Com tantos Centros de Treinamento Olímpico espalhados pelo mundo, por que o Hamdeok Complex?

Eu não me atreveria a ir para nenhum outro lugar se não onde meu pai está e sempre esteve. Não me imagino sendo treinada por ninguém além dele.

E como você entrou? Alguém te indicou e você passou pelos testes, você se inscreveu voluntariamente para fazer os testes ou houve alguma contribuição monetária envolvida?

Gosto de acreditar que entrei por mérito próprio, pois passei por todos os testes, mas eu sei que o nome do meu pai fez grande parte do trabalho pra me colocar aqui dentro. Mas também sei que tenho o necessário para entrar por conta própria onde eu quiser, caso precisasse.

Você certamente se destaca no esporte que pratica. O que motivou a sua escolha por ele?

Não acho que seja alguma surpresa para alguém eu responder que meu pai. Ele é um dos maiores atletas de snowboard que já existiu, como eu poderia não seguir uma trajetória tão estrelar como esta?

Pode nos contar, brevemente, sobre sua trajetória no esporte até o momento?

Bom, eu pratico desde que aprendi a andar. Sempre acompanhei meu pai por onde quer que ele estivesse e muitas vezes ele estava em cima de uma prancha, então eu estava atrás, o acompanhando. Ainda no ensino médio eu já estava participando dos campeonatos juniores e participei das minhas primeiras Olimpíadas de Inverno em 2014, com só dezessete anos. Eu não fui tão bem, eu era muito nova e muito afobada, fazia as coisas de maneira muito despreocupada às vezes e era completamente desesperada para impressionar meu pai, eu não curtia o momento sabe? Demorou um pouco até eu aprender a ver o snowboard, não como o esporte que eu herdei do meu pai e sim como algo meu. E quando isso aconteceu, bem, você pode ver os resultados nas minhas qualificações.

Quais são suas maiores qualidades e maiores defeitos? Como elas influenciam seu dia a dia como atleta?

Acho que posso dizer que minha maior qualidade é que eu me mantenho calma em situações de pressão. Precisei de muito treinamento para isso, mas hoje em dia sou muito confiante dos meus resultados, mesmo quando eles não são tão bons assim. Mas talvez isso acabe sendo visto como desleixo ou até mesmo falta de determinação, meu pai pega muito no meu pé para ser mais ambiciosa, mas eu gosto de como eu levo as coisas.

Sabemos que é uma grande honra ser convocado para representar seu país nos jogos olímpicos, mas existe alguma outra razão pela qual você deseje isso?

Para me divertir, é claro. A esse ponto da minha carreira, conquistas e medalhas não me faltam, eu tenho reconhecimento o suficiente para me aposentar se quiser e ainda ser considerada um marco no esporte, mas eu acho divertido continuar aqui, fazendo as coisas, conquistando lugares novos, não sei se me veria fazendo outra coisa.

(Repost) Naruto/Boruto Headcanon: Chocolate Flavored Potato Chips, The Marriage of Karui & Chouji pt.2 - THE LOCATION

Many arrived in the Land of Cloud a few days before the event, giving them enough time to drop their things at the hotel and do some sightseeing. Sasuke tried to spend 3 full days locked in his hotel room to avoid any trouble but tired of being harassed by his friends, he went downtown to visit around. While Karin and Suigetsu went their way, he met the clown in person; Shisui was diving into various street foods like a Tasmanian devil.

Guy wanted to be 100% prepared for the celebration so he engaged in an intensive training session with Lee. They decided to climb the various Rocky Mountains surrounding the main city. Kakashi having nothing better to do tagged along with them to Guy’s extreme excitement.

The time has come for the event to start. With the help of designated buses, all the guests make a 30-minute trip towards the higher levels of the city. They reached a huge modernly designed building. It stood out from the other surrounding structures by being carved into the gigantic rocks making the area. Kakashi sighed ‘’Well I guess, the ceremony will take place in the Raikage’s residence’’

It seemed scary and lacking life from afar but getting closer the impression changed. All guests were greeted by a ‘’red carpet’’ decorated with a wall of flowers. It is result of the Yamanaka Clan’s efforts for the decorations and flower arrangements. Thanks to Ino, Chouji’s wedding is the festival of flowers.

Here the guests are greeted by photographers. It's time for group pictures and to look cute. The photos are taken as memories but also to give away as a souvenir in a photo book. It is a great way to number the guests and establish who’s missing. Appetizers and water are distributed while waiting for the gates of the building to open and the signal to enter/proceed with the event.

