into a great blaze, and before anyone could understand what was to come, the town was already on fire... With what little time they had to spare, Evan and his Wartortle companion Scales would bravely rush to the scene. Once at the center of the burning village, and with all the spirit they could muster, they conjured a heavy rainstorm to wash away the flames, in the hope that this miracle would save any lives that wished upon it...

"Dracula was here. I can sense it in the lingering air of death left in his wake.. That black-hearted fiend shall know the suffering he himself brought onto these innocent villagers, or I am not a vampire hunter!"

This Pokémon/Castlevania work is a take on Evan (dressed in the Richter Belmont cosplay I made in Legends: Arceus) and his fitting water Pokémon companion, joined together in summoning the Hydro Storm, a deluge of holy rain that flushes out all manner of evil.

Oh man, this would be so interesting to explore.

Would there be the tiniest piece of his mind still be just normal Richter? And he can't do anything but watch on helpless as he is possessed and commits monstrosity after monstrosity for Shaft? Idk but would be cool to try and write out.

Also more focus on the aftermath too. Being controlled like that for a year would leave you with some strange mannerisms and nightmares for the rest of your life. And what did that moment look like for Richter when he finally realizes that Vampire Killer (ahem Sara Trantoul) is rejecting him. His possession in the castle is forever a stain on the Belmont legacy and oath to fight Dracula and the night. And you’re telling me there's no effective discussion of it in the games other than what may briefly be mentioned? I think the only game that attempts to address it more is Grimoire of Souls which is a gacha game of all things!

I'm grateful that exists. However, I agree because I also wish SotN went into a little bit more detail with Richter and his possession.

Thinking about Richter and the possession again. What was it like to be controlled for a whole year? What was it like to suddenly lose control of your body, and be exploited?

I wish sotn went more into the horrors of possession.

I would like the new castlevania Nocturne series to make Annette a character with development and striking that can win the hearts of the public, I think that being a story based but original they could do something with her, not just be the "companion of Richter" they could give her their own story and even make her a hunter in the series or give her a more important role as I personally doubt that the story is based only on saving Annette ah unless it is part of the final plot. Annette is Maria's sister according to castlevania X they could do something with that and give her almost as many of Maria's powers, what do you think?

Hey there Anon, Having Annette have her own story would be great, and I think they will, though I don't think they will make her a hunter, but she will play an important role. There are several aspects to Annette in game that can be used and expanded on. I think having her Maria's sister or related to Maria wouldn't be a bad thing to take from Dracula X, though I think of the two letting Maria be the one that keeps the powers would be an okay option. Keep in mind that Richter does adopt Maria by the end of the story since her family is gone, so having her want to save her sister would add a layer onto why Maria is there and why they took her. It would also give Annette another reason to feel compelled to go with Shaft and Dracula since she would want her sister protected. In the original Rondo of Blood and in Dracula X Chronicles Annette has a knife with her and in one very interesting scene Dracula comes in to talk with her and the following Dialogue happens: Dracula: "What a fine girl." Dracula: "How the blood of a beautiful woman will quench my body!" Annette looks up and pulls out a knife and puts it to her throat. Dracula looks shocked. Dracula: " What are you frightened of?" Dracula: "I can give you eternal life and beauty. It's a simple matter." Dracula: "So why not rule this world with me." Annette glares and raises the knife more. Annette: "If I'm going to fall in such a cheap manner, I'll take my life with my own hands!" Dracula moves over and touches her face, and Annette closes her eyes, still clearly angry but now nervous. Dracula: "Fine. But what is it that you call cheap?" Dracula: "If you call my existence cheap, then wouldn't all this world's, this age's, human desires be cheap also?" Dracula: "I am probably this world's way to its desire. The one to guide them." Dracula: "Don't you think so...." Annette glares at him as Shaft comes into the room. Shaft: "My Lord Count!" Dracula turns and stares at the man. Dracula: "What is it?" Shaft: "There's someone suspicious in the castle." Dracula: "I see." Dracula: "This thing called Destiny is such fun." Dracula: "Well, it seems we have an interruption." Dracula: "I hope you'll be in a better mood later." After he exits Annette drops the knife and looks away from it. Annette: "Save me...Richter...." Similarly in Dracula X Chronicles in the first stage we have a cut scene with Annette, Shaft and Dracula which paints an interesting picture. Annette runs down a street and is cut off by a skeleton. She stops only to be blocked the other way by Shaft. Shaft: "A fitting girl for Count Dracula. Now, come to me." Annette: "No!" Annette: "I'll never submit to your master. I'd rather die here!" Shaft: "Ha! So much the better. Besides once you marry my lord, "death" will lose all meaning for you." Annette: "... Richter...." Dracula shows up behind Shaft and looks at Annette. Dracula: "Hold a moment Shaft!" Shaft: "Of course my Master! What brings you here?" Dracula: "That young lady has certain "connections" to my old foes...The Belmonts. Bring her alive. I have a most amusing Idea." Shaft bows and turns to Annette. Shaft: "By your command. The Master bids you sleep, girl." Annette is knocked out. Dracula: "We must prepare a proper welcome. Belmont...

