Introductions..

I thought it was time I introduced myself (kind off), firstly I didn't join tumblr for anything really, I just thought it would be good to release some of whats trapped in my mind, I didnt expect anything but thank you for following me, liking my posts etc.. I'm at a bad stage in my life and I've been here many times before emotionally, phsyically and mentally I won't bore you all with the details I'm hoping to see a increase in joy in my posts one day and look back at my progress and feel as if I've overcome something..
