Ulysses obsession with the Courier is a special type of sad to me cause the Courier’s part was so important but so unwitting. They had no idea what was in the package they delivered and neither did he. Neither had an idea of what it could’ve done and the Courier was only caring out their job (mind you the Courier could be killed via notes in the express contract if they don’t). To them it was just another regular delivery to the divide and one that they likely thought would help, just like all the ones before.

It’s so tragic for Ulysses to hold so much ire to the Courier when it really was the case of it could’ve been anyone. Anyone could have delivered that package but they did and so he focused the blame on them and it destroys what he is trying to instill in the courier on a fundamental level.

A rare photo of Rommel sporting some sunglasses! Personally this is the only photo I've ever seen of him wearing any kinds of glasses, that includes the protection goggles he had attached to his officer's hat, even though he had those with him like all the time. The photo was taken by his friend Fritz Bayerlein and is part of Bayerlein's personal collection of photos from his time in North Africa. This collection was published in the book "The Private Afrikakorps Photograph Collection of Rommel's Chief-Of Staff Generalleutnant Fritz Bayerlein" (yes that's the entire title). It includes photos taken by Bayerlein himself as well as pictures of him taken by others, often with small annotations to describe the context of events.

In January 1943, when they had a brief period away from battles, Rommel and Bayerlein visited the ruins of the ancient Roman city of Leptis Magna (located in Libya) together. They were accompanied by Rommel's aide (and Bayerlein's close friend) Alexander Hartdegen, as well as probably some other officers who weren't further described. Bayerlein took the above photo of Rommel during their trip there, but also photographed some of the ancient architecture:

Hi it's like 11:30pm and I accidentally made myself emotional over the thought of PNF-404 mourning and grieving and missing a time when humans still lived on it, even if not all of those times were amazing. And when Olimar and everyone else starts crashing on it throughout the series (it tries to guide them down but when people resist and fight it then all goes terribly wrong despite it trying to lead them down relatively safely) it's delighted to see people again and while it won't hand them a super easy time, it knows they're capable of overcoming anything and is genuinely proud to see how they've all come along after all this time by the time of Pikmin 4

But i also think transgenderism in wizard world would be interesting to explore, not just imagining what if they had been cis girls. I wonder if trans humans resent wizards for having the ability to transform themselves... or if, like with curseworkers or doctors, there are wizards who specialize in giving humans hrt potions and surgeries. In a world where murr was into medicine he wouldve brought hrt to humans so they wouldnt have to rely on wizards...

And now onto wizard genders: we do know of a few wizards with funky gender in canon. They can use magic to shapeshift after all. Here are a few i can think of at the top of my head. Spoilers for ms2 for everyone else but i'm sure you don't mind lol

Figaro mentions having a friend that is born a wizard, shapeshifted into a witch and stayed like that, even ended up carrying a baby to term and giving birth

There's a western witch who presents exclusively as a wizard in front of humans in ms2. I never even thought about how human-wizard dynamics might affect genderfluidity but that sure is interesting

Rustica has been a transguy to me since reading ms2. Idk if i am the only one interpreting it as that but i swear there's a part i read as him having been a western princess. Because of that i like to imagine/headcanon chloe is also a trans guy and kept the feminine name rustica style.