So as shown here, Annette is no damsel. She's willing to die before letting herself become one of Dracula's minions. Which brings up a huge point in regard to why Dracula could want her. Given that Lisa was a reincarnation of Elisabetha, who was Mathias Cronqvist's (Dracula) first wife, it could easily be played out as Annette, who has similar looks to Lisa, is another reincarnation. Only in this case she was with Richter already. So this could lead to Dracula trying to win back over the woman he thinks is Lisa. She could use cunning to keep herself safe, playing the long game of acting like she's falling for him, but always ready to attack him to free herself and Maria, and the other girls. There's also the idea that she could be corrupted as part of the story giving Richter more of a reason to save her, as it could be connected to the idea of Mina Harker from Dracula. Since in the game she has that as an option if you don't make it to her on time and Richter has to kill her. Though I don't know if they would go this route because you need Richter to have a blood line to get to Julius Belmont. Additionally, if Maria's family is killed by Shaft, you could make it where she planned to be captured to destroy the cult that killed her parents. There is is a lot you can do here with Annette's story. It's pretty wide open and it's clear that Dracula is interested in her. Making her be a central point to the plot, and having her use her skills as a person, rather than a hunter, should be a fun thing to do in this case. I honestly can't wait to see what they do with her and the other two girls and Maria in this story. The only reason I would say avoid making her a hunter is that it could become an issue later on for Maria in the story. Or if you do have her a hunter then keep her from having powers, as she could be like Grant from the third game and just be skilled with knives or the like.

On a side note in regard to being Maria's sister, you can also have it where Maria's family was already dead and Annette's family adopted her in previously too.

Biography

Childhood:

Richter was born into Nobility, mother died during childbirth so he was raised by his Father and the help around his father's home. Bit of a loner in his childhood, Richter did show interest into wanting to help others around him.

Adolescence:

During his teen years, Richter became a bit more confidant gaining friends quickly, using his Noble wealth to do what he wanted. Becoming a bit arrogant in the process. During this stage of his life his love of knowledge became apparent always reading old books within his family’s library.

Adulthood:

Was during this time Richter fell in love for the first time with a commoner by the name of Anellia Amel, knowing due to his Noble heritage and next in line for Jarl this love was forbidden by his father. Forgoing his Birthright and Noble rights he wed Anellia and left Winterhold for Anvil in Cyrodiil, became a Merchant. Making a name for himself outside of his Noble heritage Richter lived quite well and even started to travel to other Provinces to sell his wares.

Afterdeath and Rebirth:

Richter was killed 3E 33 by his wife Anellia after she could no longer control her bloodlust, but not before he struck a fatal blow against Anellia. Richter was reborn a Vampire 3 days later, there he was met by a Coven of Vampires hiding among the humans of Anvil. Was within this Coven Richter learned how to control his baser abilities and feed only when necessary to keep the humans from not knowing. After spending time with the Coven Richter left to travel Tamriel learning about other Vampire Covens and Clans. Eventually he made his way to Skyrim and contact with the Volkihar Clan where the leader Harkon threaten to kill him if he did not leave Skyrim. 

For the next 150 years Richter traveled and survived. Wounded and near death he was found and saved by Seras Victoria a farmer on the outskirts of Bruma. Tired of traveling and at first wanting a place to hide from Vampire Hunters, Richter offered his help around the farm in exchange for saving his life. Eventually as the time went by Seras and Richter grew closer and eventually in love. Richter now finally able to live a peaceful life and an expect dad grew to comfortable in this new life as his past eventual caught up to him, Vampire Hunters tracked his location to Seras’s farm where they slew her and his unborn child, despert Richter had Seras drink his blood to become a Vampire, but it looked to not take, so Richter buried his wife and unborn child and sent himself into an exile hoping to die, he started to attack Vampire Hunters and his own kind looking to end his suffering. During his exile Richter created a weapon the end his existence, but unable to do it himself he wielded the weapon to vanquish his own kind.

