But Dano Riddler is a close second because he's actually known more trans people in the spaces he grew up in. Growing up Catholic, and catholic guilt can make it extra difficult for those already dealing with any dysphoria

So the first thing he does is ask how you're doing like, mentally

He is very ready to listen and let you vent if need be, or alternatively, he's relieved if you're doing well and don't really need to vent out your feelings or anything like that

hi, seeing as we write about byler having sex so much (hehe) could you help me with my writing? i am in europe and we do not have beds the same it seems. i want my one to be accurate for byler when i write but beds in america are described differently.

here we have a bed itself, the frame (metal or wood) with slats in the bottom which the mattress rests on. or perhaps a solid bed with drawers inside. the mattress sits on this. then the mattress has a fit sheet (coloured or white) and then over you in bed goes the duvet. this is feather or polyester and has a removable cover which you take off to wash (along with the bedsheets). and ofc pillows and covers.

i see lots of people using different words i dont know and wondered as american you can explain. i see comforter, blankets, box spring. maybe more. what would be accurate for the boys in the time period? or even when they move when theyre older, to new york for example.

This is interesting, because I don't see anything out of the ordinary you've listed either way! I don't know that there's a huge difference - unless it's just been happenstance? I tried looking it up and got mixed results. Is it the box spring that throws you? I feel like yall gotta have them over there!! I don't know how to explain them, I haven't had one in a long time. Or really thought about the composition of a bed?

We do have one of those frames with the shelves built under so I guess that's a platform bed? Nothing different from what you described in my personal experience other than the duvet, never owned a duvet. Just a comforter (which I personally shove away and burrito myself in a throw blanket more often than not to be honest haha). Genuinely not sure there's anything too drastically different in the era!! This is a non helpful answer but I never really thought about it and don't think it's all too different from what I'm used to seeing...

Please don't read or interact with my fics called Liquid Memories and Fairy Butcher if you're young or "very young" it makes me really uncomfortable and disturbed.
