i feel like kendall would tweet really seriously at john mulaney about how he thinks they’re kindred spirits and “two peas of a pod, brother” and john mulaney would soon reveal in a special that he and kendall partied together in NY in the late aughts and kendall doesn’t remember that they’d nonverbally snorted coke off the same toilet paper dispenser then washed their hands side by side so john doesn’t know how to reply to the tweets because he feels awkwardly beholden

I soooooo love this lilac/lavender jumpsuit🪻💜 It's been keeping my warm and it's so easy to layer! I've also been using it to look cute while dancing!
Plus, I've been getting into flow art with my new hula hoops! It's only been 2 weeks and I'm having so much fun, but boy is it challenging starting up something new that is fun, for fitness, and spiritual purposes (mainly meditative) ☯️ I'm definitely already thinking about getting different props to simultaneously learn and to have fun while really gaining more body awareness and connecting more with my sensuality on this new journey! ✨😆
My inspiration comes from my 2 good dancer friends and a cute mutual on IG!
Bottoms: mybubblebum ; Leg warmers: shopmyviolet ; Hula hoop: rubyhooping

Joining @fatmaninalittlesuit with some yoga today. Did Flow 0 and Center 19. I'm catching up on last year. Probably going to do 20 and then go walk.
Feel free to tag me if you're doing Flow, too, and we can be accountability buddies.

Creative Expression 🎨 Expressing ourselves through movement lets us show emotions and ideas that words can't always explain. Whether we're dancing, doing yoga, or just moving, our bodies can tell stories and share feelings in a unique way.

Being on my mat is such an exercise in compassion these days. I'm back to the most rudimentary basics: keeping my spine straight, releasing neck tension, re-learning deep yogic breath control.
When I get frustrated I remember what Swami Satyapremananda said during a class during my yoga teacher training: "try to enjoy your body as it is at this moment. It's frustrating for your head to not touch your knees [in seated forward bend], but once you're able to do that you likely won't ever experience the pose like this ever again."
Onward 💫