 His travels eventually made him return to Skyrim where he met Maria Belmont a fledgling Vampire Hunter, but unknown to her Richter was the prey she was after. After letting her rest at his camp Richter became a bit smitten with Maria, asking what Vampire Hunter group she belonged, to Maria’s shocked he knew she answered Dawnguard. Richter asked to bring him to them to relay information about local vampires in Skyrim, she agreed. Upon arrival Isran knew exactly what Richter was angry he scolded Maria and was about to strike Richter down but the Fort was attacked by vampires of the Volkihar clan, having help dealt with them Isran allowed Richter to stay. There he trained Maria to wield the weapon he created sensing great power within her. During her training Maria became Richter’s lover, unable to fully commit to a full relationship he was happy. Until he was betrayed after Isran found out Maria was sleeping with him. 

Richter was slain and his soul sent to the Dark God, Molag Bal’s creator of Vampires and ruler of the realm Coldharbour. He was contacted by Lamae Beolfag who set in motion to overthrow the Dark God and seize control, unbeknownst to her Richter has his own plans wanting the power for himself and tired of being betrayed, Richter killed Molag Bal and infused the Dark Gods power within himself. Lamae mad about what he did tried to slay him only to fall to Richter herself. Master of Vampires and new ruler of Coldharbour, Richter’s soul was pulled from the realm and he was reborn a second time. There he was reunited with Seras who with the help of Aidan returned his soul to the mortal plane.

Having been reborn Richter traveled back to Skyrim to research ancient names and people which the Volkihar clan had within their library thanks to Trevor by some counts is one of the oldest living vampires. Having to be split from Seras due to Aidan’s deal to help bring back Richter, but Seras working in secret to relay information back to Richter’s via his familiars who always have their watchful eyes on her and protect when they can. Making his way to Volkihar his welcome was met with hostilities, Richter gave them an ultimatum cooperate or be destroyed, agreeing to join forces the fledgling Black Empire roots were planted.

The pale moonlight of a foggy night was cast over a large gothic castle of massive size and splendor. Built from the very mountain that still made part of its daunting walls, the place was a basin of darkness and a storm of ice and wind to all, and very few traveled here for good reason. But that was not tonight as the castle was teeming with the forces of the Demon King Ganondorf, who simply could not pass up this opurtunity to take the dark fortress as his domain. Thousands of minions from the lowest Bokoblins to the mightiest Lynels were busy with orders to clear house and take whatever fancied their desire as clearly no one was home in the castle and it was ripe for the picking, the owner having been long gone that now the castle was a ghost town. However two warriors had managed to sneak in and evade the monsterous forces as they trailed after the King of Demons himself as he searched for something. 

Deep within the castle grounds, Simon and Richter had managed to find Ganondorf as he was watching a group of imps search through various powerful artifacts they procured from the castle treasury and brought to him. Sensing the two Belmonts enter the room as he barked out orders and the imps left with their haul before turning to the two Vampire Hunters. A Haughty smile on his face as he greet them. “Simon, Richter, still being petulant dogs i see.” He grinned wickedly as the two had recovered from thair last beating and gripped their ancestreal weapons for a fight. Ganondorf just took their silence as compliance for another smackdown as his hands were coated in dark magic. “If there is one thing I enjoy about you pesky holy warriors, its your stubborness to submit. Alas i’ll just make use of your souls.” He chortled out in a chuckle as they did battle once more, and once again it was in the favor of the Gerudo. Richter was beaten down first like he was nothing and Simon had his legs broken followed by the King of Evil proceeding to choke him with the Vampire Killer. Richter was currently pinned to the floor with the Sword of Sages impaling him through the gut, weakly reaching out for Simon as his metal whip was shattered to dozens of pieces before him. 

“What’s wrong kid, your pathetic ‘holy god’ not lending a hand?” He mocked as he took to enjoying himself with viciouly beating the Belmont duo within an inch of their lives, who knew Ghirahim would have solid advice to release work stress. Simon gurgled out though strained breath as he weakly grasped a flask of holy water and smashed it against Ganondorf’s face. Which did absolutely nothing to faze him mind the light steam coming off as the shards of glass fell off and water dried away off his face. The Gerudo God King felt insulted by the attempt as he let go ov the chain whip and backhanded Simon as a few of his teeth flew out and he collapsed. Getting off and yanking his sword from Richter’s body as he watched the younger one crawl to his elder.

