Hua means "flower!"

(For timeline's sake, Nya was 3 years old at the time of Ray and Maya's disappearance, and Kai was 5.)

Hua was only a couple months old when Ray and Maya left

She was a very well-behaved baby, however, something that Kai is still grateful for to this day

Kai had a lot of trouble raising both of his little sisters all alone, both Hua and Nya feel guilty

Before meeting Master Wu, Hua loved playfighting with the wonky swords that Kai would make

After recovering the golden weapons, Wu offered to become her teacher, since her old school was too far away from the monastery

So Hua basically spent the better part of her years in the Ninja's care

She would always hang about with Nya while she was creating her samurai X suit

When Sensei Wu's academy was opened, she became a pupil there

She would always behave in Nya's lessons but never in Kai's, and that would really piss him off

While her siblings and the other ninja were away because of their missions, that was when Hua began to feel really lonely

She would sometimes sit staring at the wall for a whole day because she literally had nothing better to do

Around the time of Possesion (She's like 12 years old at this point) she started to feel jealous of Lloyd because Kai would always treat him as a little brother

So she and Kai constantly got into arguments, Nya having to break them up all the time

She had a much better relationship with Nya

Once Jay and Nya officially became a couple, Hua never left her big sister's side for the next 2 weeks in case Jay stole her away

During the Hands of Time, Hua was kept in the dark about A LOT and it was getting to the point where no one would even tell her what was actually happening

The ultimately led to the worst argument her and Kai had ever had, Kai swearing at her and calling her a bunch of names

She sobbed her heart out afterwards

When her parents returned and Wu had disappeared into the time stream, Hua immediately went to live with Ray and Maya

She started to feel lonely all over again and she was sad because she thought her brother didn't love her anymore :(

Even Lloyd visited once apologising for making her seem invisible, and he felt guilty for the way Hua was feeling

(She forgave him and they became besties ehe)

But on New Year's Eve (a few days before SoG begins) Nya and Kai paid a suprise visit and Hua isntantly jumped into Kai's arms and balled her eyes out

Kai only rolled his eyes and was like "Did you seriously miss me that much?!"

But in all seriousness he did apologise for all the hurtful things he said and then they were a happy family again hehe

Hua was on a solo trip to Ninjago City around the time Garmadon returned, bear in mind she had absolutely no clue what was happening

She was on the street below the Bounty when Garmadon crushed it and she thought Kai had died

The first thing she did was find Nya

They both cried together because they thought their big bro was gone forever and also because Nya had lost her two best friends + her bf

But in the end Kai was ok so they were all happy again <33

I hc that around this time Skylor and Kai officially started dating, though it was on and off

But Hua LOVED Skylor so she didn't mind

Nya, Skylor and Hua went on girl's day outs like every other week

She would stay with her parents for two weeks, then stay the monastery for 7 days, before going home again

Bc she gotta see her big bro and big sis ofcc

Lloyd + Kai + Hua + Nya= the ultimate sibling squad

Hua had never felt more hopeless than when Nya turned into the sea

Her whole family sobbed for days and Kai was hit the hardest

Some days when Kai was just curled up on the corner of the couch silently, Hua would crawl up next to him and hug him, then he'd just start crying his eyes out

So you can imagine how happy these two were when Nya came back in Crystalized

By the end of Crystalized, Hua is 15!

Hua does also make an appearance in Dragons Rising, she's usually found at the crossroads and hung out with Arin and Sora a lot, telling them stories about the ninja

Obviously they don't know that Kai and Nya are her siblings so they never tell the ninja, and at this point they don't actually know her wherabouts.

That is all for Hua's story! Moving on to more facts about her:

Hua was really glad that she wasn't born with an element, because she hated the idea of going on all of the missions her siblings had to go on

Zane and Pixal were basically Hua's second parents after season 8

While she was staying with the ninja, Zane sometimes would give her the answers for homework, and Pixal would take her out at times where Nya couldn't

Even after they made up just before SoG, Kai and Hua were always butting heads

She loves wearing beaded bracelets and bangles on both her wrists

Hua once walked in on Kai and Skylor making out, the poor girl was so flustered she turned around and ran straight into the door 😭

Skylor laughed it off but Kai was so embarrassed

Jay always treaded lightly around Hua, since she wasn't really keen on Nya having a bf

She thought Nya would forget about her, even though her big sis tries to convince her that she'd never ever do that

Since Ray and Maya basically weren't a part of her life at all before Hands of Time, Hua sat them both down and brought together all her favourite things like bracelets, photos, etc, and she told them essentially everything there was to know about her

Somehow is probably the best Prime Empire player in all of Ninjago, both Jay and Kai are pissed about it

When she was younger (seasons 1-4) she'd dress up in the ninja's old gis for fun

Since her hair was quite long, she used to let the ninja style it for her for fun. Cole once created this beautiful twin-braided hairstyle and now Hua wears it like that all the time.

EPISODS 3-A DREAM

Skylor has a dream that should help them defeat Chen, but no one knows how.Misako and Garmadon have problems with Clouse.

Skylor was dreaming. How did she know she was dreaming?

In front of her was her old home, and at the window stood a silhouette she hadn't seen in a long time.

A silhouette she missed dearly. Hair as red as hers.

Former master of amber.

"Mom!" Skylor said, full of tears, and she rushed into her mother's embrace.

"Oh, my dear, you are already a big girl," Skylor's mother said, hugging her tightly.

"Why are you here, Mom?" Skylor asked, pulling back a little from her. "And how?"

"When the need is great, impossible things become possible, my dear," Skylor's mother said. "Your father..."

"Do you know what he is planning now?" Skylor asked angrily.

"I can't tell you much..." Skylor's mother shook her head sadly. "But remember your roots."

"My roots?"

"Yes, where you came from, where I came from..."

"What exactly should I remember, Mom?" Skylor asked, feeling disheartened.

"Let me show you." Skylor's mother smiled, and suddenly the whole dream turned around.

Suddenly, images from her childhood came to her, then images she did not recognize...

"What is happening here?" Clouse stormed in angrily. Fortunately, he didn't look like he knew anything.

Garmadon squeezed Misako's hand as a sign not to say anything. The less they talked to Clouse, the better.

"Hmm..." Clouse thought as he paced around the cabin.

"Aha!" he said when he looked at the large screen. "So that's how it is..."

"Master Clouse?" The guard confusedly addressed Clouse, who was fuming with anger.

"You contacted your little Samurai X, didn't you?" Clouse asked as he turned towards Garmadon and Misako.

They glared back at him defiantly.

"Immediately go to Garmadon’s monastery," Clouse commanded the guards through the screen. "And capture the girl."

"Do you think Nya will manage to escape?" Misako whispered worriedly to Garmadon.

"It depends on how close the guards are..." Garmadon frowned.

"Oh, they're very close, don't worry, Sensei Garmadon," Clouse cruelly smirked.

"He's getting crazier ..." Misako noted, which made Garmadon smirk a little.

But fortunately for her, she didn't know Clouse well. She hoped she wouldn’t have to get to know him.

Although it seemed she would...

"And now for your punishment." Clouse turned toward them. "My Master wants both of you. But he wants her less, and it’s more important that she dies. Tie her up and throw her into the sea!"

"No!" Garmadon shouted and slammed his back against the mast.

He couldn’t allow that.

"Why not, though?" Clouse laughed amusedly. "Does a lying husband who never listens suddenly care?"

Misako blushed at this. She immediately regretted saying that to Nya; the camera must have recorded it.

"Shut up," Misako interrupted him.

"I’m afraid you’ll be the one who will soon be eternally silent." Clouse said, calling the guards over. "Tie her up and throw her into the sea."

"But Master Clouse..." One guard nervously scratched behind his ear. "She's already tied up..."

"Fools, untie her and tie her hands and feet again!"

"Yes, Master!" The guards shouted and began to untie the ropes that bound Misako and Garmadon to the mast.

As they untied and captured Misako, Garmadon managed to break free.

"Fools!" Clouse facepalmed.

"Guard..." he began to say, but Garmadon hit him with a box.

"Enough!" Misako managed to kick one of the guards, while Garmadon put a barrel over another's head.

"Guards!" Clouse yelled after he regained some awareness.

"Hurry!" Garmadon shouted and grabbed Misako by the hand.

When they entered the nearest storage room, Garmadon locked the door and leaned against it.

"I know all of Chen's ships and positions. Misako, climb through the ventilation to the deck and escape in a boat, or..."

"I'm not leaving without you!" Misako shook her head.

"You have to..." Garmadon groaned as he tried to hold the door so Chen's guards wouldn't open it. "I can't let them hurt you, Misako."

His gaze was so vulnerable that Misako just wanted to hug him.

"Nor should I let them hurt you." She said, leaning against the door with him. "We escape together, or no one escapes!"

"Misako..." Garmadon tried to grab her hand.

"BOOM!"

"Ahh!" Skylor sighed loudly as she felt herself waking from a dream.

"Skylor?" Kai called out to her from the cell opposite hers. "Are you alright?"

"I was just dreaming," Skylor whispered, trying to gather herself so that all the details wouldn't escape her.

"What did you dream about?" Kai asked to start the conversation.

It was eerie and dark in the cold dungeons cells.

Only two distant torches provided any light in a space that stretched on who knows how far.

It was also very uncomfortable with steel chains constraining their hands and feet.

"I saw my mother," Skylor decided to tell him everything. If her mother said it was important, then it was truly important, even though she didn't see the sense in it.

"If you don't want to..." Kai said to her, interpreting her silence as indecision.

