This is the winter arc 2.0. I am writing this here and I'm gonna do an update on December 31st, so that every Tumblr users are going to know if I succeed or not. I am not gonna lie. The key is the mindset. We have to erase this old version of ourselves that doesn't benefit us for 2025
Here are the rules
แกฃ๐ญฉ Eating good food - the most important goal. Have effect on everything in the body. I tend to eat a lot of sugar, especially chocolate. I also love fries omg. For the last few months I am gonna eat clean at 80%.
-> I also have this tendency to eat a lot (in terms of quantity). I always ate a lot since I am child. There is no reason behind it I love food lol I am greedy. I am gonna start to listen my body more
แกฃ๐ญฉ Stretching exercices - I am so lazy about this but this is the key to a good posture, especially the neck area. I swear to you guys I am so lazy about this because this is sloooooooow. I like when this is challenging like stairmaster
แกฃ๐ญฉ Read more - fictional or not I am gonna read again. I was that child who was able to finish a whole book in a day, but now there is a lot of distractions (phone) so I struggle. I have many books, especially manga that I have to finish (and I keep buying books) but at night, I am going to start reading
แกฃ๐ญฉ Being active on social media - especially (tumblr) I love writing. I love giving advice and being creative. I have so much ideas ! I don't even know what to start but I want to be active
แกฃ๐ญฉ Learning Italian properly - I am procrastinating. It is because I need to know what I am studying, but I understand it really well. I am gonna buy a textbook to scheduling my learning
แกฃ๐ญฉ Putting the phone down - I want to be more cool and have at 3 hours per day
แกฃ๐ญฉ sleeping - a fixed schedule. An hour when I go to sleep and when I wake up EVERY TIME
แกฃ๐ญฉ Stop being so lazy - about high day maintenance. Listen (read), when this exfoliate day, hydratation etc I am so lazy. It is because I have a good skin naturally (thankfully) and I don't really see when I have to exfoliate .

That 's it ! I am pretty good with going to the gym so this is not a big goal. I'll do an update on 31st December to say how it was. I have faith and I can see myself telling you that I succeed so it's done.

I know that you know this term, especially on TikTok . Men love to talk about this period (October - November - December). I always said this in my posts. When you see those morning routines, how to be this or that, you don't need do those things if it's not for you.
Remember that this your life and you decide the rules.
-> This a guided plan to succeed your winter arc . No BS.
1 -Look at what you've done so far. Take a piece of paper and be blunt. What worked ? What didn't ? How did you feel this year ?
2 - What can you achieve in 3 months ? See it on a long term scale. It's useless to do things fast fast fast. You're going to lose it as fast as you reached it. For exemple, being more cultivate. Start with 3 topics that you like and look for documentary / articles about that.
3 - yes, start slow. We have so much expectations especially at the beginning (of the year) thinking that we can achieve everything. No, our old version of yourself is still here and we need to start slow to not shock this version.
4 - I guess you do this winter arc to improve yourself. You heard it before. Who you want to be ? What that version of you have ? They have an aura ? They know how to paint ? A good eloquence ? What ? Not gonna tell you to act like this version because it difficult but make some choices (slow), yet intentional choices towards this person. (the hardest part to change)
5 - If you want to be in shape, start with YouTube videos. No need to take a pilates class there is everything at home (unless you have the money to take a class). Going to the gym is easy but having the discipline is definitely not. Have a workout program, know what you want to train. There is a bunch of gym creators with your dream body.
(do not put too much pressure on yourself , it has to be enjoyable so you can stick to it)
-> practice 80/20 in your alimentation. Look at what is good for you.
6 - Waking up early is for the people that don't have school or don't work traditionally. If you're a student, take some rest and be organized if you want to do this. And know what you're gonna do as an early bird
7 - if you wanna star reading, I recommend you a sky beyond the storm. This is a dystopia and I loved it. I need to read the fourth volume but it is not available for now. If you are into self development start with the 7 habits of highly effective people or the compound effect. Go with the flow, even if you read one page.
8 - Take care of yourself. Do some selfcare, massage, meditation, breath work. Learn how to do things on you own like nails, epilation, improve your makeup
9 - track what you did. On each day write down what you did and how you feel. At the start there is nothing but on December you're gonna be like WOW
10 - Lastly, at end on each week write good things that happened that week in your life. Whatever. I started by doing that and it's so peaceful. For exemple, last week I succeeded in parking the car by myself. I struggle with this pls I am just a girl . Writing this made me so happy
This period is perfect for growth. You're gonna know what you like and who you are.
I hope you stay discipline toward the person you wanna become (I wish myself that too). Everything is not gonna be perfect but always do 1%.
(if you didn't do something, be easy on yourself but don't let more that 2 days pass, get back on track)
Its gonna be challenging, not gonna lie this is hard to change. So hard. I am here to tell the truth. You're here with that version of you that you have for many years, with traumas that people gave you and now you have to deal with it alone.
There is no other choice to evolve otherwise you're gonna be the same. Go for it. I believe in you

