I fucking LOVE the avatar's lore because In the Kyoshi novels it's stated that every time an avatar dies, there’s always a 16 year period where the world falls into disarray and world leaders use the time to get away with as much evil as they can before the next avatar is of age and can stop them

Now i'm imagining them acting like this when the avatar dies

and then like this when the avatar is 16 😭

Is it not even out? How can I hate on it. If anything, I'm not thrilled it's a post-apocalyptic setting.. I really wanted to see more modern bending shit.

I’m very happy that my first post is ATLA related! Anyways I stumbled upon @avatarkurukdefender Ao3 fic based off all the Avatar’s being de-aged when I was binging for Kuruk fanfics and they’ve just fed my love for him! So these sketches were all made thanks to that little boost! Go check them out they’re a God-tier writer!<3 Bonus ones of him and Korra because we were robbed of them interacting. They’d have the best sibling relationship imo