"I have to tell you," Skylor sighed. "My mother said it's important. Maybe together we can find a solution."

"A solution for what?" Kai was getting more and more confused.

"For Chen's plan, I suppose," Skylor said and sighed again. "Do you want to hear what my mother showed me?"

Kai nodded silently and then remembered that she probably couldn't see him. "Of course."

"On the other side of the sea..." Skylor began.

"Hey, please don't tell me a legend right now," Kai interrupted her.

"It's not a legend!" Skylor insisted. "Listen. Not so far across the sea lies a kingdom known as the Six Duchies."

"I've heard of that, maybe..." Kai said, puzzled. "But I never heard anything more about it."

"Because they came from far away from the Ninjago. They came from the other side and act like they are not part of our world," Skylor explained.

"That makes sense," Kai admitted.

"From the duchies, Buck, a family known as Farser rules.The people there are tall and dark, with black eyes and dark hair, brave and proud!"

"You speak so passionately about them," Kai began to guess something.

"That’s why you need to listen further!" Skylor said mysteriously.

Soon, Kai found himself immersed in the story.

"Long ago, there was a king named Scherd who ruled there. He had three sons. The first, Chivarlity, abdicated the throne when it was discovered he had fathered an illegitimate child.

A bastard. That was seen as a mortal sin at the time, especially for a future king.

The second son, Verity, fought to save the kingdom during its greatest trouble while his young half-brother Regal attempted to steal the crown from him.

In the end, Verity, with the help of allies, one of whom was Chivarlity's illegitimate child, a daughter, managed to find a way to protect the kingdom from barbarian enemies across the sea.

Verity left his wife pregnant with twins. The older was a son and took over the rule when he grew up enough.

The younger was a daughter; she fell in love with a man..." Skylor said that with a sad and quiet tone.

"Are you okay, Skylor?" Kai asked worriedly.

He would give anything to see her right now.

"She fell in love with a man who probably pretended to love her to gain power and inherit her abilities for their child..."

"Who is such a man?" Kai asked, confused. Although he had an inkling.

"You're done now!" Clouse shouted as his guards broke through.

"Together." Misako reminded Garmadon and looked into his eyes.

Her eyes were always so beautiful and sincere that Garmadon was at peace with the fact that they might fall together.

Misako and Garmadon tried to resist, but it took the guards a little time to overpower Misako and tie her hands.

"Hey!" She shouted and kicked one of them. She looked over and saw Garmadon fighting fiercely on the other side.

"Let me go!" Misako shouted and tried to resist again, but it was in vain since they had tied her legs.

"Tell him to stop fighting!" Clouse yelled at Misako. “He’s hurting the people Master Chen needs!"

"Never." Misako said, looking at Clouse with a glint of determination and courage.

"Guards! You can now freely hurt him!" Clouse shouted, to which the guards nodded and began throwing things at Garmadon, who was resisting their attempts to tie him up.

"Garmadon stop!They are hurting you!" Misako shouted worriedly!

Garmadon looked at her. His eyes widened when he saw she was tied up, and he decided to fight harder.

"Stop, please, they will kill you!" Misako cried out desperately.

Tears were clearly close to spilling. Garmadon couldn't stand the tone of her voice, so he stopped resisting and let them tie him up again to the mast.

"You will pay for this, Clouse," he hissed. Misako watched in agony as bruises formed on his face.

"You really hurt yourself..." she said quietly, watching him with nausea in her stomach.

Garmadon opened his mouth to speak, but Clouse interrupted.

"Say goodbye to each other."

"You coward!." Garmadon hissed again and tried to break free. "Drown me if you have that face, she hasn't done anything to you!"

"I'm sorry,Sensei Garmadon," Clouse said gruffly, seemingly completely indifferent. "I already told you that she will more than likely have to die anyway."

"What does Chen say about that?" Garmadon tried to buy time in a panic. "He always likes to play with prisoners."

"Garmadon..." Misako tried to say something, but the guards had already taken her and pushed her towards the deck.

She heard Garmadon desperately pleading, saying he would do anything they wanted, just to spare her.

She looked back to see him one last time. His eyes were wide as he watched her being led along the plank.

She sent him a last goodbye look. She wanted to tell him something, that she loved him and to tell Lloyd...

She didn’t get the chance because the guards already pushed her off the deck.

Afterwards, she felt the cold water enveloping her.

She tried to resist to reach the surface. Fortunately, her bindings were loosely tied, so she managed to kick off a rock nearby.

She made it to the surface and gasped for air. Then pushed off again and gasped.

And so several times, which felt like an eternity.

"No..." Misako tried to scream when she felt her legs slip off the stone and that she was sinking deeper into the sea.

How could she have messed up so badly?

Her lungs filled with water as she kicked her legs to reach the surface.

She was so close, but her vision started to darken, and she felt herself losing control.

Her lungs were burning.

Death was clearly coming for her, and her life flashed before her eyes.

Palace…

Butch...

Father...

Burrich...

Assassin…

Verity…

torment...

But most vivid of all before her eyes was Garmadon. The man she loved. The one she still loved, him and their son, with the little breath she had left.

She felt the peace that every person feels when the end finally approaches.

Images and life slipped through her fingers as she watched the surface she longed for slowly fade away...

Then a hand grabbed her and pulled her to the life-saving surface.

"He is Chen, my father. And my mother moved to Ninjago because of him and gave birth to me there.She also renounced all her rights to the throne..."

Kai was silent for a few moments." So you are..."

"Yes." Skylor nodded and sighed. "She told me something else."

"What?" Kia listened intently.

"We need to find Chivarly's daughter, his illegitimate child,bastard.She is supposedly dead, but she actually isn't. We will find her."

Skylor struck her fist against her palm.

"As soon as we free ourselves. She will know the answers to many questions about the Farser and will surely be useful."

"And how are we going to find her?" Kai desperately asked. "It could almost be anyone..."

"She resembles the people from the Duchy of Butch, but she has bright eyes.

She should also be a bit older," Skylor said decisively. "And she told me her scars that I need to recognize..."

"If you say so." Kai shrugged.

He did not like the thought of endlessly searching for some daughter of a long-dead prince.

And he had no idea how this would disrupt Chen's plans.

EPISODE 4- REGRETS AND DESIRES

OK, so I have an idea for more tourmemt, sorry ninja. Anyway, this what if jay had died at the end of sea bound the and became a ghost

ninja stared as nya left one with the sea their tears fell from their faces, but one was missing. Cole looked around as he released jay was missing, and the others noticed to running to where they had laid jay they walked into the room and noticed jay by the window not moving Cole walked over fearful of what he was about to discover. As Cole nealed down, he saw jays face stuck in a look of grief. Cole reached to his wrist, and no, no, no pulse Cole started hyperventilating as he realised today he had lost not just nya but jay to.

Kai ran in and saw Cole crying, clutching jay in his arms. kai imdently understood what had happened nya was to late jay had died as the others entered the room hope leaving thier faces as they spot jays lifeless form.

"Guys!" Jay screamed he looked at them all crying over his body he was dead, but he was alive he had to be he was thier jay turned to the window staring at the non-existence reflection he wasn't alive was he jays tears formed but never fell. He witnessed his family take his lifeless corpes away he dreaded watching his parents' learning of his death, but he was powerless as he followed them jay, wittnsed his own funeral as well as nya.

Jay powerlessly cried as he saw Lloyd left kai leaving to. He saw Zane turn off his emotions he screamed as sensi shut himself out he saw pixal trying and failing to plea to Zane to turn on his emotions. Cole, one of his oldest friends, tried to stay strong, but jay saw the hurt he held onto, wittnsing him to having a breakdown, unable to comfort him.

The most jay could do was watch like a powerless by stander, but he held some power he could manipulate electricity to some degree. But no matter what, jay really just wanted to comfort his friends, but he wasn't even allowed to do that the world was cruel like that.

Jay watched when nya began to be restored he hoped she would be ok without him. But then the new ninja broke down the door, and they were indangrouring her restoration. If they failed, they would hurt even more, jay drew into what little command he still had over his element his ghostly form glowing a pale yellow emanating from himself blue quickly covering him he needed form he needed to keep them safe keep them all safe. Jay felt into the lighting as the blue and yellow mixes he saw his hands grow more opaque but still very see through. Jay turned no idea if he could be seen. The faces of his friends unchanged confirmed he couldn't be seen. Jay didn't care. Lighting began to spark, and he raised his hands, turning to the new ninja lighting blasted. The new ninja seemed shocked.

"What the" the pink one muttered.

"What was that?" Cole questioned eyes darting around, trying to find its source.

As quickly as jay felt some form of mass, he felt that leave, and he faded a bit more losing what little influence he had gained.

Jay wanted to be by nya's side, but he knew she wouldn't see him. So he followed the ninja to kryptaruim prison he wasn't going to have not knowing if thier ok eating away at him. They were he sat next to them listening to Cole vent about how frustrating this was.

Jay watched his friends chatting for the rest of the time until.

"Well we'll isn't it the old ninja!" a familiar vioce snarled or more correctly hissed. Jay turned his head seeing pythor and a bunch of the other villans. He narrowed his eyes as pythor got into an insult match. Jay wanted nothing more than to suker punch pythor in the face when he insulted nya. He felt his emotions flare up and he glowed green again, becoming more opaque. Jays hands started to glow but instead of shooting lighting it went backwards towards himself.

BANG a flash of white light. Cole watched as he saw in a spilt second what looked like jay he looked ghostly like he looked when he was a ghost, before jay disappeared.