“THE RAIKAGE’S HOUSE IS AMAZING!” screamed Naruto every 5 minutes, as he comfortably walked around like he knew the place.  At the words, Kiba almost choked on his thoughts, the idea of such luxury outside the Land of Fire shocked him. He grimaced trying to pull himself together,

Shino looked at him, ‘’Did you see a flying chihuahua Kiba?’’ he asked in a calm tone. The brunette couldn’t decipher if he was mocking him or being serious. Kiba snatched an appetizer from one of the waiters and forcefully grabbed Hinata by the hand who was in the middle of a conversation with Sakura & Tenten.

“Come on Hinata, let’s go take our group picture!” leaving Shino behind clearly fuming in anger.

If it wasn’t for his mask, Kakashi would choke in all this pollen. Tenzo doesn’t understand how he can have 100 dogs but crack his neck and break his back when it comes to plants, he thinks it's so refreshing. So does Guy who is consumed by the beauty of youth represented in this magnificent place.

Sasuke made it to the place with Shisui (don’t know how he did it) seeing this grown buffoon trying to talk to anyone who passed by is making the raven cringe. Shisui is growing out of his initial anxiety and getting comfortable. Itachi was nowhere to be found.

For a second, he thought his older brother ditched the event without warning (which is not his style). The plausible scenario relieved Sasuke. From where he is, he can see Madara posing in front of the cameras like he is some celebrity (he really thinks he is). On the other side, Obito's pride can be felt escaping every cell of his body since he is getting stopped every 10 minutes so other women can complement the beauty of his girlfriend.

After a loud bell sound, the doors are open. The guests are guided towards large stairs decorated with magnificent flower decorations. They are led to a large terrace where the first venue will take place.

Sakura was mesmerized along with her shinobi sisters. They decided to spend the first venue together since for the second venue the tables are assigned and will probably be paired with their bandmates. As expected, the terrace is fully decorated with nice flower arrangements, it is where the “formal’’ part of the wedding takes place including the exchange of rings, the bride walking down the aisle, the kiss, etc. This part included important guests and direct relatives of the couple only.

Tsukki didn’t pay attention. Instead he stared at the empty chair in front of him, twirling a pen in his long fingers as the teacher in front kept going on and on about something he had already understood an hour ago.

A poking finger on his arm brought him back to the present. Yamaguchi nodded in the teacher’s direction who had obviously asked a question and picked Tsukki to answer it, which he did with ease, and then went back to focusing on the chair.

It had been a week since you’d been to school. The few texts he had sent remained unanswered and he wondered if you were sick or mad at him for something. Baka, you should tell him if something was up. He watched a leaf being carried on a breeze outside, annoyed that he had to sit in class without you. Club activities were canceled for today. Maybe he could drop by your place once class was over. As a kind of wellness check, he told himself. But maybe you were avoiding him. But what had he done? He rifled through your last couple of conversations in his mind. He hadn’t treated you any differently, he thought. He had snatched up your cocoa to exchange it for his strawberry milk like he usually did, he had made a comment about the messiness of your locker last week. You had caught him staring a couple of times but none of that was out of the ordinary. Annoyance turned into frustration. And then the bell rang. And so did his phone. Pulling it out from under his desk he felt his heart do a silly little flip when he saw your name on the display and amongst the chattering students ready for their day’s end he picked up.

“Hey, y/n. About time you-”, he stopped when he heard a sob, “Y/n?”

Yamaguchi stood next to him, slowly packing his things.

It was difficult to make out what you said next - he held his other hand to his ear to drown out the noise of the classroom.

“Y/n? What’s wrong?”

“Can… could… could you come over, please?”

Out of breath, he rang your doorbell when Yamaguchi, wheezing behind him, closed the garden gate.

A grandmother opened the door.

“Yes, dear?”

Tsukki straightened, inadvertently towering over the small elderly woman in the process.

“Is y/n-san here?”, he asked politely.

“Why yes. Come in, come in. Have some tea, dears.”

The two boys entered and took off their shoes, standing a little awkwardly around in the entryway. He had been to your house a few times in the past to study. At first glance nothing seemed amiss. A bucket of water with a rag and a duster leaning against it, indicated that the grandmother had obviously been in the midst of cleaning.

“Y/n-chan is upstairs, the poor little darling. Terrible thing to lose a mother. I remember when-” Tsukki didn’t let her finish and walked past her upstairs, leaving Yamaguchi to fend for himself.

A little clay sign, decorated with sakura blossoms swirling around your name marked your bedroom. A tray of untouched food, still steaming, was placed in front of it. He picked up the tray and knocked.

A bundle of blankets, shivered slightly as he closed the door behind him.

