25th March 2024: 71.6kg, 25.5% bf
27th April 2024: 67.1kg, 20.7% bf
19th May 2024: 64.5kg, 18.7% bf
Last year I went down to 62.4kg, 17.6% bf. This year decided to not go quite as low, because I could see my ab vein and thought that'll do lol. Ultimately I wanna get bigger and stronger so going lower than this would make the next uphill stretch longer.
Cut done ✔ and I'm feeling good
Excited to have had bread with breakfast this morning again lol. I'm gonna cruise at maintenance for a while before really upping the cals to bulk

Progress picture comparison 320 vs 298 pounds (Nov 15 2022-March 11 2023)
So, 320 isn't my highest weight ever, but it's where I started this latest reboot back in November '22 after getting dire warnings about my blood sugar and the infection I had in my toe.
This is a bit over 20 pounds lost. I'm still obese, obviously, but I'm kind of surprised at the difference I can see here.

Hi Bunnies: Update: I’m 23 days out of surgery. Still with plenty of swelling and soreness but most bruising is gone. You can kinda see the difference but it’s more pronounced in person. I’m still activity restricted but I can start walking.
2 more months and I can start running again.

January 2023 - March 2024 (14 months)
Hard to believe I was bulking in the first pics, I look so lean compared to now. I'm not sure if I prefer how I look now, but I do definitely look bigger and beefier, which is what I've been aiming for. I've definitely got better at sustaining a calorie surplus this bulk.
I'm looking forwards to cutting because I'm looking forward to my abs being sharp again and having less of a round lil cherub face, but I'll miss the gender euphoria I've been feeling from being >70kg. Maybe it's less gender euphoria and more just feeling good that I've met a goal, because I wanted to be leanish at 70kg for years and never managed until a few weeks ago.
Not quite sure when I'll switch but it'll be before 1st April. The first period is always easy success which is nice. Before it becomes a slog. I guess I'll start when I finish all the treats I have in currently because cutting those out is step 1.