Jay watched as the people of ninjago repaired the monstary he smilled happy to know that people were still good. He looked to the sky coming to terms with having to watch life go on without him, but at least on some level, he's not alone.

Jay saw them posing for a picture, and he smiled, dropping down. He saw the flash go off as they moved. Away jay followed nya to the dining room his smile was evident, and her uneasy smile was comforting.

It was like any other day by jays standards walking through the monstary watching Cole and kai play video games Zane pixal and nya working on the new bounty. Jay was wondering the hallways, like always turning into the scroll room. Suddenly, sensis hat is in his neck. Jay turned to see Lloyd looking confused and sensi looking scared.

"What's wrong, uncle?" Lloyd questioned

"I thought I heard something no someone,"

wu continued looking around, walking over to collect his hat as sensi picked it up. jay reached his hand up, unsure if it was conscience or sensi. attualy herd him as his hand passed through his teachers chest he saw his eyes glow a shine of green.

"Jay," sensi stuttered before getting distracted by a storm outside, taking one final look at him, much to Lloyd's confusion. As they ran out, jay followed, looking at a colourful mess this was no normal storm. jay felt different. He followed the others onto the bounty, unable to help but able to watch and pray as it got louder. jay ran into a door.

Jay woke up feeling different, somewhat walking around, notcing he's in a junk yard of some kind. jay continued to walk around before noticing Coles hammer what the Cole would never let that out of his sight jay reached down trying to find any clues of where Cole is touching the metal. Jay felt the handle, eyes widening the hammer he felt true hope he could hold things he could interact with the world a smile growing on his face as he placed the weapon on his back walking around more the metal didn't feel cold jay walked past a small puddle looking into if he saw his face his eyes were a deep yellow he was clearly translucent mostly greenish blue similar to what Cole looked like after he became a ghost had that storm caused this.

Jay walked around a little bit more before hearing movement, drawing the hammer from his back, unsure of what he would find. jay slowly approached the sound. Suddenly, there's a godman katana to his neck.

"I don't think that will work unless it's deepstone," Jay stated, turning to the holder he saw the figure in a black gi his face covered by a hood but his eyes and eye brows were all jay needed to see in order to recginise him cole. "Cole, would you be kind and remove the blade from my neck"

Cole looked at jay with an unreadable expression of shock grief confusion he looked at jay. Thinking.

Cole knew for a fact, jay was dead he carried his corpse into the ground himself, but then what was this it had to be jay he had his face but no jay was human this was a ghost oh that provides a reason he came back to life as a ghost this is annoying he could belive him and be decided or reject him and then he would feel guilty if it was realy jay.

"Tell me something only jay would know?" Cole snarled

Jay was thinking before beginning, "Your Cole brookstone, son of lilly brookstone master of earth black ninja, you have a complicated relationship with way to many people"

Coles eyes widened as jay continued. This was jay, his best friend master of lightning. As jay calmed down, finally shutting up.

"Jay it's you"

"Yeah, in the well ghostly flesh"

"What happened to you?" jays eyes went wide as he indicated for Cole to sit and explained everything about what he was and how he felt powerless and nothing more than a bad stain Cole saw tears form and form as he hugged his brother. Cole noticed rain clouds forming they started looking for shelter because they both knew what water did to ghosts. The two herd some movement jay pulled out Coles hammer Cole drawing the katanas before turning to see 4 figures looking scared one obviously braver

"Umm hi who are u two" the purple one looking like a cross between geckle and munce

Nya didn't know what to expect when hunting for the dragon cores. She saw a gaint rock goelm glowing orange. But with it, she saw a dragon made of pure lighting with an ominous green glow protecting the golem

"Jay, be careful," the golem stated with Coles vioce jay, but he's dead nya frozen. The golem noticed her water surrounding her, and the dragon flew to the ground after forcing the monster away. The golems rocks divided, revealing Cole, who ran to hug her she hugged her back. The dragons lighting dispearced, and she saw the green figure walk to her her eyes widened as she recginised his face jays face but how.

"Nya," the figure cried it had his voice. He cried, hugging her it felt ghostly and cold but so familiar that he had tears that would never fall tears of joy.

"J-Jay," she muttered jay unmoving In him holding her.

"Nya, before you freak out, that is jay he's proves it to me, trust me ok nya" nya looked down she could see right through him but undoubtedly it was jay and in that single second everything the cores the merg quakes it all felt so far that they would never touch them.

"Jay, you're alive," she cried jay imdently separated as the tears fell his eyes wide with some level of fear.

"Sorry, nya can't touch water, u know, ghost thing," he indicated to himself, his form fading in direct sunlight. Nya smilled, wipping the tears of joy rejoining jay in a hug.

Nya watched as Cole and jay left on their duo mission, smiling with knowledge that jays alive and Coles ok

They had just defeated imperuim nya stood rembering what she should tell the ninja

"Oh yeah, me and sora found Cole," stated the ninjas' eyes widened.

"U what?" Lloyd cried, happy.

"Oh yeah, jays alive, but he's a ghost," nya finished the ninjas eyes widened, shocked

"Jays alive." Zane kai and Lloyd all cried at the same time.

"As a ghost, nya," insured they all knew they just stood shocked as nya walked back inside to prepare jay and Coles' room for their arrival.

Additionally, what would her reaction be to Jay's near-drowning and Nya's subsequent sacrifice? Furthermore what impact does Nya's sacrifice have on the relationship between Jay and Jasmine?

Most likely I think it would become canon around S11-S12. The alternate event would have to be when Nya confronts Jasmine following the events of the fanseason (the WIP title in Heartline so I'm gonna refer to it as that, mostly bc it's more clear than The Fanseason) Jasmine actually fesses up why she's been pushing them away and acting weird. I think after this they'd need all need some time to process and talk about what they're going to do, hence why the relationship wouldn't actually come together until the between times. S11 would probably have some moments with the three of them to exhibit that dialogue (mainly in the Fire Chapter bc Jasmine goes off on a side quest during the Ice Chapter)

As for the OG fours disappearance at the end of SoG, she's probably freaking out. Admittedly, I've not fully plotted out what she and the rest of her team are doing specifically during Hunted, but one idea is she's been captured and/or is in hiding, so she only hears about their presumed deaths on the news and wouldn't know about the reveal that they're still alive until she either regrouped w the Resistance or got set free. So she just gets to sit there and stew in it!

For the sake of it still being up in the air, I think if she was w them during the beginning of Hunted, that her habit of blaming herself and then projecting that blame onto others would definitely come up again with her blaming Nya for Jay's death/disappearance. However those feelings continue to go in the bottle bc they've got bigger fish to fry, but it would still contribute to Nya realizing on some level that Jasmine has some antagonistic feelings towards her that she can't place why.

SEABOUND. YOU'RE SPEAKING MY LANGUAGE. I am gonna preface saying that while I try to specify when it's a character's irrational thoughts talking, i might not always do that for Jasmine because. Bless her heart she is so so deeply irrational in her thought processes sometimes. What completely unmanaged trauma and anxiety does to a mfer.

She's right there next to Nya holding Jay's hand as he almost dies. There's not much she can do. She's not medically trained beyond basic first aid and he's got water in his lungs. Honestly... small tangent okay

Honestly the whole thing would be an extra amount of tragic bc Jasmine lost her mom to illness and had a similar feeling of helplessness. This entire situation would feel like a repeat of that. It's yet another person Jasmine loves but can't save. It would eat her alive.

Tangent over.

And then Nya sacrifices herself and becomes one with the sea and relating this back to that? Congrats we've broken both Jasmine and Jay!

Normally, Jasmine (because of that feeling of helplessness. She wasn't able to save Nya. Nya's gone and she would partially blame herself) becomes even more resentful of Jay. The only reason Nya sacrificed herself was because Jay was going to die, right? So it's his fault. She wouldn't say it out loud but after Nya's funeral she takes off and no one sees her until P2 of Crystallized (long story that doesn't relate to this really).

However, if the three had been in a triad... I think it would cause a few differences. Jasmine would still feel immense guilt and responsibility for Nya's sacrifice because again, Nya did it to save Jay (and Ninjago, generally) and the only reason she had to was because Jasmine couldn't. So now Jasmine, rather than blaming Jay for Nya's death, sees it as her responsibility to keep him safe and make sure that Nya's sacrifice wasn't in vain. Jay meanwhile still kinda. y'know. gestures at the beginning of Crystallized. He's handling his grief as best he can.

They lean on each other, I think. The two of them would probably go to the Lighthouse together and live a weird parallel life. Jay is still engrossed in his paintings. Jasmine goes downstairs and uses the scraps Julien left to built a small army of mechanical sea creatures. It's this unspoken solitude they've both placed themselves in where neither really speaks to the other but there's a mutual understanding that they are in this together. Their home is full of paintings of love lost and rusting metal fish that somehow fly in schools round and round the staircase. I also think there's the cups of water, but they don't speak to them like Nya, but they're still there yk? Like by leaving them there then she's with them too, sharing in this silent solitary life. It's melancholic, almost bittersweet. Like if you squint you could see their happy ending, but there's a whale shark in the room that you know means it isn't possible.

I don't have any disastershipping fankids actually, but I do have two Jaya kids and one Jasmine kid who I all love, so I'll give you the sparknotes version of all of them (technically Jasmine's kid would be mainly a DR kid but I like to put them in the batch of fankids i have bc they're a really fun character to me)

Ninjago au where none of the ninja think death is a real thing and never conclude that one of them has died within the many fakeout deaths.

