Personally I like to go ham. IMO, all of the above “implied” colour palettes are canon, and there are more. Anemone’s albino. Listener’s dark red. Cricket has blue eyes. Peril’s scales change colour a lil bit between shades of orange. Glory’s resting scales are mossy green and brown. I’d justify all of that if asked.

LMK lore both fascinates and confuses me.

Like, what of JTTW even is canon in the show? I never questioned it much since it was obvious the the Journey in LMK is different from ours. Macaque's backstory, the Samadhi Fire, you name it.

So I rewatched Amnesia Rules and noticed something:

When Wukong tries to "remind" Tang of who he's supposed to be he says:

"We're on a Journey to deliver sacred texts to the West!"

Which? No?? They're on a journey to get sacred texts from the west!

A mistake on the show's behalf, or is really even the reason they're on the Journey in the first place different? How much do we actually know about the Journey to the West in LMK? Because it looks like until s4 is out, we actually don't know anything.

Parallels? What parallels have they put in this to other previous accidents and pivotal moments?

Revelations - Little peek at a longer continuation to my Stan & Bill accidental internet buddies comic!

After the reveal, Stan initially doesn't want to tell Ford his (former) internet best friend was Bill Cipher, because he doesn't want him to worry. Stan later doesn't want to tell Ford because he (and Bill) would rather die.

Justice League identity reveal where they don’t know who Batman is and one day a bunch of them walk in on him just casually eating yogurt in the cafeteria with his cowl off. A bunch of them recognize him, a couple don’t, and they’re all shocked.

Turns out Batman didn’t realize none of them knew who he was, since it had taken him all of ten minutes and three google searches to put everyone’s secret identities together and he just assumed they had all figured it out by this point. Or maybe he had meant to tell them and then just forgotten. Either way, he regularly interacts with half of them outside of hero stuff and hasn’t bothered with the whole separate persona thing with them in years. Shouldn’t they really have figured this out by now? So what if he forgot? This is clearly on them.
