Just the general vibes of being super embarrassed not about the fact that your partner is a criminal but because they are so pathetic about it.
Mihawk reading the morning News Paper and seeing that the red haired pirates have ransacked an armoires navy ship and the front page is an obviously posed picture of Shanks giving what he thinks is a pretty boy smile and finger guns. And Mihawk just sighs morning cup of coffee ruined can’t believe he’s attached his name to this ingrate.

The type of Christian who asks atheists how they don't like, murder people on the reg are so funny to me because they seem to think their religion makes them the Peak of Morality when statements like "if you don't believe in God how comes you don't do X thing" all but outright state they have no idea why shit like murder and rape is bad except that God doesn't like it lmao. Like way to admit you have no intrinsic sense of morality and need to be afraid of a higher power to be a decent person, but I promise if you're not a piece of shit it's actually very natural not to want to do heinous evil shit all the time potential punishment from a higher power or not 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

@thejunesky I finally bought some sheets & despite paying a hefty price for them I nonetheless had to remove !!black!! tags from the white & pink and white & green striped pillowcases. Two tags on each of 8 cases, plainly visible when the case was filled! I thought of you today, my fellow soldier in the war against bad, as I pried open the seams, flung the tags into the bin with great prejudice, and re-sewed the edge of the cases.
#these are nice linen pillowcases#there is no excuse for this#plus if the point was branding/advertising then it backfired#I might have left a lighter-colored tag (at least for a while)#but no way am I leaving a black tag on what's basically a white pillowcase#one might have thought that paying £60 for a pair of pillowcases#would mean that they arrived in a state one was happy to use#but one would be wrong and yet again have expected too much from the consumer experience

One of the plots in Ugly Betty season 1 is that there is a beautiful black woman better suited for a job than the white guy who only got it because his dad gave it to him, and she is trying to steal the job away from him. And somehow, in all of this, we are supposed to root for the nepotism baby.

I will never understand how some people hate all tea, which there are like a billion flavors of, but love coffee, which all has the same terrible taste no matter what
#i hate when people try to get me to drink coffee by being like try this one its mostly sugar you can't even taste the coffee#i literally can taste the coffee in things that are stored next to coffee beans for a prolonged period of time#several people have tested me by tricking me into drinking something with trace amounts of coffee and i can always taste it#and its fucking disgusting#i hate the smell also. when i worked at starbucks i had a terrible time. i couldnt even drink our smoothies bc the mix was stored w coffee#and i could taste it in the smoothie. everyone thought i was insane but once they gave me 2 samples of smoothie#one from a brand new mix and one that had been sitting with the coffee beans for a long time. and i knew which was which#without being told. and they finally believed me lmao#i will never forget this one time i accidentally switched mine and my friend's and drink (soda and iced coffee)#and took a huge sip of iced white chocolate mocha with caramel (i also dont like white chocolate and caramel!)#and almost threw up. i had to seriously fight to swallow it bc i knew if i spit it out in my friends car he'd fucking kill me#i was like well in case you were wondering i still hate coffee
