5pm because is when the cool evening plans start. Like "want to go to a ceramics class?" or "want to go to this art gallery?" much like 10am is the cool morning hour, 5pm is the cool evening hour, like u are the girlie that is doing The Thing, living the life, doing what u like and looking cool while doing it.

Now, time-wise, it's actually a great time to explore the city!!! there's still light but the sun is not that high in the sky and I think that you can do So Much at that hour, and you are a person who does soooo much, all the time, but still take some time to do your own stuff. You are bright like the light at that time and fun and lively like the plans that start at 5pm.
