Round 4 Update

So when i made the polls I did some math wrong. For those who have polled before or who are tracking how the polls are going you might have realized we have 5 teams heading to the semi-final round. This does not math.

So I have a proposal! For this semi-final we will have a 1v1v1 and 2v2. I will post the polls tomorrow for it and the theme is going to be Fun Day Friday (on a Thursday) More information on the 1v1v1 and the 2v2 below!!

1v1v1 and 2v2

So how this poll will work is that Kid Leo au, Teenage Mutant Neglected Turtles, Tiny Mutant Feral Turtles be in one poll together. Then I the two team up AU's, Big Sis Leo/Nameless Au vs Skittles/Croc-tots face against each other.

Yes, ties will still be something allowed. The 1v1v1 will need a 33.33% for all contestants to be considered as a tie and all advance to the finally round as triple team.

In case of 30/30/40 situation, The au with 40% will advance into the final and the two AUs that tied 30/30 will receive a commemorative metal.

In case of 40/40/20 situation, The two AUs at 40% will advance into the semi-final rounds. The remaining AU will also receive a commemorative metal.

Metals will only be given if these specific requirements are met.

In addition, the scottles vs Big Sis Vinny can still tie as well with a 50/50% like usual. In the final round I am also allowing ties.

🦉 Are you a morning person or a night owl?

Depends on the day honestly, but for the most part, I’m a night owl. I’m able to wake up early and naturally (around 7) without an alarm clock, but I don’t like it, so I just stay in bed till 9. 🤣 As for nights, there are days where I’ll be up till 3 AM and not feel a single thing, but other days I’ll be knocked out dead at midnight. My sleep schedule basically said

Hi sorry I need to do some more Pokemon posting bc this is the funniest shit. the cute-looking Pokèmon TCG series is making "TM10" part of its branding. Like, TM10 from the games - its the TM for the move Hidden Power, thats cute! Its reflecting the main character discovering herself in the same way the move works in the game, what a cute little detail!

Except uh. Just one problem.

Game Freak in all their brilliance removed Hidden Power from the franchise four years ago in Generation 8* and its still not able to be used in Scarlet and Violet. Its not just that you cant teach it to Pokèmon anymore, you straight up cannot use the attack even if you trade in Pokèmon from older games who know it. Its like a banned technique.

So then that begs the question – if the TCG show is gonna be referencing TM10 this much, but TM10 *isn't* Hidden Power anymore, surely that means TM10 is another similarly inspiring attack - Stored Power, or Calm Mind, or Smart Strike?

Well, depending on if its Gen 8 or 9, I hope the kids will have fun Discovering Their Own Magical Leaf and/or Discovering Their Own Ice Fang. Truly inspiring words. love how well managed this franchise is

Dear @neil-gaiman ...

You are probably not going to understand why I am writing to you until the end of this. It's kind of poetic but please stick around.. I am deathly allergic to hornet/wasp/bee stings. I live in Canada where atm in Ontario we are dealing with an invasive giant hornet species that eats bees. So. I had to save the bees. Edit: I've been educated by husband and some lovely tumblr folks about it being a European Hornet! Still very deadly if she had stung me.

I went to take a nap. And found one crawling around my room floor. You could say I did not take a nap. Instead I grabbed a glass cup and put it overtop of her. She's very pretty, but for me she's pretty deadly. The closest books to stop the paranoia of her flipping the glass over were your books. American Gods and Stardust were too thick. Posed threat of also tipping glass over. So.. The Ocean at the End of the Lane it was.

Thank you for the book. It's a lovely read. And you could say it's helping save my life while my husband is out of the house at work.

Jumpscare: Hornet.

Edit/Update: I didn't kill her, but she was not doing well prior to my trapping her. I was going to wait to get husband to decide what to do with her, he's a Biologist so I knew he'd know better. I was very scared due to the fact I was home alone and initially had no cellphone around me to call 9-1-1 if she was to sting me. But when he came home she had curled up and passed on. We're a trap and release sort of fam. We DO live in the area where trees have been killed off by invasive moth species so I was worried she was invasive. Thank you to those peoples who educated me.