My favorite goddess ! I like my charismatic characters so here is a sheet about Athena and how to incorporate things related to her, in order to improve yourself.
Prestance - Aura. Athena has an aura. She's the goddess of the war so she needs to have that prestance. In the way she carry herself, she makes you respect her. I have a whole post about. Athena is often see in painting standing up with a spare, around. Make sure you have a good posture
Leadership - The capacity to lead, to form. That magnetic skill that people are drawn to. It gives you respect so prestance. She's strategic and knows what works. In order to lead others you have to lead yourself. You need to have self control and be strategic about what you do in your life, so you can get rewarded nicely.
Creativity - As the goddess of arts, she can create tool for battles or for helping someone, like she did with Prometheus (my favorite character). Explore your passion, find what are your hobbies. Are you doing, sewing or are you a writer ? What makes you passionate about something ?
Intelligence - obviously you know this part. Be cultivated, know who you're talking to and know what they are capable of. Put your feeling to side and think FIRST
Wise - I think that being wise is learning through situations. Understanding that you should not doing the same patterns over and over. Because if you don't you'll have the same thing happening until you learn your lessons. I think you should learn from others. When something is happening to them, you learn from this situation too. It's like expending your mind. She has that fairness with people that is unbelieveble and doesn't to care about what other gods think.
Beauty - She's charming in a noble way. I would say elegant. She's simple. You can check my post about how to look neat to always be put together.

Here is a small guide
๊จ„๏ธŽ Comfort meals - soup, warm plate. I really like gratin. Lasagna and RACLETTE. I also think about plates with a sauce like curry. It can your favorite meal. This is perfect for me because I like those kind of dishes. It's like noodles (especially Pad Thai) I really love that. Simple but so good. ๊จ„๏ธŽ Skincare - Our skin in winter might need more hydration. Your skincare might not be the same than usual. See if you skin reacts differently during this period. A good occasion to do sheets masks. I really like Garnier mask (kinda shocked I didn't know they have masks) and also Korean brands. Unbeatable.
๊จ„๏ธŽ Style - Winter is for people who know how to dress. Don't be afraid to experiment. Take warm clothes if you don't want to be sick. I have a post about essentials for winter. I really like winter because I can wear my boots and my long coat lol
๊จ„๏ธŽ Goals - Small habits to improve yourself. It can be learning 5 new words in your target language, read at least one page every day. One day without phone. Something that allows you to reconnect with yourself or a long term goal for later. We all start somewhere
๊จ„๏ธŽ Discover - Discover new albums, new movies, new series. I am curious. I like to read every kind of books, listening to every kind of musics. I have a long list of movie that I HAVE to watch. There are some Disney classic that I need to watch. So in this period expend your knowledge
๊จ„๏ธŽ Take care of your body - I know that this the moment when we are all lazy. Try low impact exercices like yoga or pilates. Even 10 minutes it's good. What matter is intensity. Take baths too to relax.
๊จ„๏ธŽ Hot drinks - tea and hot chocolate !! I love tea ! it's so good and has so much benefits for the body. Put it in a nice cup
๊จ„๏ธŽ Ambiance - Candles, mist are welcomed ! put yourself in a good mood. You can even change your phone mode to give you that vibe
๊จ„๏ธŽ Last but not least - Hand cream + Lip care. Those parts are fragile. For my hands I use L'occitane hand cream, the best for me and it lasts so long. For my lips, I use the laneige lip mask. Ladies, when I tell you that I have this product for 2 years and honestly it's like vaseline lmao. I think that you pay this price for the longevity. Pretty good though