Wu got eaten by the great devourer? He’s literally the son of the fsm I think he can handle a bit of stomach acid

Zane exploded? Sucks yeah but he’s tough, everyone just stressfully scavenger hunts for his limbs so they can put him back together. It gets a bit complicated when it turns out Chen had Zane’s head but he was fine in the end

They hold a funeral for Garmadon going to the cursed realm but everyone knows he’ll come back so theyre not too worried

Morro stands there screaming about how he died and the ninja just say “sounds fake ngl” and he’s like “I’m right here!”

Garmadon tells Lloyd he’ll see him in about 3 seasons time

S6 Jay becomes the only ninja aware of death because he saw Nya die but he erased the timeline because he disagrees with death

🏴‍☠️: Judging by the events of both the Dark Island trilogy and the 'could be canon' story "Splinter in the Blind Man's Eye", the rest of Nadakhan's crew still exist somewhere in Ninjago (altho both of those stories have differing takes on what happened to them, with Dark Island suggesting they went to prison and Splinter suggesting they stayed on the island). But either way they're just. Still out there. Chilling. I'd like to think that over time they gradually began to recover their memories of Skybound, which is very important to me because Flintlocke's character arc was one of my favorite parts of season 6. Watching Flintlocke become increasingly skeptical of and disillusioned with his captain, to such an extent that he became one of Jay's allies as they staged a mutiny, and even mourned when Nya got hit with the venom - yeah I like Flintlocke, okay? Listen. Skybound itself was a mixed bag, but it absolutely popped off with the crew of the Misfortune's Keep. Give me some morally dubious pirate found family rebelling against their evil captain. So until they return back on screen again, I'm gonna hold out that the Misfortune's Keep gang eventually remembered Skybound and are now living their best lives (probably committing crimes).

⚡: Jay recharging the submarine had lasting consequences. He never told anyone, and once Nya became one with the sea he didn't see much reason to do so anyway, but experiencing such an intense electrical charge while underwater nearly killed him, and he spent days afterward dealing with a messed up heart arrhythmia. Like, muscles spasming, heart fluttering, all sorts of funky stuff. But he put it aside because they really, really didn't have the time to deal with it. And in the weeks after Nya died, every time his chest seized up served as a reminder of the time he did something right with the intention to help Nya, which only rubs salt in the wound of how he failed her right when she needed him most.

What if the place of Nya, the sea became Kai?

I decided to write a story about it , so enjoy reading it

CHAPTER 1. Fatal decision

-«Bento Can you tell me how Nyad defeated Wojira ?- Do you remember you told me»

This caught Kai 's attention . Near the window , Nya was talking to Bento . Not noticeably for the two, Kai began to listen to their conversation

-«She merged with the sea» . - without looking at her , Bento replied

- «But how exactly». -Nya persisted in asking

- «She absorbed all the power of the ocean. She merged with him.»

Nya looked towards the window where the fish were currently swimming

Although Kai couldn't see her face, he could understand what she was up to. And he doesn't like it.  Bento also noticed it

"Don't even think about it. Although Nyad defeated Wojira, she eventually died. It was a one - way ticket . She disappeared»

Nya turned away from him. She started replaying in her head what her Bento had said. If she wants to save everyone, she will have to do it.

«Nya.» - Kai's voice brought her out of her thoughts.

Looking at her brother, she saw that his eyes reflected concern. He stared at her intently, as if he already knew what she was up to.

«Nya.» - Kai's voice rang out again.- «I heard your conversation with Bento»

- «I have to do this.» - that 's all she could say

-"But you can't do that.- It's certain death2

- «And what do you suggest, not what not to do! Wait for Kalmaar to find us and kill us» .

- «Of course not! But there must be another way»

- «This is the only way out!» - covering her face with her hands, Nya spoke softly. "It's the only way to save him».

She knew that if she merged with the sea, she would not be the same. That she won't see the guys, her parents, Jay, Kai anymore...  Why fate is always so unfair. She just wants to....

Warmth, Something warm enveloped her. Nya didn't need to open her eyes to figure out who it was. When she was feeling bad or sad, Kai always hugged her (just like now.) .

- «We will definitely save Jay» - finally his brother's soft voice sounded.- «And not only him, but the whole city.»

Pulling away from the embrace, Kai put his hand on his sister's shoulder

- «And now let's rest. Tomorrow is going to be a hard day for us»

After these words, Nya only now realized how tired she was after the battle with Kalmaar. So, without any objections, she went to the sofa where Jay was lying. As she got closer to him , she heard his hoarse breathing . His fair skin has become paler, and a grimace of suffering is reflected on his usually cheerful face

This kind of beloved hurt Nya. Taking his hand, she said softly:

- «Don't worry, I'll fix it. Just be patient a little bit more»

The sun began to rise over ninjago. And in one building, everyone was sleeping, except for the fire ninja. Kai looked out the window at the city where people used to walk, cars drove, but now it is flooded and from now on only marine life can live here.

The mere thought of water sent goosebumps through Kai's body. He was always afraid of water after an incident in childhood, but no matter how it scared him, the water also attracted Him.

Maybe because he was the son of a water master.

Standing up , Kai looked around the room

Cole was sleeping on the table as if there was nothing and he still wondered why Chen had provided him with a bed made of stone. Not far from him was Lloyd , who even in his sleep did not take the seriousness off his face .  Zane was lying on the floor, who refused to sleep anywhere else except the floor, citing the fact that he was not comfortable. There was a Pixel on the billiard table.

Wu took the lotus position, Kai always wondered how he could sleep in this position.

The furthest from that was Bento

Kai looked in the direction where Nya was lying.  She was fast asleep, holding Jay's hand as if afraid that he might disappear. Jay's face showed how he was experiencing incredible torment.

Kai won't let him die, won't let Nya sacrifice herself. They should all live.

Kai knew what he had to do, but Nya wouldn't like it, and neither would the rest.

And now he was standing on the roof, and the waves were rippling below. They were so free, doing whatever they wanted.

Kai looked at the door for the last time, he wants to say so much to his family, but only one thought comes to mind.

- «I love you guys».

Turning away, Kai jumped into the water without hesitation

It was cold, but strangely enough, a sense of security came over him. It was so nice. Kai hadn't felt that for a long time.

He began to absorb the power of the water, and it was a completely different feeling when he himself allows the water to penetrate into himself, and not vice versa.

Meanwhile , in the building with Jay , water began to come out of the lungs .

- «Jay.»-Nya exclaimed in shock, waking everyone up with her scream.

- «What's going on with him?» - Lloyd looked at his comrade with concern.

-«The water is coming out of his lungs,»- Zane replied incredulously, as if he didn't believe what was happening right now.

-«Nya, you did it.»- Cole looked at his friend, puzzled.

- «It's not me», - Nya could not understand only she could control the water, only if...

- «Wait, is it Kai?» - - Lloyd pointed to the window where the vortex in which the fire ninja was located was visible

- «No.»-  Bento immediately shouted

Oh, no. She should have realized that Kai would do something. And now she's paying for it.

-«What is he doing?»-  Wu asked without taking his eyes off Kai

-«He is trying to merge with the sea, but only this is a one–way ticket» - Bento looked sadly at Nya. – «We will lose him forever.»

No, she won't let that happen.

-«We need to stop him as soon as possible before it's too late,»- after saying that, Wu quickly headed for the door, followed by the others, except for Nya and Jay

As soon as the door slammed shut, the whirlwind stopped, and Kai appeared, or rather, what was left of him. Nya gasped at what she saw. His physical body changed and became more like water. While Kai was looking at his new uniform, Nya managed to go to the window, putting her palm to the glass.

Noticing his sister, Kai swam up to her. He also placed his palm against the glass opposite her palm. Before Nya could say anything, the smile disappeared from her brother's face and was replaced by a serious expression. Turning away from her, Kai quickly swam away, which threw New back.

«Kai!» - she exclaimed desperately and, wasting no time, headed for the roof.

By the time Wu and the others got through, it was too late

-«Kai, Come back»- Wu desperately shouting to the departing student

- «It's too late. He has already merged with the sea,»- Bento said softly

«He went after Kalmaar.»- Everyone turned to Ny, who was standing near the door- «Kai intends to finish him off.»

-«And I'm going to help him,»- Jay's voice was heard behind her

- «Jay, how are you feeling?» - from all this situation, she forgot about him.

- «It couldn't be better.» - he tried to smile, but instead he was pierced by a sharp cough.

-«You 're barely standing on your feet» -,  Wu said worriedly

- «I don't care, I've already decided everything.» - Jay looked at everyone piercingly. His determination was written all over his face

-« Well, then what are we waiting for.» - Nya putting her hand on her boyfriend 's shoulder .- «It's not just Kayu who's having fun.»

- «OK.» - Wu smiled at them both –« Then we are with you.»

Noticing his sister, Kai swam up to her. He also placed his hand on the glass against hers and smiled, making Nya smile back. Before Nya could say anything, Wojira began to roar and the smile faded from her brother's face to a serious one. Turning away from her, Kai quickly swam away towards the source of the roar. - Kai! she exclaimed desperately, and without wasting time, went to the roof.

 By the time Wu and the others had finished reaching the roof, it was already too late. - Kai, come back. Wu shouts desperately at the departing student.

- It's too late. It has already merged with the sea. Bento said softly.

- He went after Kalmaar. Everyone turned to Nyu, who was standing at the door. - Kai intends to stop him and Wojira.

And I'm going to help him. Jay's voice came from behind her.

- Jay, how are you feeling? Nia asked from the whole situation, she forgot about him.

