Okay, so I LOVE Viziepop's Zoophobia and while I respect how she worked on her more passionate projects, I am said it never got an ending or questions answered. So I just wanted to put some of my favorite plot points here and see what you guys think could have been and what you think of my ideas.

1. Cameron's love interests

So I read aomewhere that this girl was gonna have multiple love i terests introduced throughout the story (and this queen deserves all the love). I am pretty sure none had been i troduced in the short beginning we got so--what do you think love interests for Cameron could be like?

2. Mackenzie and Addison

I refuse Gustav being Addison's endgame. I also know there's this whole sleepr agent Addison story line but I am ignoring that for this since the story never even got to the hints of that. Not that I wand Mackenzie dating Addison--I just wanted them to become friends. They are actually really similar, and I think, if they worked through their issues, they could be good friends. (Mac obviously has good taste, as she did not like Gustav either).

3. Jack's family

How did Narissa meet the devil? Literally, that is all I want to know? Why is Jack's mom so cool with this? Also want to know more about Jack's mom.

4. Reuben and Autumn

Date. Please. Also, Autumn being an eldest sibling really connected for me, so I would have liked to see that more.

5. Other characters

I loved the main 5, and along with the characters I have already mentioned, I would have loved to learn more about Sahara, who was one of my favs. Like, why is she one of the only himans here? Has she always lived in the heaven?

AND WHAT WAS GOING ON BETWEEN SIMON AND FABIAN?

Simon called him pretty boy. Guys I need answers.

Also Ink. She's great. And maybe Jack and Damian getting along? I'm sorry, but as an eldest sibling I feel a need to end conflict.

I know there was a lot of other stuff going on and Vizie had way huger plans than this little points--but I really love these little points. Also, I really liked Jack talking to Cameron about struggling when friends start dating--i feel like no one talk about that. Its just 'they are a couple. Be happy for them.' And ignore how friendships are just as important and need time too. Plus, society puts too much pressure on romantic reltionships to consume all one's time and space (my roommate and her boyfriend will not separate, and it creep everyone out guys, I'm not joking)

Anyway, I love Zoophobia. ❤️

Realizing almost a decade later all these criticisms still fits her current work which shows she hasn't changed and still hasn't learned because she refused to take criticism. And sorry she will never understand.

This is more of my personal issue with ZP, but I feel like Vivienne kind of rushed things in terms of how things just kinda function in the webcomic. I understand focusing on characters, but if she actually plans on jumping from focusing on one character to the next, the story could eventually become super cluttered, and everything would be all over the place.

What I would recommend is to focus more on how the society of Safe Haven works first so that the reader has a better understanding of how society works around it. There’s supposedly a big emphasis on the idea of being in a foreign land from Cameron’s point of view, and you would’ve thought that the explanation of Safe Haven’s culture to a certain degree would serve as a huge element to Cameron’s adaption to everything within Safe Haven.

When considering that Safe Haven has multiple districts with all their unique traits, you’re gonna have to eventually explore those areas in the story. They aren’t just placed there just to be placed there, and knowing that these districts exist, the specific peacekeepers there, the way society functions in different areas, are gonna have to be seen eventually. Without a build up of basic information of these places, and Safe Haven as a whole, Cameron, as well as the reader is gonna be blind as to why things have reasonings in the story altogether.

In my perspective, I feel that getting some of the worldbuilding into place before just switching from another character can be harmful to the entirety of it. Addison’s chapter with Gustav might’ve proved to be unnecessary, and I feel that one chapter could’ve been used for worldbuilding instead of petty high school drama that would lead to Damian spying on them. Knowing what Addison might even become later on, the whole AddisonxGustav thing might become 100% irrelevant later on since this doesn’t reveal anything important. It doesn’t really benefit the main story in anyway, and it just seems like a filler, at least to me.

I can appreciate Damian’s arc because it gives us a bit of insight on how Hell’s and Safe Haven’s relationship works. Jack’s arc? It gives us a bit of insight on how the Animal District works! No one really talks about this, but due to us finding out a bit about Jack’s background, we can assume that those who live in the Animal District live fairly primitively. Lack of modern day technology, lack of common law, and other things can be inferred! Us as readers can ask questions and make predictions about something that proves to be relevant later on!

The beginning arc obviously introduces the blunt side of society, showing its diversity and what not, but that’s only the start of what Safe Haven might potentially have.

The following arcs involving the vampires gives us some insight as to how issues in the story that involve the world could go through progression later on. The only thing though is that there’s no follow up as to what happened to Simon. He got locked up, didn’t he? Did he just stay locked up in the school? Doesn’t seem very practical.

The Addi arc? Nothing. Well, those who’ve seen Viv’s work prior can make predictions considering Xirxine, but anyone that’s only read the webcomic won’t even know what the visual images of Addi was even referring to. Someone could just make the assumption that Addison is just afraid of sharp things lol. We find out Gustav is quite a rude person, but we already knew that :P, and we didn’t really find out anything significant about Mackenzie. We learned that Mackenzie is a bit accident prone, and that she kinda hates society due to serving as like a black sheep in someway. She also has a diary? I mean, I guess that’ll reveal more about her character and how Tom’s feelings develop for her, but that might not necessarily be beneficial to the worldbuilding.

