made this little 0sp burrito bowl buffet for me, my boyfriend, and his roommate! I had a rotisserie chicken on the side that everyone cut pieces off of for themselves and it came out so good! It was so much food!!! the base of the bowls are just cauliflower, corn, broccoli, and spinach this storm is so crazy!!!! I worked today but got home before it got too bad. wish me luck! I love this cozy weather though. going to snug up and eat some halo top. so far this is my second meal (posted breakfast) had 0sp so far today, my stomach is acting up because it’s that time of the month. I’ll prob get my period in a week, but I get the symptoms this early. :( anyways... think I’m gonna use my points on vodka seltzer’s and snacks! let’s get started.

hey ya’ll, time for the awkward introductions. i’d like to go by j here (even though my name is pretty clear)

weight has always been a big topic of conversation in my family. just about everyone has struggled with it. tried to lose it. my mom is a weight watchers leader, and has been all my life, so it’s naturally been a part of my world forever.

but it’s never stuck. and it’s gotten worse.

i never thought i’d be at this weight. it scares the hell out of me. i never knew what would make it “click.” almost seeing a 3? that made it click.

so here i am. a little more on what brought me back in the next post.

i’m looking for a community. my best friend is skinny. she’s loving and supportive, but she’s never endured major weight loss, and we just don’t connect on that topic.

fingers crossed, this can be a place where i can connect with people my age, who are going through the same life experiences i am and trying to take the weight off. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated - tags i should be mindful of, people i should connect with, i’m really hoping to find some support.