- It couldn't be better. He tried to smile, but a sharp cough pierced him instead.

- You can hardly stand on your feet. Wu said worriedly.

- I don't care, I've already decided everything! Jay glared at everyone. His determination was written all over his face. “Our little brother is there, fighting for all of us.

“Well then, what are we waiting for?” Nia puts her hand on her boyfriend's shoulder. - Not only Kayu has fun.

- GOOD. - Wu smiled at them both - Then we are with you.

Clouds gathered in the sky, and the battle continued. Kai, in the form of a dragon, delivered blows to Wojira, but he deftly dodged them. Nya and the others could only watch in horror as they fought. Jay shivered in the cold, feeling as if he'd walked over a waterfall or in a storm with the waves crashing here and there. Quickly crossing himself, he turned around, and just as Jay was about to say something, he was pushed by Zane, who erected a wall of ice in Kai's path.

"Zane, what are you doing!" Lloyd looks at the Nindroid incredulously, realizing that Kai could have become a block of ice.

- You could hurt him! Cole said angrily as he approached your two comrades.

- It was the only option to somehow detain him. Zane tried to calmly answer.

- Yes, but now Kai is a clot of water!!! Jay shouted while waving his arms in front of Zane. He could turn into a block of ice.

- You think I don't know! Zane called out to his friends, who recoiled at the sudden breakdown of the normally calm Ice Master. “I know it's reckless, but it will somehow hold him back and give us a chance to talk. I'm not ready to lose Kai!

"Zane…" Pixel said sadly and put her hand on Zane's shoulder, who understood how important Kai was to them.

As the three of them argued, Lloyd had already managed to move past them and approach the former water ninja, who was staring at the ice wall.

Zayn could do it. If he created it, then he can easily delete it. Only he doesn't want to do it. Zane knew logically that Kai had to leave because it was the only way to save the city, but his voice is screaming that we need to find another way to convince his friend their little brother of this.

Zane just bit his lip from impotence and with difficulty approached the wall. Putting his hand on the ice, he began to concentrate. And in front of everyone's eyes, the ice wall gradually began to crumble into snowflakes, which instantly melted before falling to the ground.

 In the room, Nya sat on the bed, in her brother's room, holding an album of all the pictures of Kai. And next to her was Lloyd, who was leaning on her shoulder. He had two bowls of water in his hands. Looking at the photos, they did not notice how Maya entered the room.

- Lloyd, you will help Ray, he is just dragging the last elements for the funeral. Maya said in a calm voice, although Nia and Lloyd could understand that she had been crying a lot lately.

- Oh sure. Taking the bowls with him, Lloyd left. Nya followed him with her eyes as soon as he left, staring at the album again. Maya shook her head sadly.

- How are you sweet? Sitting down opposite her daughter, she straightened her hair. Nia did not answer, she continued to leaf through the album. Maya silently hugged her, and she, in turn, did not answer with a hug, but did not push her mother away either.

Ray walked over to his wife and daughter, holding out the cups to them. After taking them, they went to the others. - Today we are gathered here to honor the memory of Kai Smith. Singer. Ninja. Water Masters. Friend. Beloved. Brother - Wu said, attracting the attention of everyone. “But Nya and Lloyd can say better about Kai, I give them the floor. Wu gave way to his nephew and Nya.

Reunited a S15 fic

I just wrote this as kind of coping after the events of Season 15 I just went what if she never came back and Jay as an old man went back to the oceans edge to talk to her.

Jay slowly moved to the waters edge, hair long gone white due to age face lined with years of pure life, he pushed his glasses up staring out at the wide open ocean. The only sounds were the splashing of waves

Over the years he had returned to the spot he remembered her leaving from. She had never came back, he counted each day... each month and year since she had dissapeared into the deep blue water. Inching close he slid off his sandals setting them to the side, stepping into the water, he sighed as the waves lapped over his aged feet.

"Hello Nya, I haven't got much time, but I wanted to see you one last time. Its been a couple years but my health took a sudden down turn and I was not sure I would be able to even make it this time," he rasped his voice no longer full of the youth he once held, he clutched the staff he had once taken from Wu to strike Wojira the day he had lost his Yang, his old Sensei had died decades ago.

"Theres a new Master of Water you know? Kais Granddaughter shot him mischeviously with a decent size ball of water," he chuckled "Surprised us a great deal."

He sighed, wishing just once he may be able to see his beloved of years past, if just for one last glimpse,

"I know I will not ever return beloved after this visit. With my age I will soon be bedridden and gone soon after that. So unfortunately in this life, this is goodbye," a tear slipped from eyes still their vibrant electric blue from decades earlier

As a final farewell, he sent a tiny jolt into the water, it was all of what remained of his abilities. Looking out one last time he turned to walk back up, not notice the water suddenly stirred he finally turned back when a laughter entered his ears.

Nya hovered there looking the same as she did all those years ago, she cocked her head

"Jay?" Her voice questioned as if she did not recognize him,

He did not blame her, happy she granted him his last wish, he smiles sadly tears brimming,

"Hello my sweetheart, been a long while"

Her eyes widened in surprise, how long had she been in the ocean? She did not think she had been gone for so long, she studied his face wrinkled his eyes the only youthful feature left after so many years even his hair once curled now looked course and flat.

"59 years love." He finally answered as if reading her mind

How had she lost track of time so easily? Jay gave her one of his old bright smiles,

"Do not fret, I will be gone soon enough both from here and the world." He drew in a deep raspy breath that made her concerned he waved it off "my body is not like yours it has aged."

Nya nodded still silent as if still trying to comprehend who stood in front of her,

"Well I won't further bug you. I just appreciate getting to see you again just before I head to the departed realm" He turned once again to leave

"Stay," she said simply he stopped turning back"Become one with sea like me."

He cocked his head confused how could he do so

"I can turn you into animal of seas." She explained "It has been...lonely."

He smiled softly, he had nothing to gain from staying on the land. He wanted nothing more to join her, he smiled softly

"It has been very lonely without you darling, my body is old and I am ready to join you"

The former master of lighting dug the staff into the sands, he sent his location with a simple message so his family did not question his disappearance settling the device and his glasses on the sands he wouldn't need them, before he looked ahead to the sea and tread further into the waves Nya making herself solid enough to help guide him slowly into the deeper water a tornado surrounded the two,

He felt himself slowly change as they walked further he carefully touched her cheek and when the tornado died down, a huge manta ray floated around her diving underneath before leaping above and over her spraying the Spirit of the Seas with water making the her laugh happily feeling more alive then she had in years

The Yin and Yang reunited immediately dived deep twisting around and through a pod of whales before swimming through a reef, playing with one another like they did so long ago.

Project Rebuild Chapter 9

A/N: Buckle your seatbelts, folks! This is gonna be a wild ride on the plot heavy side.

INT. TV STATION – DAY

We see the broadcast feed of the TV Station playing. Instead of the regular TV news anchors reporting the news, there are two sharks holding literal boat anchors. They aren’t Shark Army guards wearing suits. They are regular Lego sharks. They don’t speak English, only repeating “Nomnom” again and again.

SHARK # 1: Nomnomnom, nom?

SHARK# 2: Nom nom nom!

We pull back to reveal the TV station recording room full of laughing Shark Army Hammerhead guards. They are holding the actual news anchors hostage. The news anchors are terrified.

General # 2 is dressed in a dark blue lionfish outfit with a lighter blue cape resembling fins. She laughs along with the other Shark Army guards before taking a big sip from her smoothie cup.

Suddenly, the Fire Mech bursts into the studio through the wall, leaving a giant Fire Mech-shaped hole behind it. General # 2 spits out the smoothie she just drank. She angrily points at the Fire Mech.

GENERAL # 2: Get him!

The Hammerhead guards attack the Fire Mech. But the Fire Mech just lets loose a constant stream of fire at the guards, incidentally causing the rest of the studio to catch fire.

The two regular sharks jump up and bite on the Fire Mech’s flamethrower arms but after a brief flash of flame, they just turn black and charred with comical X marks for eyes. They drop off lifelessly. The fire spreads throughout the studio. When the Hammerhead guards realize they are inside a burning building, they decide to retreat.

GENERAL # 2: Wait! Where are you going? Cowards!

General # 2 slams her smoothie cup down on the table.

GENERAL # 2: Do I have to do everything myself?

General # 2 pulls out her swordfish sword and attacks. Kai maneuvers the Fire Mech into a battle stance. General # 2 runs up to the Fire Mech but instead of directly attacking it, she grabs the nearby video camera which is still recording live and points it at the Fire Mech. Kai cuts his attack short and instead, instinctively puts the Fire Mech in a dramatic pose.

KAI: Make sure to get my good side!

GENERAL # 2: Oh I will!

General # 2 runs up to the Fire Mech and strikes at its now vulnerable side with her swordfish sword. Kai is taken by surprise but quickly realizes the general isn’t doing any real damage. General # 2 keeps hacking away to no avail.

GENERAL # 2: What is this? It’s like it’s not even sharp!

General # 2 pauses and looks at her plastic Lego swordfish sword in disbelief. Kai seizes the moment to shoot a volley of flames at her. Now on fire, General # 2 lets go of the Fire Mech. She expertly drops to the ground and rolls to extinguish the flames. She angrily gets back up, slightly singed but otherwise unharmed. She runs to the wall and grabs a fire extinguisher.

When the Fire Mech shoots flames at her, General # 2 counters with the non-Lego foam from the fire extinguisher. They exchange several blasts and appear evenly matched.

