Why I am in love with WFA

Simple reason - finally got a timeline (and yes, it is a canon universe now that multiverse has been confirmed) where the Bats are a functional, clearly caring family - and genuinely nice flawed people instead of jerks who manage to save the world while destroying themselves and each other.

I love a lot of Bat comics plots - but they end up getting undermined by some awful behaviour on the part of supposed heroes.

Court of Owls? Cool plot, but can't ignore the scene of Bruce punching Dick.

Grayson? Great comic, but can't forget how Dick ended up there and how his family reacts to his coming back.

Tim leaving Robin and considering a normal life? Nice idea to explore, but then came that mess of a plot with Stephanie's fate.

Dick as Batman? Awesome, but then there's Jason going full on psycho and murdering almost a hundred people.

Can't even begin to tackle these plots in fanfiction, and can't really enjoy reading them.

WFA? Most of the plots happened, but in a different way since the Family is clearly far better adjusted and plain nicer.
