Hi, fellow followers of any of my blogs

I'm officially back now. Well, I have been back for a long time already but I've been keeping up with another tumblr blog unrelated to any of the ones I have on here! (I will not be sharing the blog tho.)

I will be reblogging this on my 3 []-culture-is blogs, so please read this!

Somewhere this week I will be posting a poll on all 3 blogs, you'll see what it's about later. I will not be continuing any of these sideblogs anymore. (Or well, a very low chance that I will be, just wait till the poll arrives.)

Instead I will be starting fresh new sideblogs, about various topics (2 being themed after Hellenism & Mental Health). This blog (hisdyingwish) will still be my main where I rant about nonsense tho.

A biiiiiiig brown bear. It used to my brother's and he gave it to me when I was born. He had a lot of silly names growing up lol

His most used names were beertje (dutch word for 'little bear'), sasy (random name, it has a backstory but it's very embarrassing) and lief (dutch word for sweet).

so no one asked but heres my opinion about it

its not bad / wrong to love the things mentioned, theres nothing bad / wrong about liking movies, attractions, ect ect, themed after asylums, psychotic villains / (fictional) characters, ect ect

as LONG as you also respect & support IRL people who have psychosis, people who have to go to actual asylums, who can be a danger to themselves or others

its okay to do the first, if you do the second too

i think this post is a great way to seek awareness about it, but also a little reminder that it is not a bad thing to like / love / watch things like that <3 just keep in mind that actual people w psychosis exist, that sometimes what these media show can also be reality, and that it is not 'satanic', 'fake', 'demonic', 'aesthetic', or anything alike

its just the first thing i thought of when reading this was "so ppl cant like these media w/o it being a bad thing?", even if that was not what the post was about!!!! so i just felt like saying it just incase

Oh you love that musician that wears a strait jacket in a music video?

Oh you love haunted house attractions that are 'insane asylum' themed?

Oh you love that horror movie where the villain is portrayed to be psychotic?

But do you respect and care for mentally ill people who have been restrained because they were a danger to themselves or others?

But do you respect and care for people who are constantly in and out of psych wards, or have to live full time in psychiatric facilities?

But do you respect and care for people who have psychotic disorders, especially if they are poc and/or homeless?

Do you see us as real people, or do you just like the aesthetic of our suffering for your entertainment?

i am mentally ill yeah! its in my bio so people understand what my rants can be about sometimes, and for people with the same disorders to find someone similar (me) also didnt know people put their personality traits in their bio LMAO

also didnt know that all mental illnesses make you want to kill yourself?? like if i feed into it, the worse is gonna be me being severely attached to the people around me and also keeping myself locked in a box or smth

I'm so sick how women scared of men are so comforted but men scared of women are joked about. Like no, no I'm not scared of women cause I can't "pull them" or whatever fucking reason, I'm scared of them cause of the things they did and might do to me.

Having psychosis, ocd & bpd at the same time is a struggle cause I never know which one of them is causing what I'm feeling. Like, when I'm paranoid, I have no idea which one of my disorders is causing me to be paranoid.

So I can't like, do anything about it either cause I don't know what is causing it. Is it my bpd that's making me paranoid atm? Cause someone was acting distant and I thought they hate me? Or is it my ocd? Cause I did something wrong w/o realizing it? Or am I just being a delusional bitch fr (psychosis)

Do not keep reading if non-traumagenic system cause I do not want to trigger anyone by what I say (especially for the last part about the explanations) but I also want this to come across

Endogenics are not possible, neither are any other systems that have different origins than traumagenic. I can assure you; I'm not just looking at the concept and going "not possible!", I HAVE (re)searched and I have asked psychiatrists (including my own therapist) about this.

Systems and plurality are complex & complicated, yes, but one thing that would be sure is plurality can not exist without some kind of disturbance to the brain/child. And that kind of disturbance would fall under traumagenic.

There's a few explanations of these 'systems', which is said countless of times by people online, but it is true. Most likely one would be, having a disorder/mental illness but mistaking it for being plural. Or faking being plural (for various reasons, from wanting attention to coping in some way) but that would (in my opinion) be less likely than having another disorder. Something else would be being an actual system or actually experiencing dissociation, which would mean having either DID, OSDD, DDD, or some other dissociative/plural disorder. That would mean that the person does have trauma, but they just do not remember it. (This is less likely but still could be a thing, but please do not go out and search for that trauma. That could be dangerous, especially if there is no trauma or if remembering the trauma could affect you. There would be a reason for your mind to forget it, if you're really wondering if you have hidden trauma, please just contact a therapist or some sort instead of finding out yourself.)

Random as hell, but it's so funny how people still think non-traumagenic systems are really a thing Like dude, the DSM-5 has dissociative disorders very clearly labeled as TRAUMA disorders.

& People still think it's possible w/o trauma, like HOW?? Where are your SOURCES, the years of RESEARCH done by professionals, where is it??? That is a genuine question
