Answer: all of them. Music is a creative outlet for me. bad idea right? I imagine is a Mike song. I picture him pacing around in his basement while anxiously contimplating running away to California bc Will won't pick up the phone and he just wants see him (thoughts inspired by Smalltown Boy). The 1 is a Will song. There's not much explanation needed there, I imagine it's most of his thoughts about Mike/Mike and El while living in California. The Alcott, I actually picture the male's part as Mike and the female's as Will, and they're just sitting in their rooms across the country thinking of each other. Skinny Dipping is a song that I think they both go well with post S4, just because they are too scared to say it but they love each other and once they fight or talk or whatever (kiss), they'll just want to put the past in the past so they can move forward together. Fortnight is an obvious one I feel like (at least in my mind lmao), so I'm not gonna go into detail. All I'm gonna say is--

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? There seems to be a general malaise on most of Tumblr about TikTok getting banned in the United States.

I understand the problems, "brain rot", whatever but- A government banning a social media app that opened the world for many people is legitimately scary and upsetting. Say what you want but, there are MANY global and local issues that would not have gotten the same traction, recognition, and outreach without TikTok.

And then add to this that Meta/Facebook was one the largest lobbyists working to get TikTok banned... Like- I think folks should be more concerned about the implications of what this means, especially since the ban goes into effect the day before inauguration.
