When I was five, I overheard my friends' friend Tamara telling them that she was moving to Poland and that there wouldn't be school over there.

She obviously meant that the summer vacation would be ongoing but my idiotic self jumped to Poland having no schools at all, making me want to move there myself.

Two years later, I was working on an assignment related to the Warsaw Basilisk and I wanted to check where Warsaw was as it was the first time I'd heard the name.

I can't tell you how disappointed I was when I found out that Poland was a regular country like mine and not a wonderland where schools weren't a thing.

Do i think that the LOA has technology in it? Absolutely I do. LED lights but in 3000k warm white instead of the jarring bright sterile white, if they've got glass windows they're those solar panel glass panes my college natural science building uses that detects sunlight position, which in term controls the lights, which in turn saves energy. Amber lights for outside, solar panels. Just. anything environmentally sound and friendly, they've got it, they use it.

Do i think they've got computers and tvs lying around for casual recreational use? ....that i'm not so sure about. For this au? I'm gonna say nooooottt really. That stuff is typically reserved for like, mission planning, debriefing, research, etc. Frankly danny probably does know how to use a computer, however i thought it was funny if he didn't. so the meme is staying in lmao.

If they're not training, they've probably like, got a greenhouse or two somewhere on base they can help with. The LoA's whole thing is balance, harmony, restoring the natural world with extreme environmentalism. All that jazz. Probably plenty of ponds, recreational areas outside, gardens, just, stuff to do that's not technology based. My most basic understanding is that these people are the world's deadliest hippies. They can't be training all the time, that's neither good for morale nor for their bodies, so when they're not training... they're off doing shit. If Ras has kept this thing running for thousands of years then it’s gotta be pretty lit enough that nobody’s revolted lmao.

Not everything you see here on the internet is the full picture. It may come as a huge surprise to you but I don't show the entirety of my personality here. The fact I even have to say that to someone who I assume is older than me is laughable. You'd think for someone who thinks they can spot a minor, they'd be smart enough to know that.

Every time i post something in this blog, I'm not thinking whether it's 'a true reflection of my soul' or whether 'I'm conveying my real self'. I'm not thinking any of that bullshit. I just try to think of a joke or do something entertaining so I can get a snort from another stranger on the other side of the planet. I admit most of them are a hit or a miss but I like making people laugh. I like getting a 'lmao' from another person, it's nice. And my art is just shit I draw during my free time. It's really not that deep. This is such an unserious blog.

Maybe, that's why you're saying I act like a minor? It's because I'm immature, overdramatic, over-the-top, or annoying? When we grow up do we just suddenly become just as miserable as you? Is that it? Everyone matures at a different age, some minors act more mature than me because of various circumstances. Oh, but they're adults, right? Cause they have more emotional maturity? Cause they act more professional? Cause they're more serious?

Tadfeild is in the south downs…

So I’m Canadian and know literally nothing about the UK so idk what’s considered basic knowledge but after looking up the actual location of the south downs I realized that the (fictional) village of tadfeild is apparently located near Oxford which, surprise surprise us located in south-eastern England, aka the south downs. And isn’t there a perfect little cottage for rent in tadfeild…

And like yeah Anathema and Newt are probably still living in the cottage but who knows what happened in those 4 years and I feel like a lot of emphasis was put on the fact that the cottage was rented. The cottage also has a pretty big garden and obviously the whole *it starts as it will end, with a garden* thing we’re all obsessing over.

but even if the cottage is still occupied it would make so much sense to me for Crowley and Aziraphale to end up in somewhere in Tadfeild. It’s literally the perfect village, they’re already familiar with it, and it’s just so them.

Also, not sure if it’s relevant but I recently made a post about how Adam is, (as of the beginning of s2) still alive and living in tadfeild. Crowley was reading a newspaper in ep1 about the continued perfect weather in tadfeild. The reason this may be important is the “here lies Adam” tombstone in the intro. So I think that Adam will once again be relevant in s3 but who knows.
