DAY 9 (November 19, 2024)

Breakfast – Bagel w/ whipped berry cream cheese & turkey sausage

Snack – Orange

Lunch – Salad & Lean Cuisine pizza

                Hayden (who nicely packed my lunch) forgot to pack salad dressing – thankfully someone at work had some in the fridge.

Snack – ¼ piece of a cookie and ½ a butterfingers bar

                I was craving something sweet and they had cookies in the office kitchen so a snagged one. I took a bite and deemed it disgusting and instead of continuing eating it I tossed it. I remembered Hayden had given me a King Size candy bar – so I just had the ½ to counter my sweet tooth.

Snack on the way home – Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte

                Traffic was bad and I was getting sleepy so I stopped and got me a drink and one for Hayden as well.

Dinner – Chicken Pot Pie Pasta & Biscuits

                Made a recipe I came across on tik-tok for dinner and it turned out really good.

On a side note - I got this Spindrift drink for free from amazon samples - and I CANNOT recommended it. It tastes just like straight seltzer. Absolutely no flavor - which I was kind of disappointed with because the flavor sounded amazing.

Today consisted of:

•making soup for a neighbor! I had a bit extra of the soup left in the pot after packing it & it was sooo good 🤤 will definitely be making this for dinner on a more casual basis

•making some double chocolate chip muffins :)

•a nice walk around the whole mountain with my little family 🤍 the autumn air is just so incredible, I truly cannot get enough of it!