General # 2 jumps onto the Fire Mech and climbs right in front of Kai’s cockpit. She sprays fire extinguisher foam all over the glass screen, obscuring Kai’s vision.

KAI: What the heck?!

General # 2 then jumps down and goes to the fire hose cabinet on the wall. She takes the hose and runs around the Fire Mech’s legs, tying them up. She then goes to the table where the shark’s literal anchors were left behind. General # 2 takes the anchors and hurls them toward the Fire Mech, hitting it directly and toppling it over.

General # 2 stands triumphantly. Kai grapples with the controls, causing the Fire Mech to jerk around violently. In its struggle, it pulls the fire hose towards it. This unhinges the fire hose cabinet from the wall. The cabinet swings and hits General # 2 squarely on the head, knocking her out.

Kai jumps out of the cockpit and ties up General # 2 with the fire hose. He then grabs her forgotten smoothie cup and runs up to the video camera.

KAI: Today’s broadcast was brought to you by “Smooth Moves”...

EXT. NINJAGO CITY PROPER - DAY

The live feed from the TV station is playing on a giant jumbotron.

KAI (CONT’D): Ninjago’s Number 1 energy drink!

Several civilians cheer over the Red Ninja’s victory.

INT. TV STATION - DAY

KAI: Hashtag Red Ninja!

Kai goes back to the Fire Mech and wipes the foam off his cockpit screen then jumps in.

KAI: You’re welcome!

Kai waves at the now free TV anchors. He then pilots the Fire Mech to exit the TV station via the giant Fire Mech-shaped hole in the wall.

TV ANCHOR # 1: Wait! The studio is still on fire!

Kai speaks into his communicator.

KAI: Silver, where’s that back up?

NYA: Incoming, bro!

The Water Strider makes its way to the TV station. It pops into the Fire Mech-shaped hole and puts out the fire with its water canons.

EXT. NINJAGO CITY PROPER - DAY

The giant jumbotron shows Nya putting out the fire.

NYA: Sorry about the mess.

We pan away from the jumbotron and shift our focus to the Ice Tank. It shoots ice volleys at Crab Crawler and Piranha Walkers, freezing them in place. The Ice Tank reaches the Stock Exchange building and Zane expertly parallel parks the Ice Tank in front of it.

He jumps out of the cockpit and heads toward the building entrance. As the White Ninja, Zane does not have a regular walk cycle. Instead, he moves as though he has wheels under his feet.

Zane enters the building then immediately exits. He returns to the parking meter where the Ice Tank is parked at and deposits a flat Lego stud coin into it. Zane goes back into the building.

INT. STOCK EXCHANGE - DAY

Zane enters a wide, open room full of computer screens and terminals. The screens show numbers and arrows. General # 3 and his soldiers are at the center.

General # 3 is wearing an anglerfish uniform. He is surrounded by Great White Shark soldiers. They have been waiting for Zane.

ZANE: Shark army! I’m here to freeze your assets!

One of the Great Whites chuckles to himself.

GREAT WHITE # 1: Hehe. He said “assets.”

GENERAL # 3: (to Great White # 1) You’re an asset! (to everyone else) Great White Squadron, get him!

General # 3 points at Zane. At his order, the Great Whites run towards Zane.

ZANE: Switching to “Game Face” mode.

Beneath Zane’s mask, his face rotates and is replaced by a more serious expression. We hear a whirring sound as he does this.

The instrumental version of the Weekend Whip by The Fold begins playing.

[SONG: Weekend Whip by The Fold]

A pair of shuriken materialize in Zane’s hands and he gracefully skates towards the Great Whites. This is the closest thing we get to a walk cycle for the White Ninja. We then go into an epic, single take, tracking shot of Zane taking out the Great Whites.

Zane skates around effortlessly, weaving in and out of the Great White ranks and avoiding their attacks. Each move is precise and calculated. He moves like an Olympic figure skater. He occasionally throws the shuriken to pin his enemies to the wall. But every time he does this, a new pair of shuriken materialize out of thin air to replace them.

We get to the chorus part of the Weekend Whip and The Fold sings this part.

[Just jump up, kick back, whip around and spin And then we’ll jump back, do it again] Two Great White soldiers attack Zane at the same time. One attacks in front of him. The other attacks from behind. Zane instinctively jumps up and does a split kick, hitting both Great Whites at the same time. He calls out his attack as he does this.

ZANE: Swooping Hawk!

[Ninja Go! Ninja Go!] Zane strikes at more Great Whites but soon he is surrounded. General # 3 and the Great Whites close in on Zane, leaving him no space to skate.

[Come on, come on! We’re gonna do it again!] At the center of a sea of Great Whites, Zane performs a pirouette. He twirls, striking at anyone who comes too close. He now uses his shuriken as melee weapons.

[Just jump up, kick back, whip around and spin] Zane spins, gaining speed and momentum. The Great Whites become apprehensive about attacking him. Zane continues spinning faster and faster and FASTER until finally...

SHIIINNG!!!

[And then we’ll jump back, do it again] Zane successfully creates a SPINJITZU TORNADO.

GENERAL # 3: What are you all waiting for? Attack him! He can’t take us all at once!

[Ninja Go! Ninja Go!] With renewed vigor, the Great Whites attack Zane together, attempting to overwhelm him with their numbers. But as they try to close in on Zane, the moment they so much as touch Zane’s Spinjitzu Tornado, they get knocked back violently.

[Come on, come on! And do the Weekend Whip!] The Great Whites get thrown across the room. They slam against the walls, along with General # 3. This continues until the very last Great White is flung across the room. With all his enemies defeated, Zane slows to a stop and drops to the ground.

Zane is visibly exhausted. Sustaining a Spinjitzu Tornado drains a lot of his power and energy. He will need to recharge soon. But he remains defiant.

ZANE: Who’s (whirring noise) the Greatest (whirring noise) White, now?

The background music dies down.

Now that the Great Whites have been defeated, a stocks lady decides it is safe to come out of her hiding place. She runs toward the fallen Zane.

STOCKS LADY: Thank you, White Ninja! But please, you have to get up!

Zane struggles to get on his feet again and the stocks lady helps him up.

Zane looks up and sees the screens all around him. They have arrows pointing down and the numbers are declining in value. Zane’s job is not yet done. He needs to fix this and he knows what to do.

ZANE: I need to reboot the system.

The stocks lady guides Zane to the main computer terminals. Zane plugs himself in, restoring some of his energy. He starts typing on the keyboard and initiates a full system reboot to fix the system. After a few seconds, the reboot is successful and the screens start showing arrows pointing up. The numbers start growing in value too.

But behind Zane and the stocks lady, General # 3 slowly crawls towards them. He is in no shape to fight but he is not about to give up just yet. He pulls out a multiple stud shooter gun. He carefully aims at Zane’s back and fires.

The stud strikes Zane directly on the back and bounces off harmlessly. Zane’s entire head automatically rotates 180 degrees and glares at the guilty general. The rest of Zane’s body is still facing the terminal. The stocks lady screams and runs off again.

Zane unplugs himself and turns the rest of his body to face the general.

GENERAL # 3: What the heck?

Zane moves slowly towards the general. He looks very intimidating due to the serious, unflinching expression on his face and lack of a natural walk cycle.

General # 3 keeps on shooting at Zane but stud after stud just bounces off harmlessly. As the last stud leaves the stud shooter, General # 3 desperately keeps pulling the trigger resulting in empty clicking noises. In a panic, General # 3 chucks the stud shooter gun at Zane. It smacks Zane in the face but he doesn’t even react.

GENERAL # 3: (SHOUTING) YOU’RE INHUMAN!

ZANE: Correction. I am human... And so much more.

We see from the POV of General # 3. Zane materializes a shuriken in his hands and strikes at the general to knock him out.

CUT TO WHITE.

FADE INTO: EXT. NINJAGO SKYLINE - DAY

Jay flies on his Lightning Jet as he tries to find a balloon store. The CLEAR SKIES are completely devoid of clouds. Suddenly, several Manta Ray Bombers are on his tail.

LLOYD: Jay, you've got bogeys on your six.

NINJA COMPUTER: You've also got them on your three, one, seven, five, six, eight, nine, and two.

JAY: What?!

Jay speeds up his jet to get away from the bombers. But suddenly, he spots an actual non-Lego balloon.

Formulating a plan, Jay narrows his eyes and flips a few switches on his console.

JAY: Switching to autopilot.

Jay puts the Lightning Jet on autopilot, moving in the direction of the balloon. Jay jumps out of the jet and onto the balloon. The jet flies off but the Manta Ray Bombers follow the jet.

Jay takes off his Lego hairpiece. He puts his hair to the balloon and starts rubbing.

JAY: Come on, charge! Charge!

The jet makes a u-turn and doubles back towards the balloon. Jay rubs his hair on the balloon more vigorously.

JAY: Hurry up! Charge, charge, charge!

The Manta Ray Bombers make a u-turn and double back to follow the jet. Jay’s voice sounds increasingly more and more panicked.

JAY: Charge! Hurry up! Charge, charge!

The Lightning Jet passes Jay by harmlessly. The shark army soldiers follow quickly behind. Jay places his hairpiece back on his head.

JAY: CLEAR!!

Jay unleashes a devastatingly powerful burst of lightning at the Manta Ray Bombers. The vehicles explode in mid air.

The Lightning Jet returns to Jay, who jumps back onto it. The mechanical claw extends out of the Lightning Jet and grabs the balloon. Jay tugs the balloon and brings it to the crying kid.

JAY: Hey kid, don’t cry! Here’s a new balloon!