two years since I am at the gym, so here's my tips
People don't care about you ! Nobody is here watching you. We are here to build our dream body this is the mission. Trust me nobody is watching you. Don't compare yourself.
Have a plan - You see, those TikTok about the first day at the gym lol this is exactly that. Please have a plan. Know your goals, Search on the internet who you wanna be like and look at their workout plan.
Know your body shape. What someone is doing might not be the same for you. Look for growth tips especially for the butt. It depends on your goals for real.
For exemple I train my butt 2-3 times a weeks but I don't train my upper body because I have the tendency to build quickly here.
-> I just train my back one time a week because it gives me that silhouette. (if you want a small waist this is your back that you should aim for. This is that part that gives you this illusion โŒ›๏ธ)
-> I also do cardio and core workout. I do 30 mins of stairmaster. Now listen this exercise is mental. At first I was doing 5 minutes that it. The more you do it the more it becomes an habit. I don't train my abs that much, just my core. Abs are gonna be visible if you don't have that much fat around the belly. So it's all related to alimentation .
Alimentation - the hardest part imo. Honestly this is you and your relationship with food. Don't go to extreme, eat better because this is what give you results, more that the gym. I focus on what I want to eat. I don't calculate my calories or things like that it's gonna stress me out. Don't stress about it. Treat your body like a temple where you're allowing to eat what you want. In all in moderation. You can eat what you want.
Discipline - be disciplined. You have to. There is some moments when you wouldn't want to go to gym but you have to. Remember it is always when you don't want to do things that you should do them. At first you have that motivation but AFTER ???? It's very complicated
Expert note -> When you want to give up think about me, your favorite antagonist telling you Remember it is always when you don't want to do things that you should do them. Have a good playlist - especially when you are on those stairs ! Phone and Brazilian music are so good. Kpop too. NOISE.
Patience - Be patient. It takes time to build your body. That's why people recommend before having a business to go to the gym, because it doesn't happen overnight. You have to be patient.
Don't forget neat - you lose calories every time. When you clean your room, walk, dance everything. That's why people tell you do walk 10 000 / day
Do warm up exercise - at the beginning of your workout do not forget.
Keep faith - think as someone who already has that dream body.
I recommend you to watch TikTok videos. There is may content creator that give advice and workout inspiration. I recommend Anisiafromsprouts or lexielearmann. They have many workout for beginners.
Seek for tips for your form too that's the most important. Don't do reps too fast, focus on your form. Rest between sets

I remember I was so afraid to be bulky but everyone at the gym told me "It takes so much time to be bulky you just started pls" ๐Ÿคฃ. I also suggest to do weight and pilates in the same week. Find your balance.

Have a nighttime skincare - the night is perfect to treat your skin problems. It might be different of your morning routine. Make sure to know your skin and what you want to improve.
expert note -> take your shower and brush your teeth BEFORE doing your skincare
Have a good pyjama - it seems basic but have a pretty pyjama. It can be a nightgown or a set. Something that when you wear this you're like "I like what I am wearing ๐Ÿฅฐ". it depends on what you love. I have a set and a nightgown. You can find this everywhere.
Nice sheets and good pillowcase - Change these things at least one a week, especially the pillowcase. Very important for your skincare AND hair. silk pillowcase are good but bonnet too. It's less expensive and does the job.
Expert note -> I don't know if I have to mention this but ventilate your room, so that your room is fresh and clean. You can even put a good mist for an ambiance.
Put the night shift (True Tone) one hour before going to sleep. I am not saying that you have to stop using your phone or whatever. Please. But let your eyes rest a little bit the night (especially if you wear glasses).
Schedule your next day - very important. you know exactly what to do tomorrow. Put the main tasks, no need to have details but if you want to, do it. Personally it stresses me out !
Do what you want- I think that you should relax before sleeping, and everybody is different. If you want to do journaling do it, if you like to learn at night by watching a documentary do it, if you like reading do it and if you like to go on Pinterest do it !!
This is essential to be at peace, before sleeping. I also recommend you to do your meditation/breath work/visualisation at night (or morning). You know why you read/watched everything about this lol
Sleep stages - now your sleep. There are many sleep stages. If you notice when you go to sleep at 1 am and you wake with the same hours of sleep that you usually have, you're not that tired. So you need all of those stages in order to have a good sleep. This article is very good to understand. Sleep stages

