In a world where Korra escapes from the South Pole and upon arriving at the Air Temple she only meets Tenzin, who is being overwhelmed by his new role as minister, he cannot go with her to train her because he promised to take over that position.

Why? Well, her niece, Dawa, is about to give birth and she must take her leave from the council.

Korra manages to be accepted on the island and now she will learn there, and she can also find out more about her mysterious teacher, a seemingly solitary Tenzin who only surrounds himself with his acolytes... Although, when the sun rises, a young lady with a sullen expression appears out of nowhere and calls her teacher "father."

Hello! I've come up with a rather ambitious AU, sorry if the approach is so ambiguous, below you will have some visual support for two original characters that "influence a lot"

I'm not going to be mysterious, playing connect the clues is Korra's job, not ours jsjsjs

Dawa is a 34-year-old airbender, a minister in Republic City, and the first granddaughter of Avatar Aang and the Beifong Clan.

She is a cheerful woman who is always looking for a way to help. She is going through her first pregnancy, so she has decided to distance herself from the council. Tenzin, being the good guy that he is, has offered to cover for her during her leave.

She has trouble seeing from a distance so she carries her glasses with her, Korra wouldn't meet her until the party that Tarrlok organizes.

She was fortunate enough to grow up with Aang, she learned her bending from him, she spent a lot of time at the Island Temple so she is also close to the acolytes and her uncle Tenzin.

Yes, she is Lin's daughter, and she had her when she was around 17, so her upbringing was the responsibility of the entire family (Katara, Aang, Tenzin, Suyin, etc.) a group effort to allow Lin to finish the police academy.

When Aang died Dawa was 18 years old, it was a pretty hard blow for her because she saw him as a father figure.

She spent years on pilgrimage as a form of therapy, not settling in Republic City again until he was about 28.

She often clashes with Lin, but they love each other quite a bit. She had a distant relationship with her father, Bumi, in her childhood, but they became quite close when she manifested her element.

She has problems relating to her siblings, and deeply fears that she won't be able to be a good mother, so she puts it off quite a bit.

She is the second daughter, she is 17 years old and unlike her sister she did not live with Aang, she was barely one year old when he died.

She is very similar to Lin, both physically and emotionally. She was born and raised in Republic City, primarily in Temple Island.

Although she is almost the same age as Korra, she doesn't meet her until she arrives on the island. Their close age allows them to make friends fairly quickly; she is more of a bawd than she seems.

She has a very bad relationship with Dawa, but it's even worse with Bumi, she doesn't even call him father and avoids hanging out with him at all costs. She's a mama's girl through and through, she wants to be Lin's pride at all costs, she knows she can't be "the world's favorite" because unlike her brothers she doesn't bend air and she's self-conscious about it, but at the same time she's the only one who can be seen as "Just a Beifong" and she clings to that title with her nails.

Lin was more present in her upbringing so they are closer, there is a conscious effort to not let Yeshe develop the same tendencies as Lin, but that's okay, Yeshe doesn't want to just "follow in her mother's footsteps", she wants to take care of her, so she will put on the uniform and stand up against crime.

When Yeshe was very little there was an attempt by Lin to separate herself from Bumi so he was not present in her daily life, that made Lin's work life difficult until Tenzin began to give support, Yeshe ended up seeing him as her father and refuses to take away that title.

Yeshe may not really remember it but both Aang and Toph were present for her birth and pampered her to bits.

Aang was more aware of the damage he had done to his children through favoritism and misinvested attention; he did not want his granddaughters to grow up under that umbrella.

After all, they were both his little princesses.

This is a rewriting job too so I'll take some time between each post about it (As with everything, I'm very scattered, you know that)

And that's it, we'll go into more detail about this story, but if you're curious about something, you can ask (?)

dick and cassandra duo but it's just them being absolute machines and people are absolutely SHOOK.

dick and cassandra as calisthenics buddies and they show off new stuff they learn to eachother every week and help monitor eachother process.

dick is at olympian levels in gymnastics and cassandra is one of thr best ballerinas in the country. both of them know the basics of each, so cass teaches him ballet, and he teaches her gymnastics. she finds cool tricks she wants to learn on the bar and dick finds her pieces of music he'd like to work on.

at some point cass's coaching has gotten him so good he's landed a role in a ballet performance with her , and cass has entered a regional gymnastics competition with dick as her coach. bruce is SO proud he has these two absolute units on his side cause he sees how dedicated they are to the things they love doing outside of of vigilante work, and that these two are one of the many that will carry on the wayne legacy.

He is lucky to be alive and as well healed as he is following his injuries.  He is able to live an independent life - but he is disabled, and always will be.  It’s complex.

