What should you do to completely transform your life? Do you know who you are? Or who do you wanna become? Having some kind of clear idea is one of the best ways to start. It takes (again) a lot of inner work. Transformation as a whole is very complex. And there are different ways to achieve it. We can divide it into two main folders. ▫️Physical body ▫️Inner world I want to focus on both these transformations, because they're going hand in hand. One cannot be complete without the other one. It takes focus, vision & belief 💯. You need to see the goal right in front of you. Look at it constantly and let it drive you! See it clear as day and believe you're more than capable to get to it. And most of all.. TAKE ACTION EVERY SINGLE DAY. ❕ If you know where you are headed, plan how to get there. ❔ If you are unsure what to do with your life.. try new things. Do you accept a change? Do you consciously transform? ♾ A change is only constant in life. You cannot stop. You're constantly moving throughout the space. No matter what's happening, life goes on. If you think you stagnate, you are actually going down↘️. Imagine a graph 📈 and an arrow of life goes steadily up↗️. And you are the dot moving up↗️, if you stop, the arrow will still go further up↗️ away from the dot. You will be moving away from progress➡️ on a line of time. ↗️ No matter how slow, go forward. On the other hand, it is completely OK to take a breath, compose yourself, do some inner work, selflove etc. I don't consider it stopping. It's work in progress↗️. TRANSFORMATION might be like skyrocketing up to the sky or climbing up the mountain. ↗️ Going on the arrow of life up on the imaginary graph of evolution. My first morning run went great 💪💯🏃‍♀️ Afterwards some hanging on a bar at the workout grounds 👌 Me and my friend went running. It was my first time apart from school, crossfit or camp that I actually ran a good amount of distance. As beginners we walked majority of the way but out of 5 km we ran: 1,22 - 1,75 -> 530 m 1,95 - 2,44 -> 490 m 2,81 - 3,10 -> 290 m 3,34 - 3,58 -> 240 m TOTAL: 1,55 km In my opinion it is a good start and I wanna persuade this goal of mine even more 💪 Afterwards I had a little bit of time while changing buses on my way home. Time to time I need to see the transformation side by side. I slowed down, this past year was rough, I made a lot of decisions both good and bad. I was down, I was up. But I believe I'm still having a progress 👌 The majority is happening inside me, inside my head.
