The BBS tutorial basically suggests that the Command Board takes place in the characters' hearts. So what I'm saying is: Heart Hotel Command Board shenanigans should be a thing, if it's not already. (It probably is.)

3. Do you like how canon treats them?
I think that namine and repliku are both really interesting concepts, and i find their kh3 endings to fit the themes of that game, so I’m not really bothered about that. My one thing about either of their canon characterizations is they don’t get enough screentime, especially namine imo. She’s sort of used like a parallel to roxas, but they never really follow through on that concept, which is a bummer, I would have liked to see a stronger connection between her and Kairi. Replikus done pretty well, but I would have liked it if his reintroduction in kh3 wasn’t so quick he felt like he came out of nowhere
4. Do you like how the fandom treats them?
Kind of? A lot of people tend to write off namine either in service for a ship or out of just a lack of care. A lot of namine work tends to put her in a ‘shy and nice girl’ box and I think there’s a lot more you can do with her. The people who get her *get her* though, I love namine work that really dives into her motivations in CoM and portrays her as a little morally grey. Repliku gets put through kh1-Riku-copy hell, though that’s not really anyone’s fault since that’s kind of the point of him. I do want to see more depictions of his struggles beyond ‘emo Riku’.
(There’s no 14, and if you meant 13 I don’t read much fic for kh (or fic in general) so I couldn’t answer either way. Sorry!)