KID: Yay! Thanks Blue Ninja!

The kid takes balloon by the string. Jay leaves. The balloon begins lifting the kid up into the air.

KID: Wait, how do I get down?

CUT TO: EXT. CAFE - DAY

In the midst of all the chaos, the Quake Mech stands in front of an upturned table. Behind it, a kid can be seen floating away on a non-Lego balloon.

The Quake Mech reaches down with its massive arm and slowly and carefully flips the table back upright.

We go to a close up shot of Cole. He has a peeved look on his face as his maneuvers the Quake Mech. He mutters under his breath.

COLE: Typical.

Cole looks outside his soundproof cockpit. All background noises are coming from his communicator. Cole sees all the other Ninja pulling off more impressive missions in their respective Mechs.

Cole looks down at his console. He narrows his eyes and deliberately switches off his communicator. He no longer hears any of the chaos going on outside. Cole hears utter silence. He takes off his headphones and speaks.

COLE: Screw this! From now on, I do what I want!

Cole maneuvers the Quake Mech to flip the table over again. The Quake Mech turns to leave but stops short. Cole grumbles. The Quake Mech turns back and gently places the table in an upright position. Then the Quake Mech leaves.

CUT TO: EXT. BUILDING ROOFTOP - DAY

The Green Dragon Mech roars as it flies by a building rooftop swarming with Shark Army soldiers. Lloyd flips a few switches on his console.

LLOYD: Switching to autopilot.

The Green Dragon Mech turns a curve around the rooftop, allowing Lloyd to jump off and land on the rooftop. Armed with his broadsword, Lloyd slashes away at the droves of Pufferfish soldiers and Jellyfish warriors.

Lloyd sees Garmadon’s Shark Mech in the distance. Lloyd first tries to clear the rooftop before making his way to his father.

EXT. NINJAGO CITY STREET - DAY

We go to a close up of Garmadon. He is talking to a general.

GARMADON: What do you mean Generals 1 to 3 have been captured? Uugghh fine!

Garmadon shouts an order on his megaphone.

GARMADON: General Number Four, Attack the Bridge of Orphans, Puppies and Persons With Disabilities!

We then see a split screen shot reaction of all the Ninja. Cole is in the shot but he doesn’t have any reaction since he doesn’t hear Garmadon’s announcement. He’s just busy doing his own thing.

ALL NINJA (EXCEPT COLE): OH NO! NOT THE BRIDGE OF ORPHANS, PUPPIES AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES!

JAY: I used to live there!

KAI AND NYA: WE ACTUALLY STILL LIVE THERE!!!

ZANE: I do not technically live but that is also my place of residence.

CUT TO: EXT. THE BRIDGE - DAY

We see a wide bridge that connects several buildings together. It is the same area as the “Bridge of Puppies” from the past but The Bridge has since been greatly expanded. There is a sign that now reads “Bridge of Orphans, Puppies and Persons With Disabilities”.

At the center of The Bridge is a new Lego brick-built statue of a dog. Beside it is a new statue of Cyrus Borg holding aloft a Techno Blade. Beneath the statue is a plaque with the Borg Industries logo that reads “Protect those who cannot protect themselves. --- Cyrus Borg”.

Around The Bridge are several Borg Industries display screens for announcements and advertisements. Now, they show a female android with silver hair, a white face with purple lines of circuitry and bright green eyes. This is PIXAL. She speaks in a female digital voice that is identical to the Ninja Computer voice heard in the Secret Ninja Warehouse and over Jay’s Lightning Jet Communicator.

PIXAL: All residents of The Bridge, please evacuate to the designated shelters immediately. A Garmadon attack is imminent.

We see a shot of many injured civilians and children running towards the shelters. But the dogs and puppies are too panicked to head for the shelters. One small boy on a wheelchair and wearing a purple ninja-looking outfit tries coaxing the puppies to follow him. This is LIL’ NELSON.

LIL’ NELSON: Who’s a good boy who doesn’t want to get shot by Garmadon’s bombs? All of you are! Even the girls! Now, come on! But the dogs and puppies won’t listen to him.

CUT TO: EXT. BUILDING ROOFTOP - DAY

Lloyd frantically cuts down more Pufferfish soldiers as he desperately tries to make his way to get on his Green Mech Dragon to stop Garmadon’s attack on The Bridge. Based on where he assigned the other Ninja, he knows none of them are near enough to intercept the attack.

LLOYD: No! No! No! No!

Lloyd executes a backhand slashing motion, triggering a flashback.

MATCH CUT TO: FLASHBACK - EXT. BUILDING ROOFTOP - DAY

A much younger, evil Lloyd slashes a disgraced Shark Army General across the chest in a similar move. Lloyd has red eyes like his father.

We go to a wide shot of Lloyd, Garmadon, and several Shark Army soldiers on a rooftop similar to the one in the present.

LLOYD: And that’s how you gut a fish.

Garmadon claps with all four hands.

GARMADON: Excellent swordsmanship, Luh-loyd!

LLOYD: Thanks Dad!

The disgraced general starts flopping around in the background like a fish.

GARMADON: And now for presents!

Garmadon claps again.

A couple of Shark Army soldiers carry in a large box and place it in front of Lloyd. They then drag away the disgraced general.

GARMADON: Happy Birthday, Luh-loyd!

Lloyd opens the box and gasps. Inside the box is a non-Lego laser pointer.

GARMADON: I call it the “ULTIMATE WEAPON”.

LLOYD: Wow! Cool!

GARMADON: Go on, kid. Test it out!

Lloyd grabs the Ultimate Weapon and presses the button on it without really aiming at anything. An incredibly powerful red laser beam shoots out of it and hits a building, causing the building to explode in a massive fireball.

LLOYD: Woah!

GARMADON: Now, let’s work on target practice. Try over there!

Garmadon points at the newly constructed Bridge of Orphans, Puppies and Persons With Disabilities. There is a statue of Cyrus Borg and a statue of a giant dog at the center of The Bridge.

PIXAL can be seen in her full physical body. She is pushing a wheelbarrow of brown Lego stud dog food. Many puppies flock to her, ready for lunchtime.

GARMADON: You know, back in my day, they used to call this the “Bridge of Puppies” until I burned down all the orphanages. Then they relocated all the orphans here.

Lloyd has a menacing grin as he aims the laser pointer at the statue of Cyrus Borg. The shot is framed in such a way that is identical to how the bullies wanted to shoot Lloyd with spitballs in a previous scene.

GARMADON: Open fire!

The flashback ends.

MATCH CUT TO: PRESENT - EXT. NINJAGO CITY STREET - DAY

GARMADON: Open fire!

Several Manta Ray Bombers release their payload of missiles in the direction of The Bridge.

EXT. BUILDING ROOFTOP - DAY

LLOYD: Noooooo!!!

The ending and Epilogue of Ninjago (headcanons)

I was inspired to give you all my completely unsolicited ninjago endgame headcanons so here we go

I‘m usually a sappy HEA guy for canon stories, but I also love me some more dramatic or bittersweet endings, at least in fanon, which is how most of this happened.

As I said, Jay trains the new generation of ninja, because I feel his personality is the most similar to Wu. Though I could also see it being Kai tbh.

Why not Lloyd, you may ask? Because honestly as much as they‘ve called him the new sensei etc. it just doesn’t feel like his character. Lloyd is a team leader and a hero, not a teacher, and ultimately I think that’s how he‘ll go out. One last run as the green (or even golden) ninja to save ninjago, and then he takes the first spinjutzu master up on his offer and joins him in whatever afterlife there is and reunites with Wu, Garmadon and Misako there (who will all obviously be dead at this point).

Throughout his life he will keep running into his father, and they’ll have the kind of ambiguous relationship they had in season 1 and against the oni. Garmadon will be at peace with who he is now and Lloyd will accept it too. At the end Garmadon dies to save his son once again, saying he may not be able to “feel“ love, but he can still do the right thing.

Wu and Misako die peacefully of old age. (They don’t get together though cuz I‘m not a fan of that subplot, in my mind the love triangle doesn’t exist)

Back to Jay. While I am 100% sure that in canon they’ll get Nya back somehow, in this headcanon they don’t. Jay goes off to be a reckless adventurer for a while, probably faces off against nadakhan again, or even teams up with him in hopes of getting her back, but nothing works. Kai joins him for some of the adventures, being just as ridden with grief, but ultimately he moves on first and jay is alone again. He loses an eye on his travels and gets a permanent eyepatch. Eventually, at his most desperate moment he finds her again. Well not really her, but he connects with the ocean, he feels Nya within it, and feels her love for him. He notices that, even though things are different now, they are not worse. Their love still exists. He finally accepts that Nya is not truly gone, that she never was, but he still doesn’t feel ready to return home. From Nya and the ocean he learns to be more in tune with his own element. He visits the temple of the nunchucks of lightning again where he learns a new technique that lets him maintain his true potential and “become part of the storm“. As a result of this, there is now a permanent orb of lightning where his lost eye used to be, which he still hides behind the patch. His storm state is described as terrifying by onlookers, but he himself describes it as freeing, even meditative and “simply nature“.

Eventually he returns home to the others, his sense of humor returns, and though Zane notes there is something different about him, his personality hasn’t really changed and he’s still his old fun and video game loving self.

He maintains his connection with the ocean throughout his life, and one day a child is swept ashore that he takes in as his own. Either that child will be a master of water, or they will eventually inherit Jay’s power.