He had no idea what to do now. Placing the tray on the rather cluttered desk he went over to your bed.

“Y/n.”, he began.

The blanket moved and slowly a face emerged. It was evident you had been crying for quite some time. Tsukki felt weird for thinking that even with your puffy red eyes and nose you were still so pretty to him. He grabbed a packet of tissues from your bedside table, took out a little square and, after hesitating a moment, dabbed some tears away, before clearing his throat and handing the tissue to you.

“Thank you for coming.”, you said. Your voice was hoarse.

“No problem.”, he replied lamely.

Silence fell between you two.

Then you hugged him.

He felt your fingers gripping his shirt and a new wave of tears soaking the fabric.

What would Yamaguchi do?

He hugged you back. Arms tightly wrapping you.

“I’m sorry for your loss.” He felt ashamed that this was all he could come up with. “Your mom… I only met her a couple of times but from what you told me she seemed really great.”

More sobs and because he didn’t know what else to do he just stayed quiet, holding you like this.

Tsukki didn’t know how much time had passed when your breathing finally became deeper again. “The granny from downstairs made you some food.”, he kept hugging you as he nodded towards your desk. You looked up and followed his eyes.

“I’m not hungry.”

“When was the last time you ate?”

“Dunno.”, you mumbled.

“Then, at least have a bite of it. I’ll… I don’t know. I’ll eat with you?”

You raised a squinty brow and let out the first small chuckle you had in days at his awkwardness. Tsukki offered a little smile, glad he seemed to be on the right track. Giving your chubby form one more short squeeze he let go and retrieved the tray, before returning to you and setting it on his knees. You wiped your face on the sleeve of your sweater and looked over the tray. You really weren’t hungry but seeing Tsukki stiffly raise a fork with a speared slice of apple carved into a bunny to your lips made you open your mouth. The sweet tang of the fruit spread on your tongue and you slowly began to eat. Apple bunny after apple bunny was presented to you and when the little plate was cleared, Tsukki dipped a spoon into a bowl of stew. By now you were starving.

Many voices and even some quiet laughter wafted up from downstairs a few minutes later. By now the tray was cleared completely and Tsukki had listened intently to a sweet story you had been telling him about your mom. When a muffled crash sounding like a pot lid hitting the floor was followed by another round of laughter, you two exchanged a look and Tsukki said he’d go investigate. He was pleasantly surprised when you said you’d join him.

As you two headed downstairs you were met by quite a sight.

Yamaguchi, wearing pink long rubber gloves that went up to his elbows and a bandana in his hair, was doing the dishes while Suga expertly stacked mountains of food containers into your fridge. Your father, having obviously come home from work, was in deep conversation with Daichi and Asahi over on the couch. Noya and Tanaka were being instructed in the art of laundry folding by the granny in one corner and Kageyama and Hinata were in a heated discussion about how to properly stack pots and pans into a pantry. From a short glance into the cupboard Tsukki could tell they were both wrong.

But you laughed. You stood next to him holding your stomach, laughing. And Tsukki joined in.

Bee’s Birthday Event!

Hi hi everyone! So I’ve been in the mood to do an event like this for a while now since I’m finally wrapping up my first year of college and getting ready for summer, and since I just recently hit 700 followers and my birthday is also coming up, I decided now was the perfect time to do an event because I wanna celebrate with you guys! 

This event is similar to some other events I’ve done before, where it’s a game of chance when it comes to your request! I decided to go with the same theme of an ice cream parlor for now just because it provides the most options, because I wanted this event to be as fun as possible! Basically, the way it works is that below, there is a list of ice cream flavors and toppings. Each ice cream flavor connects to a different headcanon type/prompt, and each topping connects to a different character (the flavors are the same but they are connected to a different character from every fandom I write for). However, the catch is that you don’t know which flavor/topping connects to which thing, you just have to pick randomly and you only tell me which fandom you’d like me to write your request for!

If you’d like multiple different fandoms it’s best to send a different ask for each fandom, simply because each topping is connected to one character from every fandom I write for so just sending different fandoms in different asks helps avoid confusion. Also, in some fandoms there are obviously less characters than there are toppings, so for some characters there will be more than one topping connected to them. If you’d like to pick your own character(s) instead of randomly selecting them, feel free to just include those in your ask and not include any toppings, but you have to randomly select the flavor/prompt!

What To Include In Your Request:

Okay, I know all of that may have been a lot to read and take in, so if you’re confused here is what you should include in your request for this event:

- One fandom per request/ask, though you can do multiple different requests for multiple fandoms (PLEASE include a fandom especially if you’re picking toppings too otherwise I won’t be able to fulfill your request!)