“Its been fun, you two, oh who am I kidding, your both pathetic.” He sneared out in mild annoyance as these two were mere gnats to his presence. If you can’t rely on others, gotta get your hands dirty yourself. Charging dark magic thorugh the long blade, Ganondorf watched in humor as Simon cradled Richter who was losing blood fast. “Rest easy son, Lucina is waiting for you at home.” Simon said as he pressed a hand to Richter’s wound and vowed to get his family safe despite both facing imminent death. Ganondorf just rolled his eyes at the show of love and fired off a beam of warlock magic to the two. Time seeming to slow as Simon shielded Richter’s body and smiling to him in pride.

However the air around the trio darkening as shadows and power condensed before the two Belmonts and took a form, the form of a crimson clad figure as the beam rammed into him. splitting apart in many directions as the beam was cut and pushed against a strong force. Ganondorf caught off guard but growling and pushing more power as Simon looked up to a pair of glowing red eyes and a pale handsome face. “You…” Simon uttered out with a frown as he stared at Dracula, who held the beam of magic off from obliterating Simon and Richter. Dracula raised a finger as if asking for a moment then looked to Ganondorf through the magic and clenching his fist as the beam burst in power and Ganondorf was pushed back a few inches from the force. The dust and smoke clearing to reveal Dracula, the Prince of Darkness, standing before Simon and Richter Belmont and facing Ganon. Dracula dusted off his hands and sighed out before looking to his 'family’. 

“I see your as stubborn as my own grandson, ironic you both share the same name…” Dracula commented as he cast a spell with a wave that had Richter’s wound freeze over with ice to stop the bleeding. “While I should admonish you for acting reckless again, now is not the time. Loki, get these two children out of my castle…” Dracula said as a dwarf being burst into the room in black smoke, his green eyes sparkling with mirth as he gathered their weapons and grabbed them as all three vanished with Simon getting cut off as he was gonna speak. As Dracula focused on Ganondorf, he grew a smile and greeted his guest.

“How kind of you to invite yourself into my home and act like you own every tile, Dragmire. But what can i expect from a thief posing as a king.” The Vampire said as Ganon just glared at being stopped yet again from disposing of two peons and denied his fun. The ground next to the Dragon bubbled up with blood as it took the form of a humanoid creature, woman in figure as it bowed and spoke in a raspy voice, “My prince~…” It said as Dracula replied in a curt tone as if adressing the news. “We have uninvited guests, see to it that my legions are freed from the hibernation spell i set up centuries ago.Been a long nap, I deduce everyone is quite famished,” He said with a hint of humor as the blood creature sprouted a toothy fang filled grin and seeped into the stone and marble floor. 

Dracula watched Ganondorf and could feel his anger growing at him, the one being that dared defy the Demon King and twice now disrupt his activity. Gabriel just reached into his cloak and brought out a familiar old weapon as he paused and tucked it back away. “On second thought, I’d rather not make it quick and easy. You, my little pig king, deserve a stern punishment.” Icy magic emenating as Dracula summoned his favored mystical weapon, The Void Sword, as Ganondorf lunged with his sacred longsword in a roar of fury.

Within the caverns beneath the castle was a titanic collumn, known simply as 'The Tower’, the obsidian marble was the very foundation of Castlevania and the exuded dark energies that would draw creatures of the night from around the world. The blood being reformed and moved to the beheamoth pillar as it was chanting Enochian and hands glowing with the blood of The Dragon it was connected to. Stepping up to it as its hands pressed on the black stone and glowed in power, the chanting finished on a forboding note, “AWAKEN, LEGIONS OF THE PRINCE OF DARKNESS.”