I hope Viv doesn’t necessarily find this as hate because it isn’t. This is merely my analysis, and my suggestions for how things could be better. I have no intentions of being harmful in anyway, and I hope Viv understand this.

ZooPhobia Chapter 5 + Final Thoughts...

2024 is almost coming to an end so I read ZooPhobia chapter 5 today. It sucks.

This chapter absolutely does not focuses on Cameron but instead focuses on Addison and the shipping nonsense.

Starting with the teacher and student relationship...

Then Tom joins the party, chaos ensues, and then leaves...

Yeah no I'm out, I'm outta here.

Then we have Ruben and Autumn...

Autumn looks like Alastor but orange.

Vivienne Medrano REALLY loves toxic ships a LOT.

*sigh* MacKenzie... She needs some friends.

Final Thoughts

ZooPhobia is a poorly written webcomic with rushed character development, terrible worldbuilding, bad grammar, stolen character designs and artstyles, unnecessary shipping, and no plot. It's like I'm reading a different story when reading chapters 2 to 5. Vivienne Medrano should've learn from her mistakes and take accountability, but she didn't and gets away with it.

And that's my final thoughts on ZooPhobia.

I read Zoophobia way back in the day, here’s what I remember;

It started out pretty consistent, focusing on Cameron, the guidance counselor with the titular zoophobia, at least in the first two chapters, then it got derailed by the side characters and then actually came back to Cameron in like, the fifth chapter? Honestly at the beginning I thought every chapter would be Cameron talking to each student during counseling as their introduction so I was, pretty confused even at the time.

Also the hazbin hotel was going to be introduced into the comic at some point but it never was and Viv decided to make it its own thing anyways

people who've read Zoophobia: was is as bad as helluva is now?

I mean helluva has an impressive lack of focus, badly written characters, awkward and embarassing attempts at writing abuse storylines, a never ending pile of plot holes and continuity issues

I'd like to think Viv's writing improved as she got older but I can't help but wonder if having the resources to make whatever self indulgent thing she wants into an episode means she's tried less hard to make her show make sense

Any Zoophobia enjoyers want to take a crack at this? My impression is that the story was pretty much the same as it is now, with Viv just throwing in whatever she pleased.

AyyLmao Critic Post

My instance of Orbiter is different from the ones people use, I see Orbiters as people who defend and spend money on the person they defend. Not to sleep with them, to be clear.

I like it when AyyLmao proves he's a VivziePop Orbiter and poster when he makes this video and other calling it a masterpiece.

Reminder, Zoophobia is the origin of the infamous Addison Incident it's said that Zoophobia is written horribly which I do not actually deny. Going off by the title it's one of those:

"VivziePop did NOTHING WRONG!" defense videos that serve nothing and remains the same as any other content. AyyLmao produces Sloptent, he's a Slop Content Farm with no hobby other then to defend and defame victims of VivziePop. He conveniently removes any context of the other end or flatout remove comments in criticism of the show.

He's not a reliable news source for Viv and is content in harassing minors rewriting storylines then being biased. His content is specfically leaning on the Slop end of YouTube and contains nothing more of "Drama Posts", "Did You Knows" and "Updates to [blank] drama"

Now addressing the "Criticism vs Harassment" screenshot in the thumbnail, there's no clear difference to VivziePop as she sees all Criticism as Harassment. Even the good faith ones. She's so deluded and relies heavily on borderline rabid fans yes men statements to get her going.

This thumbnail is insanely misleading.

"Zoophobia: VivziePop's Failed Masterpiece"

reason why ZooPhobia failed was not because of what I assume has to be "harassment" but because of Viv's lack of interest in the story after pitching Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss. Zoophobia was already in the stages of decay before being sidelined by Hazbin entirely to even consider putting any more real effort.

Viv has not mentioned Zoophobia in years, she's completely forgotten about it, and her Nozz Account as well as not addressing any of the Addison concerns.

Something tells me in the video he's going to be like "Reason why Viv stopped Zoophobia was because of Harassment and Criticism as well as people like [Dollcreep] destroying the reputation of Viv."

Tbh. AyyLmao's Bias towards Viv is uncanny and barely even adds to the drama other than to monotize off drama his input does not add.

AyyLmao is a VivziePop Orbiter as with DaniDraws and DJBlitz.

VivziePop's "Masterpiece" Zoophobia didn't fail because of Criticism and Harassment, it failed because she refused to improve, and that is a fate that will befall Hazbin and Helluva Boss if she doesn't tighten the fuck up.

In order for your stories to thrive and have your work be praised, you have to take criticism and improve, refusal to do so only shows you're willing to not change, and in a decade or so, Hazbin will be merely forgotten and seen as a distant memory. There's a reason why old fandoms of obscure good media is considered obscure. It's because people or the people behind it refused to get with the times, and Viv refuses to take the incitive to better improve her content.

It's all on her once Helluva and Hazbin's views tanks and the only memory of it is the stans that refuse to change and move on from a dead show. There's already Stans being converted into Fans being converted into Former Fans that are jumping ship.

Furthermore, if you can't make content regarding Hazbin Hotel news without being biased (As News sources are OFTEN bias to both parties.) then you aren't a news source to be trusted. AyyLmao is one of these people.