Gut health -> all that is related to your stomach, intestines and this area. (very simple definition)
-> basically it is about the food that you put in your body
Symptoms of unhealthy gut
bloating
high stress level
lack of energy
difficulty to lose weight
no sleeping beauty
skin issues
You can clean an unhealthy gut by adopting some habits. This a long process, it takes time. But what takes time is beautiful at the end. You need to love this process, that why you need to eat food that you love. It is not a diet. You can have cheat meals, eating cupcakes and everything. Don't put too much pressure on yourself
Solutions
Sleeping beauty - again. Your sleep is important. 7-8 hours you know that. Which hours do you go to sleep ? 12 pm is not like 8 pm even if you have 7 hours at the end lol. Be careful about that
Eat slowly - omg this is hard to this. I like to eat fast. But this important so that your brain can understand what's happen. Moreover, you're gonna be full slowly instead of eating fast and THEN take another potion.
Drink water - you know this part
Supplements - before anything else, you should go to the doctor, to see if there is something that is missing. Do you need a prebiotic ? you're body doesn't like gluten ? What causes you bloating ? good to know good to not make an useless investment
NOW ๐Ÿ‘น
Your diet - what do you eat on a daily basis ? Always junk food ? Only sweets ? Do you feel full after one plate or not ? What is your favorite meal ?
The gut is more about the food you eat unlike your cortisol level. Here is some examples
High fiber foods -> veggies, nuts, fruits, rice, quinoa, beans
fermented foods -> kimchi ( omg so good !), sauerkraut, yogurt, miso, garlic = rich in probiotics
Collagen -> eggs, bone broth, fruits,
Cranberry -> very good for woman. It helps with ๐Ÿฑ issues
Tea - I really like ginger tea and mint tea. There are also shots that you can take.

I don't know about you but where I live it's cold. Winter is for the people who know how to dress. Here are my essentials for this style.

Coat - A real good coat but be careful ! Your coat must look good from the back. You see when you're walking and there is your coat behind who flys. (you see what I mean). Take a good quality coat. I like them long and black, with a belt.
Trench - I have many colors. Most of the time I take dark colors because the traditional one doesn't fit me. I like them longs ! I always wear them with boots or heels, never sneakers omg. You would never catch me wearing a trench with sneakers. It is not charismatic imo. We want some allure, an aura.
Blazer- the one that fits YOU. It can be oversized or snatched

I am gonna keep this simple
Cortisol is the main stress hormone. If it is too high, it can harmful for your body.
Symptoms of a high level or cortisol
weight gain
no sleeping beauty
lack of energy
bloating
It affects our metabolism and that why we can't necessarily see changes because this is ALL.
Solutions
Have a sleep routine - Make sure to have a bed routine. If you're at school it's different because you have a planning but make sure to have at least the hours that you need (around 7 or 8)
Screen time - yeah this is because of the phone lol. Be careful because it can damages your eyes too. Hold your phone not to close of your eyes. Know when need to stop. Listen the little voice inside of you
Nutritious diet - you see it coming. Watch your alimentation for a week and see what are the most things that you ate. You're going to see if it is full of processed food or normal. Know the foods benefits that enter your body. For example, carrot is good for the skin. Dates are very good for the eyes.
-> this is not a "diet", this is how we should eat. You should try the 80/20 rule. Eat your cookies and have your junk food, there is no restrictions. It should be balanced. Practice mindful eating.
Exercice - you see that coming too. The essential part is to move your body. Dance, walk, pilates, gym, clean your bedroom. It's gonna produce endorphin and dopamine in your body. Breath work - especially as a woman. Start slow with 5 minutes. Stop overthinking during this amount of time. Be free.
Supplements - this is a long term investment. I recommend you to search foods that have the supplements that you want to take. If you're wanna start, go to the doctor to see what you're missing
Stress - find the reason of your stress. Be authentic. Don't be scared. Really if you have anxiety or stress, find the reason. This feeling is so poisonous. It can ruin your life and you know what's crazy ? It's slowwww. Always find the root.

