Been playing a lot of Fallout 4 this week since I’ve been out of university. Also I have been playing with Kellogg's armor ever since I got that mission and I really like the design; no power armor for me!

Fun with colors and light.

Therapeutic drawing for myself tonight because I so desperately need it. Also I was channeling the vocaloid music I was listening to while painting over this sketch I had previously done.

When Beef first announced that he was opening a P.O. Box, I quickly began reworking this idea for a piece of fan art. I wanted to thank Daniel for the years of entertainment he has brought us million or so fans. And I also wanted to thank him personally for the creativity, inspiration, and positivity he’s given me over the years as well. In the chest are references to the games, minecraft builds, and groups he has been in over the years.  And most importantly I am so happy I was able to complete this and successively send this poster to Canada.

These are some character designs and guides that I did for my storyboard and composition class. Really enjoyed how these turned out. I like drawing characters but have not had the most experience drawing character concepts, but I am proud of the results. The most difficult part was doing the age progressions of the first two characters but I also feel it was the most rewarding part.

Once again I am drawing myself in my free time....

Besides the fact that I enjoy drawing myself, doing the #meettheartist meme again has been a fun little project. I’ve enjoyed seeing so many from friends and other artists that I really couldn’t help but do it myself. This time though I enjoyed adding the little details of my backpack and wallet, and this time i also drew myself full body, instead of just a portrait. And its about time that I got a new icon anyways, since the last one is over a year old now.

Another assignment from class, just cleaned up some of my thumbnail sketches from “From Up on Poppy Hill.”  These were a lot of fun, and a bit of a challenge to try to get my style of painting/drawing done quickly.

Cleaned up and added color to an old toned paper drawing of my sole survivor. Fallout 4 has been the first game I’ve really sunk some time into since I got a ps4 (and not having played console video games myself since the ps2 came out) so I’ve gotten attached to my character. At the time I tried making it look like me, which since then I now see the inaccuracy, but regardless I think she’s morphed into her own character( especially since I couldn’t give her my real name because Codsworth can’t say it, so obviously I chose Wendy instead).

I was informed that Ghost Story Games was having a fan art contest, so I decided to work on something special for my submission!

Just finished my first assignment for class for the new year. The assignment was to develop a story with a group and illustrate 25 thumbnails each of the story with each thumbnail containing a door in the frame. 

Pretty happy with the results of this first assignment and I was very happy to hear so many great comments from my class.

Happy Birthday Giraffe!

This is one of @jes-sketch ‘s oc and I just had to pull myself out of my art slump to make him this birthday gift, I gave him a new hat. I thought the flamboyant feathers suited him. This was a lot of fun and personally I am really pleased with the result.  Once again happy birthday and Merry Christmas Jessi!

A painting I did of myself a while back when I was experimenting with a certain color palette. It was a fun experiment and interesting to see just how fast I could paint my likeness.

I did some sketching of Amelia a while back when I was inspired by some amazing antique dresses on pinterest. And since I liked the sketch I decided to challenge myself and try putting her in an environment. I don’t think she fits in the scene exactly but that is largely due to the fact that perspective still stumps me sometimes. Regardless I had fun drawing this out and it really makes her universe come alive in my head.
