Man, I miss the internet when you could just freely browse all sorts of niche blogs and fan sites without having to have an account anywhere... There was so much to explore! Now you need to have an account with Instagram and Tiktok before they'll let you see anything, or it's locked behind a paywall on someone's Patreon.

We used to "browse," like we were wandering free in a big pasture, and now it's a "feed," where someone keeps shoveling stuff into a trough in front of your face and you have to keep choking it down.

I miss "Free Range" internet is what I'm saying, I guess. Not this Content Factory Farming crap.

i really dont get when ppl are like "liberals need to stop pressuring ppl to vote bc the liberal president is literally doing [x terrible thing]" and its like. yeah? all presidents are going to be fucked up pretty much. but do you want one thats doing some good things and some really bad, or ONLY extremely bad things????

when theres been studies that if all younger of-age people voted this place would be WAY more liberal than it is, i think theres only GOOD that can come out of encouraging more ppl to vote, and consistently. NOT disillusioning them early on and making them feel like nothing fucking matters (esp when you list no alternatives to voting for trying to change things)

it doesnt mean everythings gonna be all fucking sunshine and rainbows just bc theres a democrat president. but if we keep on the trend of liberalism we can get SOME progress done in this godawful country

Okay I’ve been reading a lot of discourse on the time stop theory and it does make a certain sense but there are some inconsistencies that leave me even more confused than before. Hear me out:

So here is the clock before the kiss. Seems to say around 9:25

And here is the clock directly after the Metatron returns. Now it seems to be around 9:40-9:45 ish even though only a few minutes of episode time has passed.

Also, when the Metatron returns, Aziraphale seems to be weirdly preoccupied with the clock and keeping himself directly between it and the Metatron

Neil and the entire production team have been so careful and deliberate about every little detail this season, I just cannot accept that it wasn’t intentional or just happened to be an oversight. At the same time, there doesn’t seem to be any point during the scene in which they might’ve actually stopped time to discuss something or do anything else. The only cut we get is right after Crowley walks out and before the Metatron walks in, but it doesn’t make sense for Crowley to leave and then re-enter the bookshop again to do some thing else during that cut away time. So I feel like something definitely happened here, but it’s not at all clear what it could have been. I don’t personally think it was the body swap because Crowley had already left at that point. But then why do the clock hands and Aziraphale’s behavior seem so intentional if something beyond the obvious wasn’t going on

Honestly I genuinely hate just how much syscourse is tied into the DID/CDD communities. I see so many blogs and twitters run by people with a CDD who just want to talk about their disorders or even just exist as someone with a CDD, and yet they still get questions like "are you pro-endo/anti-endo?". Let people just live. Not everything is about syscourse.

this is like the third time ive had to post something like this but you guys need to stop treating unodum like a celebrity or fangirl over him or act like its some sort of gift to be talked to by him or especially treat his friends weirdly because they talk to him regularly. ive gotten word that his friends are being treated as special just because they have connections to him and being asked to like say stuff to him or whatever??? which is legitimately very very gross behavior. cause its not only really uncomfortable for uno but it gets very awkward and uncomfortable for me and his friends. im aware my popularity in the regretevator fandom is largely because im associated with him and in all honesty from the START that concept has made me pretty upset. neither me nor his other friends want to be seen as special just because we’re close to him. its part of why i didnt make much outside of the blog AND why i just abandoned the blog and the fandom altogether. i think a lot of you guys are a younger audience and are still learning internet etiquette and social boundaries, but this needs to be a lesson in how NOT to treat others on the internet, especially content creators. this isnt to say dont attempt to build friendships with people you think are cool and feel like you have things in common with, but you cant go into that with the mindset of “i worship you notice me.” you need to understand that no matter how popular your favorite creator is, theyre literally just a person. thats it. just a person. not a god, not a character, just a person. im really fed up

I think this space is uniquely horrible to be in both for OSA woman *and* for SSA woman. And I think it's obvious at this point why it's so awful for OSA women, because that's more overt. You get told you're politically impure for partnering with men. Of course that's insane.

But... idk there's like... this fear and this shame of being attracted to women in the wrong way. When you're a separatist, everything revolves around demonizing male sexuality, and so of course you fear emulating it. I was* afraid any attraction to women, any expression of it, in any sort of way that isn't neat and tidy, perfectly feminist and politically correct, makes me like a man. And therefore bad. I couldn't even think about wanting to fuck women without feeling ashamed.

I was only able to unpack some of this, that I felt this way, after I stopped being a separatist.
