Looking for someone who wants to help illustrate Worm Arcs 1-5. I am making a physical copy for my daughter and want to illustrate it. Plan for 10 books, and am almost finished editing and formatting book 1. Am willing to talk about price and trade (either a copy of the doc or a physical copy). Just want the characters drawn, no backgrounds.

Jonathan Harker knocked me flat with this one. his speculation that vampirism spreads because people willingly follow their loved ones into damnation is so affecting. and it's an insight that's so uniquely him. the gothic heroine in him can see Dracula's world in a way the others seemingly can't. he can look at the situation without any concerns of rationalism, honour, god, or any other facet of Victorian society, and reach this truth: we will walk into any horror for love

I don’t think Tashi’s look of disgust when Art kisses her knee is actually about him. It’s at herself. Their dynamic is so entirely shaped by power, by the fact that Art is lesser than her. She’s better at tennis, better at keeping her control, better at getting Patrick to fall into her bed. It’s the uncaring idol and the tortured devotee. Hell, it’s outright stated; she asks “what am I, Jesus?” and he says “yes” like it’s obvious. Even the way they sit in that scene shows how Tashi is a religion to him, kissing and bowed over her lap like in prayer. Which is why, to a woman who buys into that dynamic, who also thinks of herself as God to Art’s worshipper, it’s so disgusting that she truly does love him. Tashi adores him. Not even close to as much as she adores tennis, but she does. Right after that scene she goes and asks Patrick to throw the match - because if Art loses, she leaves him. And she doesn’t want to have to leave him. It goes against what she knows. God is not supposed to make sacrifices for mere mortals. Achilles is not meant to swoon at the soft weakness of his heel. But here she is, seeing the chip in her armour and thinking it lovely anyway. Hence the look.

The ungodly rage I just felt
I don't want this one, Nightmare. Give me the other one
I need this picture. I know you generously gave me the other one for HDD but please. I need half naked Luci on my screen, even if it isn't accurate since he doesn't have scars

OOF, Fai clutches the crystalised magic and it too shatters like glass, just like Syaoran did, the crystal breaking between his hands just like Syaoran did in Lava Lamp’s
And Fai clutches his hands in front of his face, hands pressed together like in prayer, surrounded by a dark circle that looks so much like an eye (the thing he lost to Syaoran) with Fai’s hands acting as the pupil
EXACTLY THAT
Fai theorising that Syaoran (the Syaoran that came back, when he was Syaoran with Soul, after he left Nihon), kept using the magic and getting far stronger than necessary on purpose so that when the magic went back to Fai it would be enough to sustain him on its own.
And it worked - Fai takes off his blindfold and has his eye restored as well as his magic (and grown far stronger than we’ve ever seen it)
But none of that is even slightly comparable to having Syaoran

pros and cons of Mahito kidnapping you
cons of being kidnapped by Mahito because he's obsessed with you:
complete lack of personal freedom or space
being poorly fed, not getting great sleep, not getting real exercise
living in a kind-of-sewer indefinitely
being forced to watch or participate in his nasty experiments
constantly fearing that he'll get bored and turn you into a transfigured monster
not knowing exactly what he wants from you at any given point in time
having to constantly deal with him physically and mentally poking and prodding at you
his obsession growing stronger over time, ensuring that you will never be free of him
pros of being kidnapped by Mahito because he's obsessed with you:
he would be genuinely interested in reading any books that you recommend and would want to talk about them with you while he's reading or afterwards

Enough dancing around it.
I need a loverboy. One who is insane though. Plans out in excruciating detail all the firsts (firsts dates first kisses first oral fem receiving), loves to gift roses and champagne, says I love you every ten minutes and always means it sincerely and with his whole heart. Takes everything incredibly seriously, cherishes every moment with his lover, would literally kill someone for hurting his little puppy and probably already has.

Putting it out there cause it's always worth trying. If anyone recorded or finds any audios from the N2N pro-shot days (September 9th-11th), I would be extremely grateful if you let me know.

I despise despise despise when family just assumes I will draw something for them or for another family member out of the goodness of my heart. Like I of course love gifting art or whatever, but I don't know how anyone can listen to me saying "my day is 100% full, I have a full time job, a husband and daughter I spend time with, and I draw commissions in my limited free time" and then just assume I can give out free art out of nowhere. I'm sorry - I cannot cheerfully accept drawing hyper-detailed emotional art pieces with my current schedule without incentive to do so. I have a very organized schedule I adhere to.
"You should do it because he loves you!" I'm sorry - fuck off with that. I love him so much too but I am BUSY and he himself isn't even asking me this is you basically asking for a free commission for him.
I know it makes me sound like a big jerk who isn't grateful or whatever but I am so busy and they don't even bother offering to pay me at all.

So I have had a ridiculous amount of fun this last week plushifying art and throwing my usual crafting rules out the window as I did so*, and I think I want to make plushifying art a more regular thing?
I'm not sure how best to do that, though. Should I make a post that's like "reblog this if you want your art turned into plushies", or "reblog this with links to art you want turned into plushies" or suggest a tag that people can add to art they want plushified, and then I go through the tag when I want to make some plushies?
*no paper patterns, just drawing directly on the fabric so each plushie is one of a kind

i have so many thoughts about show luke but the gist of it is that i love that they wrote him less evil. he was never evil, he was an angry kid and kronos used that to his advantage.