It’s as complex as it is for Yeshe, who is very lucky to have survived the plague, but will always live with both physical and visible reminders of it.

It’s hard for friends reuniting after the devastation to their city and the loss of many they knew.  While their interactions are generally cheerful and professional, meeting after everything makes for emotional shit.

PART 1.

Aight!! I will be just pointing out some differences/stuff that was deleted from the anime.

Under the cut

THE DUNGEON SCENE:

-When they first meet again in the manga, they throw some silly jokes at each other (like Dazai asking Chuuya if he's hiding a bald spot. And Chuuya just taking his hat off to show him he's, in fact, not balding)

-In the manga when Chuuya calls Dazai the youngest mafia executive, in his mind Dazai is wearing his ADA clothes but keeps the black coat and the bandaged eye. I think it's a very silly detail

-In the anime, in anger Chuuya actually cuts Dazai's cheek with his knife. In the manga, the moment he starts getting angry he jumps away from Dazai and then throws the knife to the floor, not touching him at all

-Manga Chuuya falls to his knees (basically standing on all 4s), having a lil crisis after realizing Dazai only stayed in the dunegon to meet him. He gets up in a while, just to yet again squat on the floor after Dazai yapps more

-Obviously the pigeon-stand scene: in the manga Dazai is laughing to tears at this, while in the anime he stays silent. (Tho i must say i find it funny that Chuuya gets angry over Dazai not laughing,, like he tried so hard and this guy just :| him)

LOVECRAFT FIGHT:

-This is not about skk but lord yall know that panel where Chuuya ie standing on all these Guild ppl being all like im gonna beat ur ass next. He's just standing normally on the floor in the anime. Aughhhhh this panel is so good aughhhh. Ok anyway back to skk

-When Dazai nullifies John's ability, in the anime Chuuya just kicks Steinbeck from behind. In the manga, skk perform that silly move where Chuuya jumps from behind Dazai. It just shows how even after 4 years of not working with each other, they instantly work together as well as before

-Skk arguing about who's walking next to who like some preschoolers ('dont walk next to me' 'its you who's standing next to me' typa thing) then deciding that they're gonna stay at least 2 metres away from each other

-The manga clearly shows Chuuya's expression when he's talking about 'being happy when Dazai left'. He definitely doesn't look very happy. (In the anime we just get some background drawings)

-Manga Chuuya's lil blush when Dazai compliments his taste in shoes 😭😭

-When Dazai asks for Chuuya's knife, in the manga Chuuya just goes 'oh sure lemme find it' and is actually ready to give him the knife. In the anime? Chuuya doesn't search for the knife, instead he just gets annoyed

-Anime deleted the scene where Dazai talks to Chuuya about recording Kunikida while he was cursed with Q's ability. Chuuya going bruh he also annoys ppl in the agency

-those two idiots calling each other stupid nicknames for half of a page

-Chuuya mentioning keeping a track of women Dazai made cry and threatening him with sending them Dazai's address????

-Dazai telling Chuuya that his intelligence will be consumed by his hat (im currently looking at my polish version of the manga so the translation may be a bit off but anyway)

-Before activating Corruption, they yet again call each other a bunch of stupid nicknames (ahah consider this a silly form of goodbye if anything happens)

-Remember my post about Dazai keeping his eyes on Chuuya at all times during Corruption in the manga? In the anime he looks either at John or at Lovecraft, no puppy eyed loser

-Just a mention that in the manga we see Chuuya sleeping while he's sitting, he doesn't flop passed out to the ground (until later)

Well i will stop there for now bc it's past midnight and umm this is gonna be long af if i continue with the rest so,, i will add the differences in the next skk interactions tomorrow or something muah

Ford: What’s your point?

Stan: You’re assumin’ that Steve’s situation is the same as yers. But you really sure that’s the case? For all we know, he could be just as bad as Bill, if not worse.

I can 100% see this happening. Because what do you mean there's another creature out there- just like Bill- peacefully vibing?

Ford would've initially looked into Steve, but Steve has a spotless record. He'd be far more concerned about Bill and what he's doing.

It wouldn't take much for Ford to give Steve a second look over. I mean - Ford was only in the Portal for 30 years and ended up a felon. The fact that Steve has such a spotless record, after TRILLIONS of years - there's just no way! Something is up. Something is WRONG.

Thus begins Ford obsessively stalking Steve. Cameras! Drones! Spyware! Surely, this STEVE character is plotting something AWFUL with Bill.

Steve will, however, handle this in the most normal way.

...And also some court-mandated counseling.
