I love this. And I stand with you saying he is indeed actually an inspiring character that most people overlook! Honestly the amount of persistence with his stubbornness I love. He really shows that no matter what happens, if you really want something to happen, don't give it up. His wit, sass, bravery...ect, it is endearing. Like his depth is so solid, I love it! The shit he goes through then just comes back to the surface still, after so much shit life has given him, he still ends up being kind and loyal to those he cares about and that says a lot about his resilience and morals to still treat people with kindness because he never had that growing up. We love our boy!

I still get chills when he got possessed and mentioned how he felt sorry for Voldemort had no understanding of love and friendship. Like brrr! A 15 year old saying that through the Dark Lord himself? Bro took on one of the most powerful dark wizards of all time and this boy overshadowed Voldemort's possession. Harry's a badass! But yet it's true. Feel sorry for your enemies because they are missing one thing about life's morals - love.

Can I just say that I absolutely love and admire the way you love and admire Harry. The way you go on and on about him and defend him, GAHHHHHHHHH, marriage now.

Got me falling in love with him (and you) again and again. Please, never stop.

I'm glad I got you to fall for Harry. He deserves it. I just really love my boy, flaws and all. His imperfection and reactions to trauma and anger are some of my favorite things about him. (I love OotP Harry and nothing could make me hate him). But I love his underrated intelligence, wit, and humor just as much. Not to mention his resilience, god, I love how good and stubborn he is in the face of everything and how he just keeps going. That boy is an inspiration.

And don't worry, I'm not planning to stop any time soon 😊

My little nephew was born today (7lbs, 9oz🥰) and having spent much of my time in the waiting room scrolling tumblr and checking out various blogs, can I just say I love the Hinny/Harry fandom? Especially when it comes to Harry’s level of attractiveness.

Like we’ve got @takearisk-ao3 who’s somewhere in the middle. She’s like yeah he’s really good looking and has a great personality.

Then we’ve got one end of the spectrum, @narukoibito who’s like Harry is average. Period. Stop arguing to me that he’s conventionally attractive and super hot. It’s just not true.

Then on the other end of the spectrum we’ve got @breaniebree who’s like Harry is hot as hell and also has a huge cock. It’s the truth. Fight me.

I just love the variety. ✨It’s beautiful✨

What’s important is that we all love Hinny, and all agree that Harry is a total sweetheart and deserves all our love.

But I do wholeheartedly side with @breaniebree. Just so we’re clear on that. 😂

Regulus is sitting at the table trying to read while James is puttering around in the kitchen. Regulus is desperately trying to focus but his eyes keep drifting over to James.

At one point, Regulus glances over just as the sunlight catches on James’ gold-rimmed glasses and Regulus can’t help but think how beautiful the gold looks on him. It’s a shame James doesn’t wear any jewelry. Regulus thinks he would look stunning with a gold chain around his neck or maybe an earring that would peek out every time he runs his hands through his hair. His hands that would look so good with a few gold rings scattered across his fingers.  

Regulus is watching James’ hands as he reaches to the top shelf, but a small glimmer of gold catches his eye. His gaze drops to where James’ shirt is riding up and Regulus’ eyes widen as he chokes on air drawing James’ attention.  

“Are you okay?” James asks.

His shirt has fallen back down but Regulus hasn’t stopped staring. “Yeah.” He chokes out. “I uhh… I didn’t know you had a umm…” Regulus trails off.

James follows his gaze, glancing down and lifting his shirt to give Regulus a proper look at the gold bar that’s pierced through James' belly button and Regulus can’t help the way his breath hitches.  

“Oh, this?” James smirks.

Regulus tries to say something, or at least pull his eyes away, but he can’t. All he can think about is how beautiful that gold bar looks against James’ bronze skin. Regulus was right, gold jewelry looks stunning on James and it’s criminal that this is covered more often than not.

After several moments, James clears his throat and drops his shirt breaking Regulus out of his trance. James stares at him shamelessly with one eyebrow raised and Regulus shakes his head to clear his thoughts.

“Sorry.” Regulus croaks. “I just uhh… I just didn’t know you had that.” Regulus tries to regain his composure as he focuses back on his book.

“It’s alright.” James shrugs. “Glad you like it.”

“I never said I—” Regulus starts to protest.

“I’m sure you’ll like my nipple rings also.” He adds casually and Regulus’ eyes snap back just in time to see James’ smirk before he turns away, unconcerned with the chaos he’s caused in Regulus’ mind.

i just remembered that canonically, sirius got to godrics hollow after hagrid.

which means that after he had his godson taken away from him (bc lbr that’s exactly what hagrid and dumbledore’s orders basically did) then he went into the house and saw james and lily’s dead bodies alone. no buffer in the form of harry crying out for his parents or even the godfatherly instinct of making sure his kid is alright.

he was there, with his brother and friend’s cooking body, all alone. stewing in grief and pain and rage and guilt. ALONE.

do we even know how long he was there? for all we know, he could’ve been catatonic right there besides james all day.

James and Regulus are cuddled up on the couch. The curtains are closed, and the room is only lit by dimmed lights and the flicker of the forgotten film playing in the background. Suddenly, the minimal lighting is gone, and the room is bathed it darkness.

Regulus instantly pulls away with a sharp breath then immediately clings to James’ side.

“The power must have gone—" James starts before noticing Regulus has gone completely stiff. “Reg? Are you okay?”

“Uh-huh.” Regulus answers numbly.

“Reg?” James proceeds very cautiously. “Erm… Are you afraid of the dark?”

“No.” Regulus scoffs, very unconvincingly.

“You’re squeezing my hand pretty hard—” James says, his voice full of concern.

“Sorry. I just—" Regulus lets go of James’ hand.

“No. No, come here.” James pulls Regulus back giving him one of his hands and wrapping his other arm around him tightly. That’s when he notices Regulus’ irregular breathing.

“Okay, love. I’ve got you. Squeeze my hand as hard as you need to, but I need you to breathe with me, okay?” James tells him and starts taking deep breaths until Regulus is able to match his breathing.

“It’s okay. You’re okay, I’ve got you.” James whispers and he feels Regulus give him a shaking nod against his chest.

“I’m sorry… I just… I erm… I used to—" Regulus sputters.

“It’s okay.” James says again. “Alright, we’re going to stand up—" Regulus clings to James tighter. “I won’t let go, and you won’t let go of my hand. We’re just going to walk to the hall closet and get a torch and some candles, alright?” James explains and he feels Regulus nod again.

They make it to the closet and back to the couch with the torch and James lights several candles. He wraps his arms around Regulus, and they cuddle up on the couch again.

“I’m sorry.” Regulus says again. “You probably think—"

“I don’t think anything, not about this.” James says and squeezes Regulus.

“I’m sorry about your hand.” Regulus tells him.

“You’ll make it up to me.” James says sweetly, and he can practically feel Regulus rolling his eyes as he cuddles impossibly closer.
