Wow! Thank you all for the lovely responses - I was expecting to share this little experience for the sake of sharing it, not to hear that so many people still use thebrackishtank as reference today.

I started it back in 2014-ish with the goal of making my research into brackish species more accessible for folks in need. I eventually wrote like 200 caresheets and 24 articles on various topics. I think I hit most of what you could reasonably expect to find in the trade (but would believe if I missed some).

I'm rambling a little. Just wanted to say I'm glad you found it all useful and if you ever have questions on aquariums, brackish or otherwise, feel free to reach out!

So this was pretty cool - earlier in the year, an aquarium group from a different state found my old tumblr page (@thebrackishtank) and asked me to come give a presentation on the subject of keeping brackish tanks. I was shocked to have been found and also shocked to find I've become a go-to person in this niche of the hobby. So. That rocked.

The presentation itself went well! I spoke for about 45 minutes (on more than 3 slides, 'natch) and enjoyed talking on the subject. A former editor of Tropical Fish Hobbyist magazine was there and gave some generous praise as well. Just thought I'd share with you all!