My 20 Favorite Language Learning Tips
Use small phrases when talking to pets/inanimate objects/ yourself etc
Kid books!!! Especially ones you know like cat in the hat or something similar. These are amazing especially if you are a beginner. It helps build fluency, literacy, pattern (different languages have different speaking patterns and flow), etc. There's a reason they push the books on kids.
Do translations! Take those books and mark them up. Find news articles, research papers, etc and translate them.
Keep a diary in your target language
Find people who are native speakers and tell them to talk to you in that language more than your native language
WRITE. When I formally studied Spanish, one of my teachers made us write EVERY WORD 10 times with their meanings. If it was a phrase, we would still do it word by word. I HATED this so much but after 4 years of not speaking or hearing the language, those were the words I still knew.
Change your phone language or an app language to your target language
Watch shows in your language. Use subtitles. If you're trying to learn to read better, put subtitles in your target language. Trying to pick up words? Use your native language for subtitles and listen to the show in your target language.
Describe your actions, feelings, etc to yourself in your target language
Find signs in public that are multilingual and read them
Play your favorite songs in your target language and sing along
Play your favorite songs in your native language but sing along to them in your target language
Follow comic artists (or other people) on social media. Comic artists are great because they tend to use slang, colloquial language, jokes, etc that build a more fluent speech. Makeup artists and influencers are good for this too
Go to shops. Where I'm from we have mercados and taquieras everywhere so going to places like that can help a lot
Reach out to people and learn with them! Find someone that studies the same language or someone who's trying to learn your language but speaks your target language. Talking with non native speakers can help you learn study and language tricks that helped them
Flash cards!
Apps that help you learn a new language are great! But only if you practice outside the app
Find recipes written in your target language
Rewrite class notes in the language!
Say at least one word a day in your target language

The first time I heard about her was when she talked about the name for her kids (at the time I didn't know who it was) but she was receiving a lot of backlash for that. The next time was her cereal recipe.
This my observation, there is a lot of things to analyze but I am going to take the main elements (so that you understand how people achieve fame nowadays so you can too !)
Now. Let's start. Repetitive content - We all know that this is because of her recipes that she's known for. This is always the same set up. Also her voice is very shooting like ASMR. The most important part is her outfits. This is the first thing that you see when you watch her videos. Those outfits can be "crazy" sometimes in order to make you stay. Moreover you know that she's able to make crazy recipes (chewing gum) so you're curious about it.
-> I also want to mention that when she makes a recipe like coca or chewing gum, she put an opera music to match the experience.
Next her husband - I think many people know him because he was very known in wattpad or here, Tumblr. So people know HIM and the fact he's the husband of this woman pls it's good. At first, we don't really know Lucky BUT Nara is going to introduce him by making content with him (vlog, buying gifts, mukbang). Plus he's a model. They even did a photoshoot for GQ.
Her work - People didn't seem to know that she's a model too. People thought that she was a trad wife and you know why ? because she was wearing this style. I think that Ballerina farm was also known to have this "aesthetic" on her social at the same time. So people thought that Nara was a trad wife too. They even did a photoshoot for GQ.
Now the biggest part. Y'all have to know that scandals and making people talk about you is a huge publicity, a HUGE. As a creator, the worst thing that you can have is to be ignored ! You have to make people talk about you.
Controversial topics - the fact that people were talking about her religion and the name for her kids. People perceived her as a trad wife + a young mom. Parents were feeling bad because she was making food from scratch for her kids but they don't know why Nara makes this. TALK TALK TALK
She also makes content so that specialists will talk about like toothpaste or gel for scratch .
Then she started by making some sponsorship related to her, thanks to the content outside food ( get to know me, my hair, clothes) and she started to go up and up with brands. Marc Jacobs, Laneige, Revolve...
-> She has a luxurious, clean set up, even her kitchen cutlery, how she presents herself, her clothes are expensive. Naturally, this is luxurious brand that's gonna come. You see how important it is to have a your own brand ?
(She's always matches her outfit with her recipes.)
Scandal - Those accusations about her stealing content from others is now forgotten. She did a pop up with hourglass and fans came to see her. She gave "star energy" so obviously she can attend fashion shows, even more when she's gonna see her husband walks for Ralph Lauren. She started by doing some interviews on TikTok then moving on Harper bazar .
At the fashion week, her outfits was giving aura (Khaite outfit and Ralph Lauren). Now she can even do a What in my bag ? Do you realize this ? This is "celebrities" who does that.
Last but not least. People imitating her. This is a solid point because if people recreating funny things, talk about YOU, this is an advertisement (free). People who don't know YOU are gonna be curious. So genius. When you become a meme ?? pls you're won
I also want to mention the fact that she didn't say nothing about her scandals. She let people talk. She also have a sense of humor and know what to film, what to put. Watching her videos is very pleasant.
She didn't become famous like that. She was making content wayyy before but I guess she found the things she liked. I don't know if content creation takes time or not.I truly think that those things work when at first you don't care and just love what you're doing. After that, there is a strategy
It applies to you, if you want to get successful. Do what you love, don't care about people who talk. Know which brands you want to work with. Know how people are ! Be careful about your image, don't do drama. Get that bag, persist !
