How did you create the roasted banana choc and oats bowl? Thank you!
I pan fried the bananas in a little bit of coconut oil on med-high heat then just placed it on top of the oats (made however you like!) throw some chocolate chips in there and drizzle with some syrup!

what i’ve been drinking every morning. it honestly looks pretty gross bland and boring but i wanna keep it real 
pls don’t barf
basically a chocolate smoothie
superfoodized and…      with tofu 
not ew; creamy and yum
Recipe:
1 block of morinu firm silken tofu
1 heapin tbsp of cacao powder
1 tsp maca powder (or chuck in any other superfood powders for extra boost)
1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen spinach or kale
sweetener (i use 3 packets of truvia)
some ice cubes
splash of water or almond milk to get it going
blendy blend 
this ma favorite breakfast
it keeps me full until lunch its so creamy and chock full of nutrients

high volume prozoats [protein zucchini oats]
w/ pumpkin seeds + cacao drizzle (just cacao powder and hot water) and chocolate oatmeal with hemp seeds
it looks and sounds gross but it is hearty and fills me up and i like it, so
Recipe:
1 cup of instant oats
1 scoop protein powder
1 shredded zucchini/squash
1 cup water
1 cup milk
pinch of salt
sweetener of choice (i used 3 packets of truvia)
cacao powder, nuts, seeds, peanut butter, jams, fruit for topping or mix ins
Microwave for 3 minutes
stir
top w/ toppings
easy peasy
if you want it eXtRA thiCC put it in the fridge overnight after microwaving. it turns out super thick and cakey :)

Savory pumpkin pancakes!! crispy fried, chewy mochi texture on the inside. 
i had this when I visited my mom’s hometown in Busan, and they sold these on the streets of Haeundae, the ocean city in Korea. 
Yum yum
I remember eating 20 billion of these when I was little. An old gramma fries these up and gives em to you in a ratchet black plastic bag. It’s so good 
moms recipe:
korean pancake flour (부침밀가루)
glutinous rice flour
half a steamed hot pumpkin
honey or agave syrup 
salt 
oil for frying
my mom just mixes these up until the consistency is just right lmao so idk how to make them yet cuz it requires the intuition of a korean mom.
my mom doesn’t know why Americans use measuring cups and tablespoons and scales. EnJOOOYYY (if you can make it)