The castle let off a light glow of red power as the forces of Ganondorf all began to feel the grounds shake as some stumbled and they looked aorund in confusion and worry. Then the noise followed as they picked up the roars and wails of thousands of unholy monsters as the darkness poured out  every manner of supernatural. Needless to say the forces of ganon were woefully unprepared as they were swarmed by the legions of Dracula and torn into. The sights were bloodbaths as the monsters of the night proved too fast and too overwhelming for the army of the Demon King. Harpies and Gargoyle littered the air and took down flying beasts while many beasts, undead and enchanted being overrun the invading military. One would spot a Necromancer decked in red and purple robes in the graveyards hunting the Poe’s as it was flanked by Dark Acolytes and reaping souls with fun. Lycans running down and dragging down big Moblins as Vampires cut down Lynels and Darknuts with large enchanted armors smashed away the small fry or crushed them easily. Even demons, those that submitted to Dracula after the fall of Satan got their fill as they hunted down many others. Any that were not torn apart by the supernatural were dragged off screaming and struggling to the kitchens and dungeons to be made use of. 

Simon and Richter reappeared away and out of the castle grounds as they watched the castle from a distance, The imp letting them go and speaking in a humored tone. “There we are, apologies gents but I must be getting back, i can smell the goodies these visitors will be not needing~” He beamed with a smile and then reached into his pack and brought out a pair of medallions embalmed with five blue gems. “A gift from my Prince, a sign of good will and hopes that you two don’t do anything rash again. Light Magic medallions, powerful holy work capable of benefitting any warrior of light and tuning their gear for the better.” The Chupacabras smiled and tucked it into Simon’s tunic as Simon nodded in thanks, though a bit repulsed by the lil imp. He got up and felt a gauntletted hand on his shoulder, looking to see a pale dark blue clad vampire looking at him in light concern. 

“Its time for you to return home young Simon, father and I will attend to this thief. May both of you have a safe journey.” The pale vampire smiled and took his hand off Simon’s shoulder as he walked to the castle. “Wait, what is your name, vampire?” Simon called out, curious and surprised the being did not attack him. The vmapire turned back and replied. “Alucard, formerlly Trevor Belmont, til we meet again, Holy Warrior.” He gave a bow and turned away as the Chupacabras already left and Simon turned his way and into the woods with Richter sleeping while the laght magic slowly seeped into their bodies and worked on healing them. Alucard approached the gates and drawbridge as two heavily armored Moblins had managed to excape free of the horrors and spotted him coming, not the brightest of Ganons races, they thought him easy prey and charged with roars as Alucard just burst forth in a teal mist and blur of white and dark blue speed. Appearing again and still walking as he flicked The Crissaegrim free of black blood and sheathing the blade with a bored look as he walked past the gates. The forces of Darkness taking a moment to bow to Alucard as they were feasting on the enemy. 

The two Moblins collapsing as their runs slowed and one froze up before shattering into shards of ice and the other had white hot holes stabbed into and thorugh its armor in the vital spots, being cooked alive by hellfire. Collapsing as their shadows pooled out and they were pulled in by Shadow Beasts claws into their own shadows and the inky black mass moved into the castle to continue their fun. 

Unknown to all, or just ignored by Dracula’s forces, a certain woman watched the whole carnage from a cushioned seat as she held her opera glasses up and focused on the battle between Dracula and Ganondorf, the Demon King actually being hardpressed and a scowl marring his face as The Prince of Darkness had him on his toes easily. Void Sword vanishing as Chaos Claws came out and grasped the sacred Sage Sword in one hand as another came in to deliver a punishing right hook that had Ganondorf tumble back and growl as his blood leaked through grit teeth while Dracula let out a smirk, this was gonna be fun~.

Palutena watched in light worry for Dracula as she knew to mess with Ganondorf was to risk certain death, but here Dracula was, making Ganondorf his lackey and besting him in combat, all while having that handsome smirk on his face. She had a light blush as she focused on Gabriel and his every move as he beat and humiliated Ganondorf, the orb of her staff recording the whole thing as this was gonna be a great story for the others who disliked Ganondorf and his armies. 

Ganondorf was gonna never live this mockery down, and the others wouldn’t let him either.

“First of all, you will refer to me as Count Dracula or variations thereupon, swine. No one is to call me by my first name unless given permission.

Dracula then sighs, tapping his claws on the arm of his throne in an annoyed manner. “As for my son.......... Alucard is a grown man and can choose whomever he likes to court. It’s hardly my business. Even if it’s always with my archenemies. I’ll... respect his life choices, even if they always end with him murdering me alongside those Belmonts.”

He grumbles to himself. “First that Trevor boy and now the blue one. When will that boy learn...? What sort of name is ‘Richter’ anyway...? At least the ones before him were named something reasonable.” Nevermind that the Count has no place to speak of naming things himself...