Jay doesn’t die in a normal way. When he feels he is ready to go and has passed on everything he knows, he is taken by the storm, becomes one with nature, and is finally reunited with his lover, the sea. He’s also able to appear to his pupils and his child in like a mufasa kind of way sometimes to give them advice.

As I said before, Zane (maybe with Pixal) gives up fighting and his powers and becomes the chronologist. He collects every story and piece of information about Ninjago, its people and history, and specifically the ninja themselves, making sure nobody will ever forget his friends, their legacy, and what they sacrificed for Ninjago. He sees times changing, people and nations come and go, centuries of different cultures. He sees technology and advancement rising, then collapsing again, and yet life goes on and starts anew. He learns, the more things change, the more they stay the same. Heroes and villains in an endless struggle for power… light and darkness, there must always be a balance, he understands that now. That’s why he doesn’t interfere anymore. Eons later he is still alive and regarded as a legendary figure. It’s not a sad or lonely existence to him, because as a robot he retains a perfect memory of everything he wishes to remember. To him, his friends and family are never really gone.

I‘m not sure about Cole and Kai yet, but lmk if you’re interested in hearing more.

Ninjago headcanon:

Zane goes to all of the ninjas funerals. By Skylor and Misago's funerals, he realizes that Wu can't teach the next generation of ninja.

But he can.

He teaches and recruits. He teaches Cole's determination, he teaches Kai's passion. He teaches Jay's ability to bring laughter into a dire situation. He teaches Nya's love for her team. He teaches Lloyd's empathy and leadership.

The ninja pass away, but their legacy lives on.

Chapter 13--Aerial Pursuit

Blake's POV

Des was constantly pacing back and forth and fingering her pin. “Rrr, where is she?”

“I’m sure she has a good reason for taking off,” I said calmly.

“You still could’ve let me go out there after her.”

“I don’t want to risk losing both of you to them.”

She stopped. “What, you think we’re not strong enough to go up against them? We have fought them before.”

I placed a hand on her shoulder. “I just don’t want to take the chance of losing valuable allies.”

Her eyes glared daggers at me. “You’re irritating, Blake. You really are." Her expression quickly softened. "But I appreciate the concern.”

The hatch slipped open and closed, and Janet came sliding down the ladder. She looked from me to Des and then back to me, and I snatched my hand off the Silver Ninja’s shoulder.

“Where have you been?” I interrogated.

Janet slowly turned around.

“What were you doing out there?!” Des exclaimed.

“I sold us out.”

“What?! Why would you do that?! You know who else did that to us?!”

“You don’t need to remind me!” The area fell silent as her outburst echoed throughout the area. “Look I don’t know why I did it. It was just an urge I couldn’t ignore.” That light won’t go down easily, will it? Well that’s exactly why we’re going to the Dark Island. Well, one of the reasons.

I sighed heavily. “All right, look. We need to move now while they’re busy preparing.”

“If you expect me to do all the work, then you might as well give me back to the Ninjas,” Des snapped.

“Well we can’t steal their dragon,” Janet said. “And you won’t be doing all of the work.”

“What about a boat?”

“We can steal that.”

“No, we’re not stealing a boat,” I concluded. “Now let’s move. We have a long trip ahead of us.”

3rd person POV

“So this opposite,” Nya started, “it’ll turn them back?” The group of heroes was just finishing up preparations for their trip to the Dark Island, and they were hoping Blake, Destiny, and Janet haven’t already gotten a head start.

“Absolutely,” Garmadon replied. “An opposite of the dark matter will reverse the affects completely. If we’re going to beat them to the island, we must leave now.” “I'm bringing my scrolls for a resource if we need one,” Misako said. “I have a feeling we'll be able to benefit from them.”

A yell from Lloyd along with a crash brought the group outside. The Ultra Dragon was landing on the ground with Lloyd on his back, the Ninja’s hair coated in heavy frost with his sleeves slightly burnt. “He uh, he just needed to get something out of his system,” the Green Ninja admitted as he fixed his hair. The earth head laughed lowly. "Hah. Okay, boy, very funny." The rest of the team mounted the dragon, and the falcon left Dr. Julien’s arm to perch on his son’s shoulder. “I may not be there entirely, but a part of me will be with you,” he said. “Good luck to all of you.”

“Thank you, Father,” Zane replied. “And we will return soon.”

With another wave and a shake of the reins, the team took off into the air.

"Is anyone else feeling queasy about the fact that we're returning to the Dark Island?" Jay asked. "It is strange going back," Garmadon replied. "We all feel the same after what happened not so long ago, but we must do what we must to bring them back,” Wu said. "Whatever it takes. We’re ready,” Kai affirmed. Back with the trio, they were miraculously picking their way through the city without any notice. But some people were more restless than others.

“Couldn’t you just fly us there? You have wind, you know,” Destiny whispered.

“Do you want to get caught?” Janet hissed.

“No, I want to get there faster. The sooner we leave the better.”

“Just shut up, please. We get there when we get there.”

With a huff Destiny stayed quiet for a few moments, but from out of nowhere a shadow zipped right over them. The trio looked up to see the dragon flying ahead of them. “Now can you fly us?!”

“We need directions!” As if on cue, up ahead whistling his way down the sidewalk was a certain brown ninja. The sisters exchanged mischievous looks.

“Hey you!”

“Huh?” Dareth squinted at the incoming trio hard, but by the time he figured out who they were it was too late.

Destiny grabbed him by the shirt and shoved him up against a wall, and he yelped at the notion. “You know where the docks to this city are?”

“D-docks?”

“Yes, the docks. Do you know where they are?”

He steeled himself against her threatening tone. “As the official Brown Ninja, I will not fall to the likes of you false ninjas.”

In a heartbeat Janet summoned her sword and pointed it to his neck.

“Ah-AH! Okay okay I’ll take you to the docks! Just-just . . . don’t hurt me.”

The Silver Ninja tossed him out into the open. “Can you—”

“Don’t—ask me—again.” Janet summoned the wind to sweep the group of four off their feet, and a scream escaped Dareth. But her sword was quick to shut him up. “Start giving directions. I don’t know how long I can hold the four of us.”

The “Brown Ninja” sputtered direction after direction, and along the way the group earned all sorts of looks from the people down below. But after they identified the group, exclamations were quick to turn the heads of the Ninjas. Racing behind them on a current of air was the trio plus an extra member.

“They kidnapped Dareth?!” Jay spat. “And she can fly?! Oh that’s just great.”

“She might not be able to hold on for long,” Garmadon said. “We need to move quickly.”

The Brown Ninja finally registered the dragon they were now catching up to and its passengers. “The Ninjas! Oh I’m so glad those guys are here! Over here!”

“Please just stop talking,” Destiny said, exasperated. “Or I’m drowning you.”

Gradually the groups became neck in neck, and Janet stole a glance at the Ninjas before picking up a little speed.

“I’m sorry about this, but I have to stop you!” Kai exclaimed. “Fire!” A burst of his element made the group of four waver a bit, and Destiny sent a gush of water that nearly drove the dragon off course.

“Back off, Spike!” she barked.

“Not until all of you are grounded!” Wu fired back. Jay couldn’t help snickering at that.

“Haven’t you ever heard of ‘Ninjas never quit’?!”

Cole shrugged. “Eh, she has a point.”

“See? The talking rock agrees with me.”

“Exactly! Wait . . . Hey! I’m not a rock! Do I even look like one?" "Is that a trick question?"

Cole held an unamused expression, but his dark eyes widened as he was nearly knocked off the dragon by a blast from Blake.

“Come on! You can do better than that!”

“Ice!”

Dareth screamed as the shot accidentally skimmed over his head, and Janet wavered more than before.

"Sorry, Dareth!"

“Could you not antagonize them?! I’m flying here!” the Gold Ninja yelled as Blake and Destiny attacked the Ninjas.

“Well fly faster and we won’t have to deal with them!” the older sibling ordered.

With a growl Janet shot forward, and the dragon roared as he followed suit. But the burst of speed temporarily died down, and she began to feel the fatigue from the effort.

“She’s getting weaker!” Cole announced.

Janet’s breathing was becoming labored, and she looked over her shoulder to see the Ninjas catching up despite the multiple shots fired at them. “We better be almost there!”

“Uh yes! D-definitely!” Dareth said despite his franticness.

“C’mon, Janet, just a little more . . .” Destiny encouraged. The group dropped a few feet, and she began to reach out to the fast approaching water.

“They’re getting close to the water!” Kai shouted.

“C’mon, boy, faster!” Lloyd urged.

“Drop him!” Blake commanded.

“What?!” Janet barked.

“Do it!”

She gripped the back of Dareth’s shirt, and he once again yelped.

But her grip loosened.

She knew it would only do more harm than good.

She knew it was wrong.

The dragon’s shadow was right on top of them, and up ahead were the docks fast approaching them.

“Janet,” Destiny warned.

“Throw him!” Blake ordered.

The dark matter in her took hold again, and she tossed Dareth off the wind current.

But the wind slipped from her command the next instant.

Everyone exclaimed different names, and Destiny was forced to command the sea to catch them. Blake fired at the dragon, and the shot thrust them off course.

“We’re out of control!” Jay exclaimed as the rest of his team yelled.

The screams of the heroes faded out the further the trio surfed away, and a giant splash sounded moments later.

“Did we . . . did we lose them?” Janet asked, leaning against her sister drained and exhausted.

Destiny looked over her shoulder to see the dragon floating in the water and the team scattered. They had managed to save Dareth, but a certain red ninja was downheartedly watching them race off. She tore her attention from the group to focus on the task at hand. He was the enemy, and he was the one she hated the most.
