Splatoon 2 Inkling Girl: She uses two guns (literally called Dualies lol)

Killer: He wields his 'Punishers', quick spinning scythes, but can also work actual scythes very well! We love to see him use either! His punishers allow him for very fast movements though!

Zoro Roronoa: He has the Three Sword Style, where he has a sword in each hand and another in his mouth, thus three swords. But as the series has progressed, he often only uses one or two swords until his opponent proves worthy of the third.

Zoe Ivy:

His mom is a gorgon and his dad is a human alchemist! He's really sweet and he cares a lot about his friends. He had a hard time making them because he grew up without a lot of human contact, and he actually tries really hard to hide the fact that he's half-gorgon because in AMB lore, despite the fact that in the modern day gorgons (classified as demihumans) have the same rights as humans, gorgons used to be hunted for sport and profit, almost to extinction.

Zoe's classmates also comment (right when they found out he was a gorgon) that they're surprised he was communicating with them and hanging out like normal because apparently gorgons speak at a frequency that is not communicable to humans, and much like in Greek mythology their stare can render creatures imobile (although not literally stone) and it doesn't seem like Zoe can do either. It turns out Zoe can do the latter with a little positive affirmation (or some extra nerves, basically extreme emotion either positive or negative), but he can speak with humans because he is half human. And he has the goggles and the headphones because gorgons have extremely sensitive hearing and are photosensitive in this world and triggering both of those sensitivities too much could cause his snakes to come out and bite people or for him to activate his paralyzing stare, which I think is an interesting way of handling the gorgon lore!

Lastly I just think it's really cute that there's a girl in the class, Lucy, who is kinda blunt and standoffish and she doesn't get along super well with anyone except the main character (with good reason, she and her brother are the sole survivors of their entire extended family's massacre), but she does slowly adapt to the main friend group (that Zoe is part of) and while recovering from an accident at one point with Zoe at her bedside, she confides in him that her family own spiders to make silk and she loved them very much, and asks if she can pet his snakes. He says yes to make her feel better but obviously feels very awkward about it. He tries to tell her that maybe in the future she shouldn't just ask a gorgon that because it has a special meaning, but she's fallen asleep before he gets all the words out. He doesn't ever bring it up again, and neither does she, and it doesn't seem like she heard what she said before she fell asleep, but after that moment Zoe has always kinda stuck closer to Lucy and I think that's really sweet 💚
