personal headcanon: only the archdragon of each arcanum is capable of human speech

none of the other dragons talk. none of them. ever. in the whole 7 seasons, only the archdragons speak. and we do not know for certain that Zubeia was able to speak a human language while Avizandum was alive, she could have gained that ability after he died.

anyway that explains why Zym could suddenly speak after Zubeia died

So wait. Ezran hates Runaan for killing Harrow and has him imprisoned, but he shows no negative feelings toward Zubeia, the one who ordered the assassination in the first place? He talks about how everything Avizandum did was to protect Xadia, even though this is the dragon that killed Sarai? Also, do we ever hear anything else about the village Pyrrah burned to the ground? Are dragons just exempt from responsibility for their actions unless they're Sol Regem?

Assuming the theory of the Dragons and Elves using Leola to trap Aaravos is true, which I find extremely likely at this point considering:

"Deceiving the deceiver."

Aaravos saying Zubeia betrayed him.

Aaravos is gonna go OFF when he has a confrontation with Zubeia in Season 7 and it would be an extremely emotional scene.

*Rubs hands together* Sorry Aaravos but I hope it's true because I want that angst 👀
